Send your management to training ASAP!!! Visiting from busy LA and this drive thru was the most dysfunctional Chick-fil-A drive thru I have ever been to and I can't even say it's the busiest. The team was everywhere but helping control and direct traffic causing cars to honk and cuss . 7;45ish. The 4 lines was a great idea until you left it up to the customers to decide who was going to enter a single line leaving still traffic in 3 lanes a majority of the time because the others had to turn into the lane. The team taking orders would chat about the planes across the street and after work plans when they could have guided cars that got stuck that allowed them the free time to chat . I'm sure you guys lost more customers tonight at the illusion of being busy than from actually being busy. Because traffic was moving slow. Chick-fil-A is not worth an hour wait unless it's through DoorDash . Chile if this location is busy pass on it! read more

I was extremely unimpressed with THIS Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order which took about 10-15 minutes to receive. No one checked in to expedite the order, or ask the name of the order while waiting. When I received the order, over half of the fries fell in the back, AND they were not hot. As if they were resting under a heat lamp. Next, when the staff were on their break they sat in the dining area with loud conversations. Some inappropriate language was overheard. Underwhelming experience. I will never return to this Chick-fil-A. read more

I honestly would give a '0' review if this would let me.... worst location and customer service ever!!... the location has two lanes, one of which is purposely closed during breakfast. Because of this, my wife and I waited in line for 15 minutes... the car immediately in front of us was able to order breakfast, but we were told breakfast was over at 10:31 when we finally got to the speaker... they offered us basically scraps of whatever those in front of us did not want... In hindsight we would of went in if we would of known they were going to be so ridiculous over a minute, when it's clear that we were in line... but to offer us scraps was an insult....needless to say we left and will NEVER be returning... read more

Terrible customer service on the managers part. They forgot to give me my kids meal last week. I called and they told me to bring the receipt next time and they would take care of it. The manager on the phone forgot to mention I had to come inside to do this. So I went through the drive thru since I have 1 year old and the manager on tonight was dismissive unapologetic and told me he can't hold up the line to do it. He would have to look through a book. Today when I entered the Chick-fil-A, I ordered the salad with berries in it along with a grilled chicken sandwich meal. I get the bag and inside was a non cut piece of grilled chicken on the salad and the grilled chicken sandwich had the smallest piece of chicken in it. They also gave me the granola and roasted nut blend for the top of my salad. Not to mention that the fries were nothing but the ends of the potato. read more

They got an order wrong. no problem i went in to have it corrected and instead I got the third degree. Saying it was my problem. Very surprising as I have never encountered and issue at any chick fil a. Always friendly and polite. It was over butter on a biscuit that was supposed to be plain. thats it! so i contacted customer service and just got a nasty call from the owner Ken Walsh who reiterated it was my fault there was butter on the biscuit. I conveyed to him that if that was the way he was going to be he shouldn't have even called and left well enough alone. It gets even better, he pocket dialed me right after and I heard him conveying to his staff mocking me. When I called him back to explain that some professionalism and leading by example would be best he stated he was the owner and hung up on me. read more

Last week I ordered through drive-thru and on the way home realized they forgot one of my meals. I called and spoke to a manager named Jessica. She told me she was very sorry for the inconvenience and next time I come in she will give me two meals for the trouble. I came in today, ordered, and was given my whole order for free. I started going to this one instead of Union because theres a noticeable difference in the chicken. I know it's supposed to be the same but I think it has a more buttery taste. It's delicious. Service at both locations is fantastic. The chicken is what sets it apart. FYI, it can get packed at lunch from everyone at the airport. read more

Wow where do I start. My day was good can't complain. But my day got even better when I got to Chick-Fil-A all because of a Special person named Zeniyah. She was Amazing and she rocked. It was my first time eating at Chick-Fil-A no special reason just never gave it a try. But When I say I couldn't have gotten a better person to take my order. Zeniyah was very patient never looked frustrated or irritated because I was taking a little long because it was my first time. She told me what was good. She put my order in right because I am allergic to tomatoes I dont walk with my EpiPen so it was important that they get it right. They was on point I didn't have to go back up because my order was wrong and trust me that happens a lot but not today. Overall my experience was amazing I wouldn't have changed anything today. Thank you to all the staff who helped even in the kitchen. But Zeniyah keep up the Great Customer Service and Thanks for making my 1st time not my last 1. I would've given 10. This location is the worst I've been to. There were multiple mistakes on my order - the cashier was new and didn't know anything about the "a'la carte menu". Manager or supervisor was standing right there but felt no need to intervene. Once I got my total, I asked to scan my reward card - the cashier said I couldn't and that it should been scanned prior to the order - this made no sense whatsoever. Again, the manager or supervisor just stood there. I said ok, never mind. The order was $33 so that's a lot of points I would have received. In any event, after I got my food, my son and I went back to the car and I just happened to inspect the bag and as it turns out, they left out the fries (2 large order of fries). I went back in and explained that the fries were not in the bag; the manager inspected the bag as if I was lying and then went back to talk to the people putting in the food. One guy (not the manager) came back to me and said "we're soo sorry" one bag was left out and gave me the bag which contained the fries. The manager never came back to apologize or offer anything else - not that I was expecting him to. All I can say is, this place is desperately in the need of reform. They are making the franchise look really bad. This isn't KFC - we are all paying a premium. read more

Well where do I begin? After reading a book about Chick Fil A I became curious to see if what was written was really on display or just something to be written in a book. As I drove up to Chick Fil a my adrenaline started pumping. The sight of a double drive thru and a well manicured lot told me this is the real deal. I walked in and checked the entire store for evidence of it being dirty, it was beyond immaculate. I started my stop watch from the back of the line (which was 12 people deep) and I reached a smiley team member in under 2 minutes. The crew was neatly dressed and all wore smiles! The beyond pleasant team member was like you see in a commercial only this was in real life. I ordered my food and said "thank you" and they responded like a well synced machine "my pleasure". As I walked to the table the lady maintaining the dining wore a smile and attention to detail. As I sat (40 seconds after ordering) my food came out, wow I have NEVER seen speed like that. The chicken sandwich and waffle fries were cooked to perfection. I will be returning tomorrow to watch a well orchestrated team serve excellence! read more
