My grandpa asked for a chicken sandwich and I drove to chick fil a and as I drove in there was a semi truck blocking the road. I'm not gonna honk or get mad at him for doing his job. So I turn into the front of the store where there are no cars and if there was a car there were no parked cars so I could easily go around. I make a u turn and pull up to order and there are two women. Long hair is nice but short hair was just mad. I understand I may have been in the wrong but was anyone hurt? They are tops in this type of food and restaurant category. They have a very nice variety of food selections. And they are superior in customer service, politeness of waitstaff, and general atmosphere of the restaurant. They always go above and beyond the basic service. Whenever we've had a problem, such as a mistake in the order or a longer wait than usual, they've always done something to make up for it. On several visits the manager has stopped by our table to make sure everything's all right. Too bad what's going on the political arena about this company. Most of it is mistaken or twisted. These are people of integrity, and we will continue to support them and even more so now. I appreciate the very decent atmosphere in their restaurants. I was surprised to see other negative reviews, as I love Chick-Fil-A more than I can say. This is my most frequented location, and other than a few times when they were absolutely slammed at lunch and couldn't keep up with bussing the tables, I've never had a poor experience here. I think they have the best chicken sandwich around, and their employees are amazingly polite. There was one time when I had to wait an extra long time to get my order, and they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich on my next visit. Before I moved last month, My girlfriends and I would meet here on the first Friday of every month for a catching-up dinner (and usually would sneak in a few lunches during the month!) , and we never had a reason to consider going anywhere else! The Chick-fil-A on E. Broadway is definitely among my favorite fast-food restaurants in Tucson. What makes this franchise location top my list is the superbly friendly customer service, the food quality/taste, and above all cleanliness of the interior and exterior areas (especially the bathrooms). All of those elements combined speaks volumes about how much the franchise cares about its appeal and customer-retention. I love the pleasant music the restaurant has playing in the lobby, and the charming little vases of flowers on each table give an inviting touch. Service is always quick and food top-notch. This was my first visit to chick-fil-a. I received a promotional card in the mail for free food items throughout the next three months. I assumed this was a good way to introduce people to their good food. I presented my card for a free chicken sandwich and I ordered some fries with my order. The clerk took my order, gave me my receipt and told me my takeout order would be ready soon. The place was not busy and the few people who came in after me were attended to and served promptly . I was still waiting when an chick-fil-a employee WHO WAS ON A BREAK asked me if I had been helped. When I told her I had been waiting a while for my order, she went behind the counter and asked where my order was, a young man answered loudly "it's coming". The kind lady asked him again and said something to him I could not hear. Within a few minutes she brought me my order. I thanked her for going out of her way. The sandwich and the fries were cold and limp! If this is their way of promoting their establishment they failed miserably. I threw away their promotional card. read more

On a lunch hour when the place was very crowded, a server offered to help me and asked the manager to permit her to do so. The manager refused. The manager looked about 11 years old. The counter clerk said she was 19. I have health issues and needed assistance. This company seems to be ignorant that there is such a thing as the Americans With Disabilities Act and that their customers with disability issues have a RIGHT to be accommodated. BTW I had an issue with another branch of this outfit a few years ago, their Southern fried home office stuffed shirts contacted me and promised to send me a coupon, and they never bothered. So in addition to being disability fascists, these people are also LIARS. Needless to say, I'm not buying any more food at Chik-Fil-A. read more

I used to enjoy coming to Chick-fil-A, but my last couple of visits have made me decide I'm not interested in going back. The quality has defiantly declined. The portions are smaller and now the food tastes extra greasy. I would rather eat a piece of toast at home. And I would also like to add that the last time I went through the drive thru with my father who is a Spanish only speaker, there were two women at the drive thru, one I think was being trained, and when she saw my father, she told the worker in Spanish "make sure that man pays before you give him his food", but her tone of voice and the look on her face made it seem as if my dad was going to grab the food and drive off. The food here is very good, and I appreciate that. What stands out is the customer service. I had ordered a small beverage, but had inadvertently left it behind when I picked up the rest of my take-out order. Someone literally ran all the way to my car (and I was parked a little far away) to give me my drink. I offered a tip, but she refused with a big smile and walked back to the restaurant. I was there last Friday nite, in the drive-thru and it took staff "25"minutes to get me thru the line. I had to move forward and wait, while other's recieved their food for their families. I'm tired too, staff and forgot to put my nuggets in the deep fryer, and I had to wait extra time, because of their error. I'm not going back. I wrote the company in Tucson, and never recieved any kind of apology or even took the time, to write me back. You know, defuse the situation at best.
