This was my first time at this Chick-fil-A location and I was very happy with pretty much everything. Every employee we encountered were some of the nicest people I've ever been around in a customer service setting. Calihan who took our order was patient, sweet, and kind. A rare gem in customer service for sure! The food came out faster than expected and was all hot and tasted great. I dined in and the place was clean. No weird splotches on the walls, tables squeaky clean, no trash to be seen anywhere (not even a straw wrapper). They had a children's play area and I thought that was pretty cool since kids don't love to sit and wait once they've started their food down. Definitely will be back when in the area. I love Chick fil A and eat at one when I have the chance. Even during this pandemic, these guys still do it well. They were on top of everything with their drive through and were fully staffed to handle what came their way. Pulling in, it's right off the expressway on a very busy corner in what appears to be a shopping district. It's easy to spot from the road and I noticed a line when I pulled in. Being that a line can mean a 10 minute wait or 45 minutes, I didn't know what to expect. The staff here was amazing. I was in and out with my food in 10 minutes, no joke. There were staff directing people (including me) into the drive thru lines for efficiency. I pulled up and there was 2 people with tablets at each drive through (4 total) taking orders. If I wanted to pay with a card, they would run it right there. I wanted to pay cash, so I had to pull ahead. When I got to the front, the guy addressed me by name and told me what my total was. He grabbed me my food, and I pulled ahead again for my drinks. Order was perfect! I told the guy that this was the most efficient thing I've seen in ages, especially during this whole pandemic thing. Unfortunately I had a not so good customer service at Sylvania and Talmadge location Toledo Ohio. I had received a breakfast order twice that was incorrect, so the second time I went into the store to see if anything could be done about it. I immediately got a very condescending response and said I needed to call the 1-800 number get a gift card to replace the meal. So I have called twice and each time they have told me it's the store who should be replacing the incorrect order with a gift card , so I'm totally getting the run around with no response at all. The manger was rude and I have never had bad customer service at Chick-fil-A ever, in fact it's always been a pleasure to go there, but this has certainly changed my opinion. I'm hoping their customer service isn't changing for the worst that truly would be a loss if one individual can make that kind of impact, and still waiting to see if my meal can be replaced or not, after all they did get my money twice but I didn't get my meal! read more

Best way to start out the day with two of your favorites - biscuit and fried chicken!!!! I stopped here on my way to Oberlin around 8:45am. Plenty of parking and seating inside. Now, I have never dined in before, it's always been through drive-thru during travels... so after ordering my food, they gave me this bin with my receipt inside and I was lost as to what to do.... so I asked if I should wait until they called my order and was told to have a seat and someone will bring it out to me... first experience!! So I sat and waited. About five minutes later, the tray with the delicious food appeared! I was in heaven! Then coming back from Oberlin, I stopped here for dinner! Boy, was I taken back.... the parking lot was full, inside the restaurant was full, both lanes to the drive-thru was full... but I was determined and I was actually in and out in about 12 minutes. Two people were working the drive through, taking orders using tablets and tell us which car to follow, etc... man this system works. I thought I'd be there for 30 minutes from the moment I got in line to the time I got my food... nope, was done in about 12 minutes! The best! Michigander here, so my comparisons of this restaurant to others isn't much! But! Nonetheless this Chick-fil-A was top notch. We came here on Labor Day weekend - Friday to be exact around 530p and it was packed! The two drive-thrus were so long and the inside of the restaurant was full of people. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the people and thinking how long the wait was going to be, but nope! 4-5 cashiers were cranking out orders and it was so efficient! Our cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. She read back our order and everything was right. Sauces are free and we got 6 sauces in total. Our food was served to our table almost the same time that we sat down. Food is hot, tasty, and fresh. The chicken is crunchy and juicy and fries have good flavor. Tip - get the diet lemonade! Tastes the same as regular with less sugar. The line inside continued to be long but cashiers and food runners continued to turn out food. The efficiency again amazed my husband and I - I could never imagine any other fast food places operating this fast and with good quality. Bathrooms are clean and actually smelled good. Baby diapers were free in the bathroom stall which I thought was really awesome. Buser came up to us after we were finishing our meal and asked if either of us needed refills. Are you kidding me?! Such good customer service. My husband took him up on his offer and on his way back the staff said he would clean our table/dispose of our trash. Lastly he gave us mints for the way out. We decided to be greedy and came here after Cold Stone. We only purchase entrees so we only came there for the meat. What I like about this location is the friendly and helpful staff, I have never had a problem with any of the workers ever. I went through the drive-thru at the location on Secor Rd near Westgate. I have been to this chain fast food place at various locations and had always had a consistently good experience... but this visit fell short. I ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches, two grilled chicken salads and chicken nuggets. The friendliness and efficiency of staff members did not disappoint. Each person was super friendly and food was quickly ready. The food, however, was not the same quality that we had enjoyed previously. There was a weird flavor to both chicken sandwiches that detracted from the quality. The chicken nuggets were also disappointing, as they were overly fried and there was a lot more of the fried coating than chicken underneath. On the bright side, the grilled chicken salads were both very fresh and delicious. The chicken salads didn't have the same odd aftertaste as the sandwiches. We've always been pleased with service and food quality at this restaurant, so maybe it was just an off night. Would definitely order the salads again, might try a grilled chicken sandwich, but would absolutely never order the chicken nuggets again- far better at McDonald's or Burger King. Can't beat the friendliness of staff members here, but I probably would not return to this location because of the food. read more

I don't always like the employees standing right there because I do get social anxiety and it's hard to sometimes face someone when no. I don't know what I want to eat. It is free standing which means drive-thru--definitely a big plus for me. The sandwiches were awesome as usual. I highly recommend the good ol' regular sandwich with a ton of chick-fil-a sauce (note: if you have not tried chick-fil-a sauce, you are SERIOUSLY missing out). My only problem with this particular location was that when I asked for plain sandwiches, they simply removed the pickles and not the butter. I was the first to order, and my food came out before the rest of my group placed their order! Now that's FAST food service! Driving across the border and three hours for chicken is the kind of obsession and love only chickfila can incite from you. There is this indescribable joy that I feel when I walk into a Chick-Fil-A and know that my stomach will be filled with their delicious fried chicken and Chick-fil-A sauce. I've tried almost all the menu items and my "usual" is a 8 piece nugget meal with unsweetened tea, chick fil a sauce, buffalo sauce, ranch and ketchup. I know, it's a lot of sauce. I don't even care, they put magic in their sauce. I'm convinced that they close every Sunday because they pray to Jesus and he cries into those little packages. The sandwich was good but was missing the tomato, which results in a lost star in my review. The other star being yanked away is for the limp-wristed mediocre waffle fries that were served. Hands down the greatest drive through I've ever been to. I came in around 6pm on a Monday and was a little freaked out by the line. There were around 10 cars waiting and they had two order lanes that combined into one. I figured it would be like McDonald's and take around 25 minutes but I think I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The cashier took my credit card while another guy gave me my food, by the time I took the food and put it on the passenger seat, the cashier was done and handing me my card back. Amazing. We drove here before heading over to the zoo. Jam packed parking lot but all kinds of room inside. The dining room was very clean as witnessed by 3 staff cleaning tables and taking out trash. The restroom was very clean and if not for the industrial soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser you might think you were in a friends half bath. In other words very clean and presentable for a QSR restroom. We both ordered the grilled chicken meal which came with a small drink and waffle fries. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty and the waffle fries were soft fried and delicious. Our drinks came with refills which were retrieved by Jesse from the restaurant staff. The lines moved very quickly and the food was flying out of the kitchen for everybody not just us.
