Chick Fil A as a whole seems to be going downhill with their service and the quality of people they are hiring. I come to this location 2-3x a week. Waited 20 minutes for my order this morning while they served all the take out people who came in after me. Gave me the wrong order, didn't even say anything because of how long they take now: Employees are not friendly like they used to be. I got 2 chicken biscuits and chicken minis this morning. One of the chickens in the biscuits was...rubbery. I legitimately couldn't even chew it. Chicken also doesn't look fried, it was very soggy. Always a super trusty place to get good food, where the employees are super nice and friendly. No matter how many questions I ask or how many sauces I wish to try (the sauce bar is now behind the counter, so you have to ask them for the sauces), they are super patient and ready to fulfill my requests. Overall, I think Chick-fil-A is a really good place for quality food where there are really good deals from time to time. This particular restaurant is super clean and friendly for families, dates, children, etc. I don't think I've ever been disappointed with the food I've ordered throughout the many times I have frequented this particular Chick-fil-A location. It is a bit pricey, but ... quality really counts. I also like that they are closed on Sunday's. :) It shows a lot about the entire company by the values that they abide by. This restaurant is sketchy. They overcharged me for a replacement. They were out of fries. I was told to pick a replacement which I choose mac n cheese. After checking my receipt later that night. I noticed the overcharge. I contacted customer care. They said someone would contact me from the restaurant. A month went by until I realized no one ever contacted me. I called customer care again. They sent another request to the restaurant for someone to call me. I called the restaurant directly. I explained I was overcharged. I did not order a large mac n cheese. It was a regular size. I should not have been overcharged. I had to wait for another call back. Long story short. I didn't get my money refunded. This Chick Fil A deserves Zero Starts for customer service. First off they were confused about my whole order after the gentleman in the drive thru line outside confirmed my order, used my points, and charged my card. I pull to the front to pick up my food and the girl at the pickup window at 9pm on 2/16/23 had attitude the whole time as if I did something wrong. I repeated my order to her and she had to call her supervisor because she couldn't figure it out. Not one time did her or her supervisor empathize or apologize for the mistake with my order, but they made sure to give attitude towards me. She attempted to charge my card again and I told her I already paid which I had to show proof to her since she couldn't look it up herself. After finally fixing my order, I politely asked for more sauce and she said, "Can I see your Bag." She looked inside my bag of food and counted how many sauces I had and said "we only give 3 per order you have the limit." This is completely unacceptable and disgusting for her to request my bag of food to actually count sauces with no gloves on. I ordered $16 dollars worth of food and they can only give me 3 sauces?? When every other time I've gone to this location I received enough sauce to enjoy my food. Horrible experience! I hope the General Manager reads this review and retrains his/her employees on customer service/food safety. read more

Wow. I've never seen a place go downhill so fast. I used to frequent this store back in 2019 and earlier and it was a great place to visit. Today I returned and this was probably the worst CFA service I've ever experienced. -Employees not attentive to customers -Not friendly, welcoming employees -15 minutes to get my food even though the place was empty inside -Manager standing around giving pep talk to his young employee telling him to go outside and take a breath and come back inside -Flies inside the restaurant and garbage no emptied -Employees walking around at a slow pace -Lady Gaga playing in the background I came in at 11AM and the place was empty. Two employees were on lunch break and another one was on a 10-minute break. Nobody greeted me in the lobby. Employees are slow and walk at a slow pace; they are lifeless like zombies. I usually have a decent experience at this location but today was not the case I was in the drive through and it all went smoothly as it normally does but when i got home I found out my order was completely wrong. I ordered as you can see on the receipt 12ct nuggets but I got 3 strips. I don't see how that adds up? And I got barbecue sauce instead of what I ordered. But it wasn't the girl who took my order his fault because of all write on the receipt but whoever gave me my bag had them mixed up or just wasn't paying attention. We all know this isn't true, but a few truth's about this CFA is that it's tucked in the corner of an extremely busy District next to an INO so basically from 11-2 this area is off limits. 25 minutes in and 20 minutes out anytime during that quarantine bubble. Oh yeah and btw there is still only a few ways in and out and a dozen more highly popular stores, restaurants and groceries. I can ride my bike and get in and out of here faster than driving, so when I use the work quarantine, I mean more of the avoid it like the plague sense. No one likes their breasts too firm or floppy, frozen or nuked either and whether they bread and fry or grill theirs always turns out perfect. True the buns could use more substance and often falls apart and the pickle can be surprising the lettuce is choice and perhaps too leafy. The best part is the sauces. With all the choices you really do feel like the "sauce boss" and what's great is unlike just about every other fast food chain the sauces are part of the experience and they aren't trying to skim the margin's by charging for extra or having a premium level option here. It's just good old fashioned options. Sweet tea is just wow, amazing. Take me now Lord. A diabetic nightmare, but almost worth it if that's how you're going to go. Waffle cut fries, are light, refreshing and to me sauce better than crinkle cut, or regular due to the real 3 dimensional shapes. Not overly fried or not de-starched enough like a lot of other places. Come here for a late breakfast or late lunch, but when the sun is highest, stay away. If you thought the hand breaded chicken tenders from CJ's were an improvement from the old version then this will seem like that same improvement as they just do chicken better than most and to be franchised, but economically priced to own is a winner. I have been coming to this location for years and honestly it's always been super amazing. Today I went through the drive through with my husband and the girl working seemed really out of it and I'm guessing high on weed or maybe pills. She repeated our order back and had already made a mistake, no big deal, we corrected it and paid cash down to the nickel. When we pulled up to the window they gave us our total again and we informed them we had already paid. They called the girl on walkie and she denied us paying. They brought her to the window and she argued with us saying we didn't pay. It got to the point where the manager had to get involved and we got out of the car and waited inside while he counted her drawer. And guess what? She was exactly over the amount of our order. Go figure. Believe her name was Dolce or Doce. The manager and all the other employees were friendly but it was kind of ridiculous that this chick that just saw us 30 seconds prior couldn't remember that we paid her? Are you ok? Avoid this location, unless you are seeking the following in your next fast casual dining experience: 1. Extremely COLD dining room. I usually run hot, but I was shivering while attempting to eat my sodium MSG bomb. When I inquired about turning the AC down, I received an apathetic response "Nothing we can do about it, and we like to keep it cool for the cooks in the back". I'm sorry, are the cooks paying to eat here? Is there no dual zone climate control in this building? B.S. all around! 2. I thought Chick Fil A workers were supposed to be friendly and helpful? Not this place...which appears to be poaching their talent from the Santa Ana indoor swap meet and Hot Topic. Not a single "My Pleasure" to be found in my three interactions with employees at this store. When I brought up a concern, I was met with side eye glances and monosyllabic responses...about what I would expect at a Burger King or Taco Bell. Overall, this location needs a dramatic reboot, complete with employee training and dining room observations. So many chances I given them! 1st time - hair in the fries 2nd time - entirely wrong order and 15 mins to correct. It was a medium sized order; just 2 sandwiches and 2 fries. 3rd time - employee was rushing to the kitchen from the dining area and PUSHED my mom and refused to apologize or acknowledge! 4th (and last time) - right off the bat cashier took a long time to even acknowledge us. Waited for our order/name to be called. No one called our name so we went up after 10mins. The staff said they gave away our order. When we asked about our order, the shift lead said "you already got it". No one offered to make it again! My girlfriend had to come over and get me because no one was helping her.
