This place is clean as they have just opened, and the staffs are courteous. One of the best locations of all Chick-fil-As I've been to. The only downside is that it takes really long if you order via the app. It is much faster if you stand in line or take the drive thru and scan the app barcode. I mean, 20 minutes wait after I arrived at the store for a regular chicken sandwich and a cup of coffee is ridiculous. So take my advice and use the drive thru or the line instead. read more

Usually the service is great. But the employee who asked for my name rushed me and didn't replied to me asking her to confirm my order since they usually do before you head to the next window and pay. It was to good to be true. This place opened was incredible !!!! 5 star service and great employees. Now the bad part the service is horrible !! The employees are kids that have the worst attitudes. The last three times I have been in the location early evening there has been one employee helping customers. Ronaldo. Sorry but two times I had spoke to the managers!! He is a slob !!! He is either wiping his nose with his hands or scratching his head. Gross !! Last time he used a dirty rag to wipe the side of my soda that he over filled. Totally a management issue. They are not training the kids properly. The food comes out fast but when you get home you see the mistakes. Undercooked fries always. The quality is not the same as when it opened. Chick-fil-A is a great fast food restaurant. I love the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Their salads are pretty good too. The staff is typically very friendly and usually accurate but they did forget my sauces on my last visit... When I lived in North Carolina the food was always hot and accurate 100% of the time which is extremely impressive, because I typically have very low expectations for fast food chains. Hopefully this location can keep up the company's standards. read more

Chic Fil A's very own fan Boy. I don't think I've ever passed this Chic Fil A without going through the drive through or inside the restaurant. Probably the best Chic Fil A in Jersey as well as the newest. The staff of course is friendly and food is always top notch. Probably the worst wait at any fast food place. Whether in the drive through or in the lobby. Also the fact that the foaming agent Dimethylpolysiloxane is present in their food. FANTASTIC SERVICE . I ordered food for 11 people... and I was in and out in order 10 minutes. I was expecting the line itself to take 30 minutes and maybe the same amount of time to then get my huge order given to me... these people at chick fil a are fantastic. Wizards.. DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Whomever does the interviewing obviously has it down to a science because these kids know what customer service is and they look like they enjoy their job! Of course, food order was accurate, food was consistent, and service was fast. That's why I like chick fil a. I like the food I get every time, and I KNOW that it's quality. And, there aren't a bunch of kids horsing around and making me wait on them. I came on a Saturday at 1245. It was packed. They had three young ladies outside in the drive through line taking orders. I've had it taste better, when it's fresher, hotter, which mine was not. I was sort of disappointed since I look forward to my once in a while Chick Fil A visits. I traveled to this new location from Wayne. My point of this review, the food had sat a bit, barely warm, and I can tell, I've eaten fast foods enough to know. Often times it's not hot food as it should be but surprised this wasn't fresher, considering it was a Saturday eve around 7pm, inside the store and the drive through looked busy. Peak times, you'd think cooking and item turn over would be a constant, it's rush time which gives that hot quality I enjoy and prefer. I'm a long time Chick-Fil-A fan. Hell, my 30th birthday was catered with Chick-Fil-A! I was really excited when this location opened up because it was close to my business so I figured it would be great to go and get it for lunch every once in a while. Since it opened, I've had about 2 good experiences. The last 5 visits or so have been consistently bad. It has nothing to do with the service, that has always been fine. The chicken has been off. Way off. I always liked the chicken because of the soft, juicy consistency. Each bite was always good. But these last few visits it was like trying to chew a piece of rubber. Both the sandwich and nuggets had the same issue. I'm starting to see the same issue with the Paramus Park location as well and this is really disappointing. I'm not sure if the growth of this franchise is causing compromises with the quality of the product, but this needs to be addressed. I'm definitely not going to this location anymore and I've cut back my visits to this lovely fast food all together because of these quality issues. Probably not the worst thing in the world for my health, but I do miss the feeling that I always knew what I was going to get and how it would taste. Now it's a crap shoot if I'll get an edible sandwich or not. read more

When I first went here when it opened the #1 deluxe was amazing, delicious. I came back last month and the piece of chicken on the sandwich was obviously dipped in the fryer more than once. Even the bun was greasy. So today I went over to Pet o andCostco and thought I'd give it another try. Big mistake! The sandwich was just not quality. The piece of chicken didn't even fill the bun. It was dark brown so obviously fried more than once. The bun was, in my opinion, not fresh. Disappointed again. I won't be back. read more

This particular location is awesome! The food always comes out fresh. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous . They bring the food to your table, they are always cleaning and making sure everything is super organized!! They have a little play area for the kids which so far has been very clean every time my kids visit. My son and I have CELIAC Disease and this Chick-fil-A has been a blessing to my family. A couple weeks ago I went to the drive through and ordered the Chick-Fil- Deluxe Chicken Sandwhich with the Gluten-Free Bun. After making my order I drove around to pay and the lady repeated my order to me. During the entire process the woman processing my order TOLD ME "I read a note from your order that you have Celiac Disease..You ordered the Gluten-Free bun however you ordered the regular Chick-fil-A chicken however it's the Grilled chicken that is Gluten free" I completely forgot! I was so impressed that their workers were educated enough about Celiac disease and knew that the regular Chick-fil-a chicken had gluten in it so that I could not eat it. You never see service like that at other place. I was very impressed by their staff. And the company in general especially since I was diagnosed with Celiac dease has been great. Even having the Gluten free bread in a separate packaging to avoid cross-contamination is very considerate. Once my son was diagnosed with Celiac he had to sacrifice a lot of food. We are happy however that Chick-fil-A has stayed by our side. Love this place, love their food, I would recommend to all. Thank you. read more
