I was pretty excited that a chick- fil-A opened up near my house I really like the salads that they offer! This particular location is so awful. I've gone a handful of times and almost every time I go they forget to give me my full order or mess it up. I've actually gone in and said something a couple of times and I just get attitude! They offer to fix it but don't offer a free meal and they're not even a little apologetic. It's just super unprofessional and I defiantly recommend people not to go to this specific location. My first time at this location. Food was hot and tasty. Chicken was limp and just small pieces although hot from the fryer. Seemed like pressed meat instead of actual chicken pieces. However they were like wet noodles and flopped back and forth. And the 3 pieces of chicken were very small and a small fries and small drink totaled $7.99. Seemed way over priced for what I got. I don't normally complain about prices however...I was still hungry...not a great deal or even a good deal. read more

Brand new Chick-Fil-A. They have never messed up an order for me, and the food is always freshly made and tastes great. Being from NY where we don't have these, I'm amazed at the quality of the chicken coming from these guys considering it's fast food. They do a very nice job here. My only complaint, which will probably get worked out over time as the new employees get better training, is that they do take a bit of time to complete an order. Just pick up the speed a bit, but you've found a loyal customer in me. read more

I had to eat here twice in a week my order was incorrect and trying to turn around with all the construction is a nightmare . My first visit the bun was so soggy from being over steamed I couldn't eat it . The second visit I was shorted my fries . Turned around which took 8 min with that traffic told the guy at the window they forgot my fries which stuff happens not a big deal time consuming . I hand him my receipt he says we will make more they will be out in a few . I asked are you making me new chicken sandwiches as they will be cold by the the time I get home as I've had them for ten min at this point . He gets a manger she reviews receipt and ask for the food back I hand her the bag she says we will make you new ones . At that point a female making drinks rolls her eyes at me . Also the bag of food I had with me the chicken sandwich's were removed from bag and served to someone else. That is so never allowed by any place serving food . I received my food the fries are soggy , and nasty . Three normal size fries and the rest were crumbs . To add to the frustration my large tea had a hole in the cup and leaked all over me and my freshly washed car . So now my car has to be rewashed and my shirt dry cleaned . So a 13 dollar meal ended up costing me $40 . I did the customer survey have yet to hear back from anyone . read more

I used to work for a different chick Fil a location for almost 5 years and this one has been disappointing every time I come here. They are not fast when it comes to drive through and the staff consistently seems like they don't know what they are doing. I'm not impressed with this location! The chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets and strips were room temperature to cold. To add to more disappointment, some of the lettuce were wilted! Last but not least the ice cream cone looked like a kiddy cone not a small. I'll pass on this place. They would not get any stars but the customer service was good so deserved one credit read more

Went to this location and the cashier, jayda, was extremely unaware of what was going on, she was on her phone and talking to her co worker about irrelevant things (donald trump/politics) while helping me. I was surprised to read some of the negative comments here. I come often on my lunch breaks and always get good service and the food is always on par. This Chick Fil A indeed has the best customer service. I spent an hour in this restaurant on a Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10-30 am and observed the manager going around interacting with customers and asking if they need anything. It is a very positive environment. I hope if you dine in at this Chick Fil A you will have a great experience also. read more

I really like Chick-Fil-A however as of today they are dead to me! I got a coupon book from a charity to help raise money for childhood cancer. They would not take any of the coupons even though none of them are expired. Instead they tell me that "corporate said that they can no longer take paper coupons" I guess they hate kids with cancer! We ordered dinner in the drive through, took it home to find out they didn't give us our kids meal . We asked if the could remake all the food because now we had to drive back to get our kids food and everything else would get cold . Beyond the hype, it's still fast food. My grilled chicken club was just average fast food. The bun was dry and it didn't have any type of sauce. The bacon was the paper thin fast food kind with no flavor. The lettuce was one small piece about 1/2 the size of the bun, one tomato slice, not like the picture. My waffle fries had been 'held' and had that old fryer oil taste. I asked for sauce for my sandwich and she said it's over there, pointing to the condiment area. Just ketchup, mustard, mayo, jelly, hotsauce. I miss understood that they had dipping sauces. Service was really slow. People in line were complaining, seemed like they were having trouble getting the food out. It was around 3pm and not rush hour. About $20 for 2. For the best chicken sandwich in Tucson go to the Canyons Crown and get a chicken wildcat burger.....it will blow you away. read more

Always enjoy coming here . Always so clean the food is on point and and For the most part customer service is always on their A game . However unfortunately for this location specifically does not fall in line with customer vales as the other locations do ... Our last visit who was surprisingly the manager of the place which was clearly stated on her name tag "Tiffany " we were the Only people in there and her and some other young girl continued their laughing convo in front of us as we patiently waited for them to finish up .. A whole minute! Right in front of them!! Then as my husband goes up for a drink refill yet same girl aka manager stood talking to other coworkers as she clearly saw him waiting this was about 2 mins waiting .. Was very very irritating ... All the other employees have been very attentive and quick to our needs but the manager is clearly lacking some customer service skills. Don't like leaving bad reviews but I hold chick fil a to very HIGH customer service standards since thats how all the other locations have leveled up to . read more

First time at this location, and my last. I was in the drive thru and explained I had a coupon, which didn't seem to be a problem. After placing my order, I was told that if I wanted to use the coupon I would have to come inside, otherwise I'd have to not use said coupon. Well there were about 6 cars in front of me and I was on my lunch break, so I didn't really have time to wait out the line, go inside, and wait even longer to get my order. I told them I'd go somewhere else. When I got up to the window, I asked if there was a reason they couldn't scan the coupon at the front as opposed to making someone sit in the drive thru to then just have to go inside and do it all over again. Another woman came to the window to help the girl I was questioning. I explained my question all over, before she dismissed me and said "ok well do you want to come inside and order or not?" I now understand that you apparently can't use front scanners for drive thru scanners, but their overall customer service is seriously lacking. I understand that technology happens, and they weren't able to scan the coupon, it's just more about how they handled and communicated the situation. read more

I frequent this location often because it's close to my home. I've visited twice this week and ordered a breakfast burrito both visits my burrito was cold. Today it was cold and all of my toppings fell onto my lap when I unwrapped the burrito to eat it. I called and spoke with Laura and complain Laura did not offer to make my experience right or more pleasurable, didn't offer to replace my sandwich or my monies or anything to correct chick fila error.
