I normally wouldn't rate a fast food. But I'm here now and this is kind of ridiculous. I ordered a 6 count nugget for my son and an 8 count nugget for me. I opened his up and he basically had 4 nuggets and 2 burnt crisps. I then opened up mine and I had 7 nuggets and 1 burnt crisp (see photo). There's no way these count as nuggets. If I had been through the drive thru I would have been so pissed. As a mom with little kids, the last thing we want is to turn around for 3 nuggets... but come on y'all! BUT- check your order. Of late they almost never get the order right. Sweet tea instead of unsweet tea. A sausage biscuit when a sausage-egg-cheese biscuit was ordered. An egg biscuit when a chicken-n-egg biscuit was ordered. Cheerfully corrected, of course but rarely right the first time. Today was perhaps my most interesting visit yet. Ordered a chicken biscuit with egg and a sausage-egg-cheese biscuit. The first sandwich was missing the chicken; the second sandwich was a muffin, not a biscuit. I normally order from this location a lot due to the fact I work lose by. I got food from this location on 1/2/23 after being in the ER with my 7 month old. I had dinner around 7 PM , took my baby to ER at 1AM and he was admitted around 9AM , I still didn't get anything to eat until around 12-ish PM when he was settled in his room which was a #1 from this location.. after eating some time passed I begin feeling dizzy, nauseous and my stomach begin to hurt. This led to me projectile vomiting and I proceeded vomiting alllll night long I couldn't keep anything down not even fluid I got food poisoning from this place. I called to let them know whoever the cook was needs to make sure food is safe and cooked thoroughly.. I am highly disappointed and I don't wish what I went through on anyone. I am honestly not the biggest chick-fil-A fan in general but we came here after the Tucson Classic Car Show on Saturday and I was impressed. Our food was fast and was very warm. It seemed very fresh. The chicken and the waffle fries were delicious. No one asked us about dipping sauce so I did have to go get some and I struggled to find a high chair, but once I asked someone did bring one to us and offered to add another table to our since there were 5 of us. The play place was a huge hit for my son and everyone was so nice considering my daughter was late to take a nap and wasn't the nicest little person on the planet. I Purchased a bowl of chicken noodle soup at Chick-fil-A located at Tanque Verde. Inside the soup was a hard piece of plastic 2 inches long by a quarter inch wide! The hard plastic was lodged in my throat cutting off my windpipe! I was choking and unable to breathe and scared to death. I was alone in my house and thought I was going to die. Fortunately I was able to hack up the object in my throat and it was then that I realized it was a hard piece of plastic. I reached out to the store manager and got a flat line comment of I'm sorry. Fast and simple menu - ordered with quick efficiency and since the speaker and order platform isn't super outdated you don't literally have to shout to order, but able to speak in a normal tone voice. Paid and received food quickly with a smile ( as cheesy as that sounds -- most fast food places usually don't even greet you or acknowledge you so it's refreshing). And food was nice and hot -juicy - hands down best chicken burger/sandwich ever! Also, added the Sunrise Smoothie and it was refreshing and delicious ( citrus like ). We were not given utensils but they were readily available. The big issue was the owner Dave's aggressive attitude when we reported a safety concern to him. I would most definitely recommend the regular nuggets with Chick-fil-A sauce, the spicy chicken sandwich (plain, no pickle) with buffalo sauce or buffalo/ranch combo. The waffle fries are delicious, can never go wrong with those - get the large size. My boyfriend is a huge fan of their lemonade - I love it Arnold Palmer style. BREAKFAST - omg OMG. I almost forgot to mention. They have these delicious tiny little sammys - with chicken and a honey bun. I believe they're called Chick-n-Minis. Sounds slightly boring or off putting, not usually something I'd be into, not even a honey person but wowowoweeeeeeeeeeeee they are so finger lickin GOOD. Even better if you get a honey packet and add some inside. Order 2, trust me. This location is on point with all of their other locations, the service is always quick and the employees serve with "pleasure". We have not had a meal at Chick-Fil-A in years . . . no problems, just not returned. This week, we decided to go back and try a lunch since we had a taste for a chicken sandwich. The closest location to us was this restaurant at Tanque Verde & Grant in Tucson. When we pulled in to the drive through - it was packed ! Good news was it moved along very quickly. They had several employees taking orders across 2 drive through lanes. They charged our card for the order and as we came around the building another set of employees were delivering the food. Very quick, efficient, and the order was 100% accurate ! We decided to just eat in a nearby parking lot before driving on . . . The Deluxe sandwiches were fantastic - large, tender, seasoned chicken pieces (probably the best chicken sandwiches I've had) on a soft, fresh bun with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles ! The waffle fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - perfect texture for all fries ! So, to some it all up - 5 out of 5 for service, 5 out of 5 for food, and 5 out of 5 for prices !
