Went today for dinner, food was great. However service was so-so, could be better. But overall good

So I've been going to Chick-fil-A for years and I always order the fries well done because otherwise they're kind of just soft and mushy. I ordered it well done I even double checked. I ordered those well done correct, and then the associate assured me, yes, you ordered them well done. I received my order. They are not well done. I called the store and they say we don't do that anymore. OK that's fine but why did you tell me that you were going to do it, twice. She said I can either come in for a refund or get more soggy fries and then she called me back and said after speaking with my team, we decided we're not gonna give you a refund, but will give you another order of fries not well done. I was already on my way back to the store because she said I could get a refund so I went inside and the manager gave me the refund. The hoops I had to jump through was ridiculous. I will never be going back to Chick-fil-A. Especially if I have to order soggy fries and being assured they would be well done, so I guess they should open on Sunday, since they no longer value customer service by an ethical standard point. read more

First let me say i ordered through dinerdash. I like chicken fill A. I really do. However when i order a southwest chicken salad with SPICY chicken, PEPITAS, and TORTILLA STRIPS. Thats kinda what i expect to get. That being said the good ol folks at this chicken fill A decided even though i ordered it this way i shouldn't get it the way i want. No pepitas, tortilla strips, and my chicken was just plain NOT SPICY chicken. Thats ok though cause i will ALWAYS dispute my order for missing ingredients. I get breakfast here almost everyday. This last week I had to wait for my food at the window which I don't mind. But the fact that my bread is not cooked like it should be my cheeses is cold this is when it becomes annoying. We ended up here at lunch today for two reasons: A food drive, apparently a regular event, and a desire to support Chick-fil-A in what we feel is an unwarranted attack on the CEO's right to express his opinion in the public square. This is the first time we have eaten at Chick-fil-A and had to drive clear across town to do so. The chicken sandwich was simple but quite tasty for fast food; the waffle cut fries were good and different. The service was great . The employee waiting on us was helpful and friendly. This is the only chick fil a I have ever been too across multiple states that when they are working the window or counter people are texting on their cell phones not even paying attention. It never fails something is always forgotten from our order someone's food and utensils are always missing, we've been here about 15 times and every single time they've messed up our order. My favorite chick fil a in Colorado AND in Utah they were so friendly and our order was always fast and correct... this location definitely does not live up to the chick fil a reputation of friendly staff and orders being correct. My son and I visited Chick-Fil-A about s week ago. Service was fast through the drive thru. The employees were pleasant. We received a correct, warm order. Pretty normal service and taste for any of these restaurants. I'm not the biggest fan, but I do enjoy their waffle fries and appreciate some of the healthier options they have. read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes and ordered a #2 with a lemonade. Literally nothing extra or substituted or anything that would warrant them giving me the wrong order. Worst part about the whole experience is, I go back to get a refund because whatever that garbage was I wasn't going to eat it, but when I leave after them issuing my refund I get to the car and realize they've also proceeded to refund some arbitrary amount. Incompetence is rampant. I eat at this restaurant all the time the problem I have is the inconsistency in the size of the chicken fillet they brag about having the best in the business however today I think my pickle was thicker than the chicken breast also the sandwich the bun and the chicken we're cold I went into the restaurant because of the long line in the drive-through however I'm very disappointed too bad they can't have at least a similar sized fillet each time and it would be great if it was hot I also forgot to ask for sauce as they apparently don't offer it without you asking read more

Probably the saddest meal I've had from a chick fil a. Came in late night around 8pm but they didn't close until 10pm. The drive thru was super full so I decided to walk in after a 4 hour road trip home. The girl that took my order was nice. Sadly she put barely any ice in my drink and didn't even fill it to the top. I had to ask her for more ice and she still didn't put enough to where my sweet tea wasn't luke warm. The ranch for my wrap was warm like it had been sitting out and the fries were extremely soggy like they had been sitting out a while too. Hopefully I just caught them on an off night as I love chick fil a and have never had a bad experience until this night. I will be trying the grant location to make the comparison even though it is always busy it is also very new so it might be hit or miss as well. I love chick fil a so I will be back to give them another try! read more

This location is definitely not one that feels like a real chick fila. Cashier said, you're welcome. WHO SAYS THAT AT CHICK FILA?!??! Took awhile for the food to come. Fries were cold. I sent them back and still got some fries that were not fresh. The tenders definitely have gotten a lot smaller. They raise their price but the quality/size is not the same. My daughter and I went through the drive-thru this evening around 6:30 p.m. We were in line, and no one ever came over to us to take our order, so we figured we had to order at the speaker. Well-we get to the window, and still no one asked for our order. We explained to Denise, at the window, who in turn made us go all the way back to the beginning of the line. When we finally got our food after waiting double time in the drive-thru, we asked for a mgr. This guy with glasses and long hair (in a ponytail) told us "there are signs that tell you where to go." This had nothing to do with what happened, and he was essentially blaming us for what happened. If I was the mgr., I would have taken the order at the window the first time, then had them wait in the parking lot and brought the food out. I will never go to this location again. The employees and mgr. are rude and do not care! Very disappointing to say the least. read more

Came here 2 days ago, thought it was a fluke as the fries were not crispy like the other chick fil a, that I am comparing to. Well went today and the fries were consistently underwhelming and not fresh. So disappointed. Also, I decided to get extra pickles on my number one, and they don't have any pickles! There's a Walmart and target near here, I feel like management should have known and proactively got pickles, as they are supposed to be the ones who invented the chicken sandwich. This is my favorite fast food chicken. The staff are very considerate and the food is usually hot. This location is fairly busy and they appear to operate efficiently. I love their nuggets with ranch and buffalo. Also a big fan of their lemonade. The chicken wrap is a good alternative if you're looking for something healthier (avocado dressing is nice). I sometimes get the grilled chicken sandwich but dislike it when the bread is soggy. read more

I honestly do not know why I am writing this review. This is a standard, basic fast food restaurant. You will have decent days and you will have bad days. Most of the ones here are basically mediocre. The chicken itself is cooked well, but is quite often too small for the bun; it is so much more money just to put veggies on your sandwich - yes let's make it more expensive to eat healthier; and service is inconsistent... one time the food came out before we even finished paying at the counter. I do not know if that is good or bad. The waffle fries are good. Compared to most of your fast food places, this place is kinda expensive, though the food is good. read more

Every location I've been to has been delightful. They really strive to go above and beyond! We went through the drive thru when it was really busy, but they got all four meals right, and were still friendly while moving as quick as possible. Best location for Chick-fil-A in Tucson. They are so accommodating I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to get food every single time they give me five Chick-fil-A sauces every time I ask without an issue. And they get my order right every single time the lines are always moving fast there is a employee outside of the drive-through that hands out your food to make the lines go by faster. They are always thinking one step ahead. They are always accommodating they are always polite they always get my order right and the lines are always moving fast. Invariably, its always the one day of the week where a craving strikes the hardest! This location is a good one though. The servers are some of the friendliest of any fast-food chain you'll ever see! And as a tip - if you haven't yet, try to honey roasted BBQ sauce! omgggooood! It's similar to the Chick-fil-A sauce (also delicious), but with a little tang from the BBQ. It was super crowded at lunchtime so the food took a while, which was stressful because I had to get back to work. It's like a lemony sort of yellow BBQ sauce that goes amazingly on their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I have no idea what's in it, but it is beautiful. BAD: corporate politics. This is my chikfila review haiku style Chicken yummy bits, Awesome tasty waffle fries, Damn kids ruin lunch. I love the nuggets and sandwiches but the fries wow I dont share those with the special lady friend, They are mine! Get your own! They have coke zero on tap which gets you an automatic extra star. I love the chickfila sauce, and you can ask for the most weird amounts and types of sauces without any hesitation comments or demands of extra money. I will put on my grinch hat for a min. Seriously I could not care less about you winshape camp or your winshape marriage or the history of your company. Grandparents day with our grandkids. The kids like Chick-fil-A. Manager (David Garcia) took order. Order incorrect. He wasn't listening. He was, however, friendly. Store layout clunky. The line blocks the door and the path to eastside seating. Any other restaurant I'd give it a four. However, I expect more from Chick-fil-A. Spicy Chicken was thin and overcooked. I've enjoyed many other spicy chickens from Chick-fil-A. They were all thick and juicy. Disappointed. Went back to the counter for dessert. Ordered a shake. Asked them to hold the whipped cream.
