Very impressed with how they are handling the drive thru-lines during the pandemic. They have awnings set up and signs everywhere to direct people. It was easy and organized. Not a long wait at all despite the many, many cars. Good job to all the workers and thank your hard work, especially since was a bit cold and windy outside. Shout out to the nice worker who directed us on where to go and on what the next steps were, and for encouraging sign up on mobile apps to get rewards! read more

I have to start by saying I become fairly addicted to their chicken fingers. I really like the taste of them. I will also say that the staff here is extremely polite and helpful. I usually go through the drive-thru but have going into the restaurant itself a couple of times and I find them eager to assist with bringing the food to the table and bringing me my drink has I walk with a walker and it becomes difficult to carry such things. No I have a standard thing that I order which is usually a 3-piece strip entree and a lemonade. The lemonade is Killer By the way. My only issue with the place lately and the reason they got only 4 stars instead of 5, is that I've noticed recently that the pieces of chicken have gotten it seems to me at least a little smaller add that to a recent price increase and it seems like the value just isn't there, not that it was ever really cheap to begin with. These changes that resulted in me dropping my frequency of visits from probably four times a week to once or twice. With that said they still have probably the best tasting fast food chicken around and definitely the best chicken strips. read more

Chik-fil-A is surely the best tasting and best chain restaurant chicken . From what they tell me, the chicken is flash frozen raw. Then defrosted , breaded, and fried. This restaurant is good and it is in one of the busiest strip malls in north Jersey . Located directly across the street from Teterboro Airport . Only one negative about this location , as well as most of the other north Jersey Chik-fil-As....Most of the employees handling/preparing food do not wear any visors , hats , or hair nets . Was in another one of their north Jersey stores a few weeks ago (Englewood) and a customer reported a hair baked into a chicken strip. Just to reiterate , it was not at this location though . This is one of the only locations where the owner is mostly present and always walking around the place . They do a pretty good job considering the high volume of people making a mess of the place . One other note : The electronic garbage cans have to go ! You have to bend over three feet over floor to throw trash away and they can't keep up with volume. read more

So my weekend quest for a nice salad and my husband's fondness of chicken nuggets landed us at here. Imagine my surprise when my non app loving husband loaded their app up while waiting on the drive thru lane. Although the line was rather long it went really quickly. I tried their southwest spicy grilled chicken salad. I have to admit I enjoyed it. I skipped the chip strips to save a few carbs and loved the pepitas. It is under 500 calories, low fat but loaded with sodium and the net carb count is 27 so overall not too bad. What I found a little surprising is the chicken was thinly shaved slices and not at all what I was expecting but good. I loved the dressing and it was filling. My hubby definitely gives their chicken fingers a big thumbs up. I had a taste and they're nice and moist with a flavorful coating. read more

Best fast food there is! Came here tonight and surprisingly, the line wasn't long at all. Ordered a 8pc meal and it was delicious. French fries & nuggets were crispy. The buffalo sauce and honey mustard is great for dipping. Both so tasty. Can't go wrong with there lemonade! Everything was great! Workers are super nice! Thank you!! read more

Love Chick-fil-A! The 2 lane drive-thru is efficient (~15 min during lunch time) and the spicy chicken sandwich is perfectly crispy and delicious! One of the only drive-thru Chick-fil-A's in the area - the other nearby locations are in food courts of shopping malls. read more

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food joint and I am so happy a stand alone has opened in Bergen County. It is conveniently located next to Costco so I can fill my belly before I head in. This has been the cleanest and friendliest fast food store I have stepped into. Tons of workers all with smiles taking and filling orders. The line went very quickly and food came out just as I was paying. Most drinks come with free refills. Nuggets came out fresh and piping hot! The condiments section was filled with utensils, napkins, ketchup packets, hot sauce packets, mayo both regular and light, salt and pepper, Purell wipes, plastic bibs and mints. Basically, they thought of everything you may need. There's a play section for children, outdoor tables that face Teterboro airport and a drive thru. read more

Who doesn't love chick-fil-a? Crazy people that is who. Finally a self standing location, serving up the usual, pickle fried chicken that I have always loved since I was a wee little kid. The place was packed but they moved things along and were very efficient. Friendly staff, everything was clean, I will be back. P.S. Their cheese sauce is not as good as Shake Shack's read more

Came here for breakfast and fell in love. I got their sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and some hash Browns. You can taste and see the authenticity of the food -- eggs look like REAL eggs, same with the sausage. The only reason I'm dropping a star is because I honestly did not like AT ALL their coffee. Started coming here the 2nd day they were open because we thought it was the first day, but were treated as good as if it was the 1st day and have been here a dozen times since. They always have a lot of employees working, they are always friendly and bring our food to the table and refill our drinks for free! The sandwiches are delicious for fast-food and among the absolute best we've had anywhere. Relatively new location, this it's still very clean. There's plenty of seating and a flat area for kids. Food is what you expect from this chain, chicken is juicy and flavorful. Service is quick and courteous. I always use their app to order ahead for even quicker service. There's a drive through and a decent amount by of parking. read more

So happy to have a Chick-fil-A that's not too far from home. The set up here is unique since it's right across from the airport. The only minor complaint I have is that it's sometimes hard to hear the person on the other end of the drive thru due to planes flying overhead, but that's not the store's fault. The food is usual Chick-fil-A goodness, and the people who work there are so genuinely pleasant. Definitely worth checking out for a quick bite. read more

The food is good, as expected but the drive thru wait times are long. I spend about 30 minutes on average in the drive thru and this can be quite the drag. Don't recommend for a quick bite, it's more of something to get if you have time and really want it. I guess it isn't really fast food lol. The brownie is the best item on the menu definitely recommend also the Polynesian sauce is slept on everyone definitely needs to try it! read more

Appreciate the crew... top shelf folks...other evening my battery died in the parking lot and as luck would have it PHILIP C... just ended his shift and was walking toward his car and he dropped everything to get his jumper cables out and helped me get my car to run again... his pleasure to help !!! I ordered pick up drive thru, I had my two little girls with me and 1st they forgot to give me the gallon of ice tea, came back and said couldn't do anything you have to go inside to pick it up, there's a fucking reason why I order drive thru and not in restaurant and still this lady tells me to still go inside that she couldn't do anything! I asked to cancel also said to go inside, useless can't even get an order right, second time it happens. read more

So just tried chick-fil-a for the first time tonight and was pretty pleased with it. But I wasn't pleased with this though.... the issue was: I ordered one spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and it came without the cheese (even though it said on the box with pepper jack cheese) so that was extremely disappointing. The chicken strips were dry and I probably wouldn't get them again. But with that being said the other spicy chicken sandwich with cheese I got was very good. The garlic and herb ranch sauce was out of this world good. And the zesty buffalo sauce was so good too! I would def come back but make sure I check the bag before I leave so my meal is correct. read more

Chick-fil-A is my sons favorite fast food place to go. We were out shopping and decided to stop for lunch. He insisted on Chick-fil-A so that's where I took him. What Can I say, he has my heart so he gets what he wants every time! This was my first time dining here so I didn't really know what to order or what to expect. He ordered the original chicken sandwich with fries and a Hi-C and since I didn't know what to order, the manager that was ringing me up was helpful and made recommendations. I decided on the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe that came with lettuce, jack cheese, tomato, and pickles. Then she recommended I try the lemonade they make there so she let me try it and it was so good! The chicken sandwich was so juicy and flavorful. They also have a number of dips so we asked for buffalo, bbq, and Polynesian sauce. The restaurant was very clean and they even have a play area for small children toward the back end of the restaurant. That is very convenient for parents that want to sit and rest for a moment. Well, considering this restaurant is in the middle of a dozen other restaurants, it was packed and I would definitely return with my son if he wanted to. Again, I was relieved to see how clean the establishment was and how friendly ALL of the staff was. FYI, they actually cater for special events! I'll remember that when my boys have a football game or scrimmage so I can bring a bunch of burgers to those hard working players! read more

Finally tried this spot and was very pleased. Yes, there was a line but it moved very fast! Everything was well organized, employees were very accommodating to serve the customer. Ordered chicken nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Everything came out great!!!! I had actual chicken pieces! Polynesian sauce is soooooo tasty, definitely recommend it. I was a frequent customer at this location until a short while ago. I had a discrepancy with my order and when I went to speak with the manager on duty she was rude and lacked proper customer interface etiquette. The experience was unlike any ChickFilA experience I ever had. Because of this, I will never patronize this franchise location (along with all of my business colleagues). read more

I understand what this company supports and I'm totally against it but that is not going to stop me treating myself with a good food. One thing that people need to understand is that people that works there doesn't care what this company stands on their believes. These workers are people just like me and you, struggling pay check by check or else they wouldn't be working there. Its not as easy to choose now at days where to work. The job market is extremely difficult. What I really care is that my food is well prepared and I'm well treated, that's all! In the end let's be kind to one another. read more

A drive thru Chick-fil-A is exactly what this area needed! I have only experienced it at the Paramus Park Mall being it was the only one I knew about but finding this location has been a total game changer. The drive thru is never crowded and the staff is probably some of the nicest servers I have ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. My food is always made correctly and I have never had any sort of complaint. I really like their #1 chicken sandwich, nothing special just a fried chicken sandwich made correctly. The worst chick fil a I've ever been to. Rude and wouldn't prepare my fries well done. I'll never be back and now I'm looking at all their restaurants in a bad way. Such a bad experience especially for someone who doesn't eat chicken and only their fries. Poor customer service!! read more

After having chick fil a for the first time I wished I had tried it sooner. They had great service and our food was fresh and hot. I was impressed! I tried the fries and the spicy chicken sandwich. Both were hot and super fresh. The spicy chicken had pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles. It all went really well together. The waffle fries were so good and we dipped them in ranch dipoing sauce. While the drive thru wait was 10 to 15 minutes, it was well worth it. Everyone was so nice and provided excellent customer service. I was impressed all around and can't wait to go back! read more

This is my first time going to this place. I really enjoy the food. I ordered the chicken nuggets with chicken sandwich and waffle fries. I tried all different types of sources i enjoyed all the sources except for honey mustard. the chicken tasted the most fresh I had ever tasted anywhere else. I especially enjoy this place because they use sea salt and on top of that their cheese did not taste it like a crappy Kraft cheese. I am definitely going here for now on for anything of chicken wise. read more

We're so glad we did, because this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the rough. With a nondescript exterior and limited signage, Foodies Diner is easy to miss. It's in an area with mainly houses and mixed use commercial buildings, but the space inside is cozy. I especially appreciated the way the owner greeted everyone who enters and thanked everyone who leaves with notable warmth and small-town friendliness. The menu reads like a true diner - with all-day breakfast and brunch options, as well as standard lunch fare. We ordered a Santa Fe salad and an L.A. burger - which comes with avocado, bacon, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was pretty standard, but having it delivered on a warm brioche bun feels a little bit special. The accompanying fries were also great - crisp and potatoey on the inside. The salad, on the other hand, was a near triumph. Served on a large platter, there was a small field of well-seasoned chicken, shredded cheddar, vegetables, avocado, pico de gallo, and - best yet - some pieces of warm, toasted pita. I even sprinkled some pieces of bacon from my burger into this salad, and wow did that take it over the top. I dug into this salad with fair gusto and would absolutely come back for it...which is saying something, since I wouldn't expect to fall in love with a salad at a diner. Service was fantastic, and we were pleased with how reasonably priced our meal turned out to be. There's plenty of parking - either right out front or in the lot further back.

Came here in the recommendation of a hot dog junkie to give these guys a try. We came at lunchtime…read more(a bit of a drive for us) and parked behind the building. I could see how parking might be tough during a busy lunchtime, but we lucked out. I ordered a BLVD Ripper (foot long Windmill Dog) with chili, cheese and kraut and one of the Thumann's deep fried with kraut chili and mustard. Also shared some tots with my lunchmates. The shop itself is nice and set up for both sit-down and take out. Guy behind the counter, who I assumed was the owner, was super friendly and seemed pretty enthusiastic about his place. My take...I thought the dogs were done perfectly and the chili and kraut were delicious. I would have preferred a little more cheese on the ripper as the flavor got buried. The hot dog buns were just ok...they didn't hold up to contain the toppings, which was a little disappointing. Tots were great. My two lunchmates gave a mixed review...one loved his two dogs and the other liked the dogs, but was just so-so in the toppings and the buns. You can't please everyone I guess. Overall I had a great lunch, but it's pretty far out of our way to become a regular lunch spot for us. That said, if in the area, I would definitely stop in again!

Top tier customer service!…read more Ordered online ahead of time and food was ready on-time and well packaged. Had their food once before but this was first time going to pick up food myself. Place was bustling on a weekday afternoon. Most pick up experiences are pretty mundane and not memorable, you get your food and go. However, the staff who serviced my order was so gracious that I was honestly taken aback - I had never been treated so special for such a quick interaction with just a few kind words. All this to say that the smallest moments do make a big difference in the food space and because of this staff, Fluffies has earned my deep loyalty. I did not get his name but if he ever gets a chance to read the reviews, I know he would know it's him, I hope he has a good day and gets a raise, for real. It's very rare to get this type of service anymore. Thank you.

Never had food from this chain until now, and I'm old! I normally avoid gluten, but that is a story for another day. Recently, tried a chick fil a sandwich in a popup via "Fooda" and it was very good, although it only came with pickles and cost $7 at said popup - it is cheaper at the actual brick/morter location. It was, however, very high quality and quite tasty. So much so, I wanted another a few weeks later, so I looked to see where there was one relatively nearby without going to a mall. I was expecting what would look like it does at the mall where I'd seen it at least 20 years ago. Not so...no way. The dining area is very nice. You place your order, maybe get your drinks, and go sit with a "tower" so they can find you and bring your order; it all happens quite quickly though, and the place was mobbed with customers. The runners who bring your order are extremely polite, pleasant and accommodating...and they do it all without making tips! There was cheese on one of our sandwiches that we did not order (even the box stated no cheese) so we simply removed it. This might be since we ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and maybe it comes WITH cheese. This happened to another customer who made such a stink about it, you'd think he would have been poisoned by it - well, perhaps he had an allergy or lactose intolerance, but seriously, dude....just remove the cheese. The runner was very gracious to him even tho the customer was rude. Again, it's the quality that is so good. Everything was delicious...and, they have a drive through. If you can get past their politics, you will enjoy the food. read more

I've been a fan for a while now. The filters are getting smaller and smaller. Today was the final straw. Got two sandwiches and the frozen lemonade( the best drink ever) and what I thought was going to be two great chicken sandwiches. To my dismay it looks like that have cut them in half to push profits. Just and FYI Popeyes in now competition for you keep serving chicken like this and your going to lose fast to them. read more
