You definitely can't go wrong with the chicken sandwich and waffle fries, they have some of the best shakes that I've ever found that a fast food restaurant made with real ice cream, now if you're looking for something a little healthier they do you have some low-calorie emails as well as salads and I'm really loving the new boneless & skinless chicken nuggets, surprising they are full of flavor but even if they weren't there is an amazing selection of dipping sauces for you to choose from. It's a great place to bring the kids as they have a little small playground although I can get a little stuffy in the play area, this location in particular usually has mostly giveaways, typically it's in the morning from 6 to 10 and they put out the calendar so that you're aware of the dates and what's going to be free on that day, always friendly faces Will and ready to take your order, oh thing I dislike is them being closed on Sundays. read more

I come to this chick fil a often and have never really had an issue with my order. But I pulled up to the drive thru today and was very disappointed to see two employees taking orders outside. When I pulled up I asked the employee why they have them take orders in person outside instead of through the screen. The employee told me that they have them do it to make the "line go quicker" I then told them I thought it was too hot to be outside and they of course agreed. Now, I don't know what weather app the manager has on his/her phone but I'm pretty sure he/she can see it's 114 degrees today! If they are worried about the lines moving quicker than they should think about how slow it's going to be when half of their employees are in the hospital with heat stroke. This is wrong on so many levels. Torturing your employees to save a few seconds? Pretty disgusting. read more

Breakfast here is a bad idea. The burrito was tiny for the price. Had a nasty oniony chili sauce....ecch! The coffee tasted like it was brewed from the underwear of a bum. Love it here! The food is good compared to other fast-food restaurants. The service has always been very good. They walked with me to my table because I was carrying a child and later came to check on me to see if I needed a refill or extra sauce. The have a low (or no) calorie lemonade that is actually good! The reason we will keep coming back, though, is the cleanliness of the whole restaurant, the restrooms, and the play area. I had a pretty bad experience, ordering was confusing. We thought the girl had our order correct because we were explaining it to her more than twice. When we had our order repeated to us it seemed right. We then proceeded to the window, there was a car waiting in front of us for what seemed to be more than 10 minutes. Instead of telling the person to pull up because there was a girl out giving customers their food. She then started giving us our drinks which were exactly opposite from what we have ordered. The bag of food was small but it seemed odd that she didn't tell us anything else. She was giving other customers their food behind us. So after the car passed through we did as well. Thinking we got our food but then we turned around and waited another 30 minutes and still after trying to order our food again. They still got it all wrong, by the time we got to my sister's house. Chick Fil A is one of our family's favorites! Do you like milkshakes? Well, I highly recommend their shakes! I love their Cookies N' Cream Milkshakes! They're delicious and not too sweet! Their sandwiches are good as well. Not too greasy. Their kids meals are a little on the small portion but that's OK. Customer service is fast and friendly! For fast food, food is very good. Service has been very good. The drive-through is one of the most hellish, awkward things I have ever seen - not only do they send you up and down a couple aisles of the parking lot before getting into the drive-through lane, but a good percentage of the time you also have to maneuver around a semi trailer unloading at the mall. Today I ordered a southwest salad. It's supposed to come with two toppings: pepitas and spicy tortilla strips. Neither came. I asked an employee for them and she was absolutely sure they didn't offer pepitas. I asked her to check. She not only returned with pepitas and the tortilla strips, but with a manager who EXAMINED my table, I'm assuming to make sure I hadn't already received the toppings. Came in on a Saturday night at 8 and it wasn't busy at all but you can clearly tell the "B" team was in play tonight because it wasn't at all like the dozens of chic fil a experiences I've had in the past. Tonight's visit was comparable to that of Burger King or Jack in the Box rather than the restaurant they claim to be. The place was a mess- tables I wiped, floors dirty, employees gossiping while patrons were waiting for food and asking for things. Will definitely avoid this location from here on out. They also kept walking around aimlessly with our food and bringing it back to the counter because they're unaware of how they're own systems work. Another yelper recommended I go here and try the chicken strips. My husband decided to get an order of strips as well so he stopped by for us to order carry out and bring it home. The price for one order of four small strips was $4.59. We requested for ranch and BBQ sauce and also had a medium coffee. The coffee was $1.65. When we sat down at home and opened both of our small boxes we and found there were no sauces accompanying our strips. That's a bummer. I tried the coffee and wow....it was really strong! So powerful it would have knocked me out of my socks had I not had espresso before. This was not your typical American coffee it was more like the thick bold morning European espresso. I tried adding two vanilla creamers but that was pointless since the coffee easily overpowered the vanilla flavoring. The Chicken strips were small but moist with a crunchy exterior. I would have liked if they were a bit bigger in size but I can't expect much from a fast food chain. They were tasty but I can't say I would go out of my way to order them again. It pains me to give such a bad review. My family and I love Chick-fil-A, in fact we frequently choose it as a go to when we are out and about. The food is fantastic, however the service lacks that Chick-fil-A standard. On this particular visit, even though the cashier was extremely polite, they informed me this location doesn't give military discount which was mind boggling due to the fact they are close to base. There also was a man passed out in one of their booths and when I mentioned something the employee shrugged it off. I will continue to visit other Chick-fil-A locations but not this one. read more

They used to be my go-to for breakfast sandwiches. The chicken biscuit was perfectly cooked and the service was great. Now all that has changed. The biscuit is either burnt or so under-cooked it falls apart before you can even take a bite. They've gotten so small and skimpy on their portions that it's not even worth the price anymore. Chick-fil-A has got to have one of the best chicken sandwiches out there. It's sort of hit or miss tho, I go quite often and it's either perfectly made or somethings wrong and/or missing. They usually fix the problem with no issues, and are very nice about it, but I wish they paid a little more attention. Nevertheless, If you've never had chick-fil-a, you absolutely need to go! The crispy chicken is just as amazing as the grilled (and I usually hate grilled chicken on sandwiches), the salads are pretty big and filling, the lemonade is the best! Well this is the second time this specific Chick-fil-A has messed up my order and I'm pretty much over it. The first time they messed up my order and said that they would refund me for my meal and comp the next meals I went when I got there. When I got there two weeks later the lady said I wasn't on the list and that there were no comped meals. I continuously ate at Chick-fil-A because it was my sons favorite. Then today all of the lemonades were diet, and we all have allergies to aspartame or any artificial sweeteners. And my chicken sandwich had pickles, extra pickles, even though it says no pickles, and the Colby Jack cheese was inedible and gross. But half an hour ago my meal was delivered without the fries, so I called and ask them to send out the fries. during my school day i have a quick 30 minute lunch break. my friend really wanted chick-fil-a and i've never had the opportunity to try it. i got an 8 piece chicken nugget meal which was kind of pricey for the size of the actual chicken nuggets. however, the nuggets were cooked like they are homemade, not mass produced. the taste was great! a little to my disappointment, they didn't have mashed potatoes (yes, i'm used to KFC). but their waffle fries were still pretty tasty. like previous reviews, speed of service and service itself was fast and friendly. the manager even took a couple minutes out of his busy time to ask us how everything was, which i thought was a nice touch. read more
