The ambiance is super chill, very clean place. The Chick fil a in Augusta pines 25630 Kuykendahl needs some extensive lessons from y'all. Their chicken doesn't taste well, it tasted old , their servers always mess up orders and it is just overall terrible. They truly need y'all's help. This is the only Chick-fil-A that consistently serves undercooked fries. My recent visit was the fourth time in a row that I received undercooked fries. I just threw them away. It is so disappointing. I'm assuming they think they are so busy that they had to reduce the standard cook time. Things are running smoothly and efficiently as far as drive thrus at fast food places go. There's someone taking your order on a tablet, then you pay another person and then you pull up to the numbered area where they tell you and get your food. Easy. Everyone is wearing masks and very nice. They read your order back to you and ask you if everything's good so your order should be correct. (Notice I said "should.") Personally, I've never had any issues with an order at any location. I think that the lines moved quickly and we got our food fast despite the amount of cars that were in the drive thru. Childrens play area has moldy ceiling tiles and is only partially lit. The manager on duty smirked when i asked him about the lights and told me they were all on. I walked him to the lights, about half of them were off. He continued smirking and said he would check on it. That was a month ago and they are still off. I believe chic-fil-et is purposefully discouraging inside dining. Covid restrictions are over, please bring back the inside dining experience. Clean up your playlands and light them up again please. This can be a very busy drive thru. This is in a heavily populated family neighborhood. It's had a recent remodel. The great news is that there is a double drive thru. Their menu is well lit with individual and combo meals. There are meals for the kiddos obviously. You can order your chicken, bun less, and you will save about .10. I'll get a fork, knife and side of ranch. Their bread buns are fairly generic. Don't want to eat mediocre carbs. They do have grilled or fried chicken. The fries are the waffle type. Three salads available at this store. Not all stores have the Southwest salad. They no longer have coleslaw. They have replaced it with kale. Also a side salad and fruit cup are available sides. They also have wraps, breakfast and ice cream cones. The ice tea will come either sweet or unsweet. Free lemons and one free refill on the tea if you have room in your cup. I called this location yesterday to see if they take Purchase Orders from a school district. We were in town for a swim meet. I spoke with Blare and can I just tell you, he was so incredible kind on the phone and told us that their store could take care of us! So i told him we would be bringing 9 students at about 3:00. When we got there, he recognized me immediately! He coached fellow staff member on how to process this form of payment! And I am so glad that he did, because when we returned today, one of the girls he'd trained was able to help us out since he wasn't there when we went!! I just went through the drive-through of this location. Many cars were in line barely moving. Most of the employees were inside goofing around. The girls taking orders were sitting at a table with other girls laughing and talking. They appeared to be laughing at the cars waiting in line. Love this location! We frequent the drive thru, which is extremely fast. They work like a well oiled machine. Everyone I have ever spoken to at this location is super nice.
