I came here after i received two free meal coupons in the mail, and seeing my friend check-in to this place nearly everyday. As always, i stand in front of the menu for a good 5 minutes. Sensing my indecisiveness, the worker said the magical words: 'Would you like a sample?' HELL TO THE YES. My first meal coupon was wasted on the Chick-fil-A sandwich. It tasted plain and boring. I was only able to finish it after i drowned it in Chick-Fil-A sauces. The nuggets here are actually pretty good, taste like real chicken and not like the springy meat McDonald try to get away with. Chick-Fil-A Original and the Buttermilk (i call it Butta-milk) sauce! i always have to ask them for a separate bag to hold all the sauces they offer here. and when no one is looking, i like to grab a handful of those melt-in-your-mouth mints. :) read more

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and polite and they seem to really enjoy the work they do. My favorite item on the menu is the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets... Delish. What I really like about it is that the salad is always cold, while the meat is nice and warm! Healthy fast food is possible! read more

I love Chick-Fil-A's but the only problem about this place is it's location. During the day, the parking lot is a mess. I spent around ten to fifteen minutes waiting to get out of the parking lot when it took like one to get in and park. Putting the parking problems aside, the place is clean, staff is super friendly and nice, and the food is as tasty as always. We'll do it by the numbers, for the sake of those of you who want their reviews like they do their food: Fast and hot. 1. Breakfast: They've got variety and quality. The bacon is actually cooked on a grill, rather than in a lab thousands of miles away. There are nine different kinds of breakfast, and not all of them will clog your arteries. It's also affordable - though be prepared to throw down almost a buck extra if you get your combo with juice or water instead of coffee. 2. Service: Very friendly, without exception. It's the only fast food chain I know of with prompt, polite table service 3. Sweet tea: You can get bona fide Southern sweet tea here, which is virtually unseen in SoCal. 4. Healthy sides: Their sides extend beyond "fries or GTFO." They have slaw and fruit as well. They bring it out to you directly and try their best to remember your name and what you look like :) No wifi but if you're lucky, you might get a free sandwich coupon on your receipt (if you fill out an online survey). It always brightens my day to have a free CFA sandwich! Also, this CFA is in the District, so it's close to Target (my second home), Costco and other food places/shops. Love this spot! Haven't been coming here as often since that scandal with the CEO of Chick-fil-A... Makes me feel guilty coming here. A business is a business keep all those thoughts to yourself... This is the best fast food with chicken sandwiches and waffle fries for sure. They close Sunday and earlier than most fast food restaurants. I went here before and during COVID and this location is following COVID protocols well. I like how they have a nice line forming for the drive-thru especially now that there's a pandemic. There's two workers taking orders for the drive-thru. The wait for this location is pretty short compared to locations. Their chicken sandwich and waffle fries still tastes good just like before. The only thing that made me sad a little bit was how they don't give a lot of sauces like they did before COVID. I was excited to eat Chick-fil-A after so long, but not having enough sauces made me sad. Maybe if you ask specifically for more sauces they'll give more? Mmm, Chick-fil-A! I absolutely love this place, and I miss not having it in the Bay Area. The chicken here is delicious, and there are many different sauces (you can pick them out yourself; there isn't a stupid fee for additional packets). I recommend getting combo meal #1, a Chick-fil-A sandwich, waffle fries, and a drink. If you're hungry, the 8-piece nugget meal is good, too. The sauces include: buttermilk ranch, polynesian (sweet & sour), honey mustard, chick-fil-a sauce, bbq, buffalo chicken, and maybe a couple more. Parking is not bad and is located near shops like Wholesome Foods , Michaels, Target, Costco, etc. The CFA sign between the play area and dining area serves as a partition for kids. Chik fil a is my FAVORITE fast food place! I go to different locations all the time and I somehow always leave completely satisfied. I always get the number 1 chik fil a sandwhich with chik fil a sauce and its to die for. Always so fresh and delicious! Their sweet iced tea is absolutely amazing too. I'm very big on customer service and they are always spot on. I drove up to the window to hear a cheerful lady say to me "Hello! How are you? It's a wonderful Monday afternoon here at chik fil a. Good service and decent food. But the playground area is chaotic. It clearly states for 3 year olds and younger but there are plenty of older kids playing and even worse without supervision. Those older kids scream and push the little kids. Employees do not not intervene and kick these older kids out. One of these kids took about 100 hand wipes and tossed them all over the playground. No parent or employee in sight. Total mess and unsafe for my toddler. read more

I just have to start with; I just downloaded yelp to leave this review. I walked into this Chick-fil-A on my lunch break, I was not having a good day AT ALL, as soon as I walked in I went t the register to order my food and the young man who helped me had such a beautiful spirit. He greeted me, took my order, asked about my day and was just so kind. I sat down and waited for my food, the little lady who waits on the guests in the dining area is just a sweetheart!! She's so attentive, has the most graceful and loving spirit. She came to check on me multiple times and I had a little crying session in the middle of my lunch and she comforted me. What employee, needs or wants to go out of their way to comfort someone? That's not even in their job description! This Chick-fil-A is so kind & I know we all expect to come here and get exceptional service (which they do very well with) this staff deserves even more recognition because they did beyond what they needed to for me today and it made my day!
