Ah the Chick fil-A experience. People were nice except one lady who had stank face and definitely didn't look like she wanted to be there. The place was clean and comfortable. The food on the other hand was why I gave this place 2 stars. Egg McMuffin was cold and dry like it had been sitting there for a while. All the food was cold and didn't have the care in the world to complain. Mediocracy is what runs fast food now my expectations unfortunately have dropped for a good hot breakfast. I believe this is my first time at this location :). Here are some of my thoughts when I visited Chik-Fila-A this past weekend and tried their new sandwich. Food: The new sandwich is definitely flavorful, you get a little bit of everything in the sandwich as expected, but in some instances the pimento seemed to be nonexistent. I suspect the honey flavor masked a lot of the pimento portion of the sandwich. I do think I may have gotten a little bit of pimento in comparison to other reviews I've seen. Temperature: The food was tempered correctly, no issues here. As expected they do a great job with temperature of food. Atmosphere: I went thru the drive-thru, and they were definitely excited to see me :). Value: Expensive in my opinion. As I've mentioned in other reviews, I think Chik-fil-A like many other establishments suffer from the rise of food cost. Particularly they've gotten really expensive here. In short you're definitely paying for quality here. Recommendation: I would try this sandwich again, to see if the pimento was just underserved, so that I can get the full experience of the sandwich as opposed to a strong honey flavor (which I know the sandwich name implied). I was hoping to get a strong reaction from the pimento but it wasn't in the cards heh. I'd still recommend this sandwich as its still really good! read more

The vibe and atmosphere at this Chick-fil-a is different than others I've been to. Lots of activity going on behind the counter. Lots of people with red shirts behind the counter with only one register open. Guy did come up to a register and asked if I was paying with a card. I said no, paying with cash, he just turned around and walked away. Ordered the chick-fil-a deluxe which was good. There were no condiments out such as ketchup, mustard or napkins. I never post bad reviews but me and my friend came in and found these weird mystery wood chip like things in our fries. I thought they were just pieces of potatoes but they definitely were not. Much more hard and not brittle at all. Whatever it is it is nasty that it ended up in the fries. Serious health concern finding that in my fries. This is the one on Oracle and auto Mall Drive. My wife and I had lunch there. She ordered a salad fairly well. I ordered the grilled chicken cold. The bun tasted bad and literally I'm writing this in the bathroom. That's how bad ever since I got home. I had this upset stomach. I mainly frequent here through the Dt. Never really had any issues or anything with ordering and getting my food. I only had one time where my food was made wrong but they made it right. I overall would recommend coming here. They are quick and efficient. I am a big chicken fanatic so this gives me my chicken fix when I need it. They have great milkshakes too. Can't complain when I get a cookies and cream one or the seasonal ones they have during certain times of the year. The employees are super friendly and nice when ordering as well. I'll probably keep coming back for that chicken fix as long as I live because I love chick fil a. When you are sad chick Fil a brings you back up. We came in here after watching a movie at the El Con Mall. It wasn't really busy as it was well after dinner time. There was a small group of military men there ahead of us. It seemed to take a long time to get our food though. While normally I would have been irritated--the staff noticed the issue of the delay before I had a chance to complain. They addressed it quickly and brought us out some dessert at no charge in hopes of making up for the wait. This clearly went over well with me! I do have to say though, their offer of free dessert would not have been so amazing if it weren't for them noticing and taking action all BEFORE we said something.
