This place is just clean, fresh and just the best fried chicken you will ever get! The service is really good we were welcomed coming in and when we ordered a young lady swerved us. Great food and awesome service make this location a perfect lunch hot spot. Try the spicy chicken sandwich and the homemade lemonade. Staff members will walk around and top your drink off for free and without a second thought. And the entire place is spotless. I ordered the chickfila sandwich and i could tell that nobody there cared about the sandwich being of good quality. As soon as I took the first bite, it tasted like spoiled milk. I gave it a few more bites, but it still tasted the same. I went in to get a refund but no one really cared that my sandwich was bad. I usually have great service at chick fil A but recently, this chick fil a has been so rude and not careful when handing out the food. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but because we are in the middle of a pandemic is why we should all be more nice and careful. Well the employees there now are rude. It seems like they are miserable and want to rush me when I order in the drive thru. I also have gotten the wrong food twice! Came in for a quick bite and to send off some emails on my lunch break. The greeting I received was a bit contrived and unusually aggressive, with the overtly excessive use of the title "Sir" after every question and response. I payed it no mind and wondered into the dining area where another man came up behind me and shouted my name. He handed me my food and then bowed. Bowed? I could only figure that the two men working the counter that day were malcontent with their employment and were trying to have fun with the guests. Typical fast food employees. When I sat down I realized why my order came out so quick. Cold limp waffles, dry grilled chicken, and lettuce that I wouldn't serve to a rabbit. No Wi-Fi either. Is this a real Chick-fil-A? Chick-fil-a is like the Nordstrom of fast food I always say. Customer service is always spot on. Back in the day when my mom lived in GA and the only one around was in Cerritos, she would buy a bunch of sandwiches and nuggets and take it on the flight with her. I love this place. Sounds weird that I said it is with a person but she gives you this tiny menu that you can barely see to try and order. Thus the wait is forever. Just came to get some nuggets today and while I was there I realized that the previous day I had gone and got two kids meals and they forgot to give the ice cream cones so I asked the manager Joey and told him my story about how they forgot, and he said since I didn't have the receipt he's only get one ice cream cone, it is really upsetting that the manager Joey was so reluctant to give me one more ice cream cone that is worth $0.99, after leaving the drive thru I found the receipt came back and showed him the "proof" he needed and he was still super rude and reluctantly gave me another cone, this so called "manager" Joey should be fired because he clearly doesn't know how to be polite and follow customers directions! read more

My first time coming here last night or to a Chick-fil-A and I must confess I was so surprised at the welcoming greeting and the great guy behind the counter with personality plus sporting the bow tie. He made a few good suggestions and knew right away that one of us was a spicy person and the other was all about the healthy choice (me). How did he know? Nevertheless I did enjoy my grilled chicken sandwich on the wheat bun although I am not a fan of fast food chicken sandwiches. I was not too fond of the criss cross cut "fries". Great customer service and food. The bad review is for the lack of control in the playroom. Granted it's really the fault of the parents but the staff needs to enforce the height rule. I came there on a night where chaos ensued. There was a ton of older children in the playroom. They were knocking over the little ones, making them cry (including my 2yr old), and overly crowding the structures. The max capacity HAD to have met its limit. There was probably about 20+ kids in there. Parents looked stressed having to watch their little ones from the outside. My 6yr old daughter was having anxiety having to watch her little brother play in the playroom. So much so that she couldn't eat. Now I did take my son out many times out of fear for his safety but eventually I had to go in with him and watch him. Normally he plays just fine with his sister as I watch from the outside. I understand it gets busy. But when it's THAT busy, THAT'S when staff should be reinforcing the rules for safety reasons. So disappointing. Sadly I won't be going back. read more

I don't get the hype about this place at all?! Since we are lacking this chain in Vegas I was willing to try this place for myself now that I finally had the opportunity. All of the rave reviews had me prepared to reenact the orgasm scene from When Harry Met Sally.. unfortunatley the sandwich was like any other chicken sandwich and the waffle fries are a pure gimmic. It is lard in a different shape. The service was friendly and the food did come out quickly. But I am pretty sure I have had chicken sandwiches at Wendy's compareable to this place. I once went into the restaurant and realized I left my wallet at my apartment (yes.... I broke the law and drove without my license). Unfortunately, I realized this only after I ordered my food. The crust was falling off of it and it had so many hard pieces and what seemed like cartilage that three strips became only one that was edible. How can some place that's totes such high quality serve such crap?!! Shame on you Chick Fil A and also in the future, your sauce is not GOLD so for your 3 crappy strips I suggest you allow at LEAST 2 sauces since they are so unpalatable!!! After having to get up at an ungodly hour to go to work (5 A.M.) I decided to stop by Chik-Fil-A after work (9 A.M.) to use one of my free coupons for a breakfast item. I ordered the spicy biscuit, and it was tasty! Exactly what I needed :) It was salty, spicy, and kinda sweet all at the same time. The biscuit was just okay but better than I expected. TWO WORDS: Ben and Oliver. I'm going to start off by reviewing the service... which is amazing every time. My buddies and I like to head over to Chick Fil A between classes when we have the time and it's always our first choice primarily due to two of their employees: Ben and Oliver. One of our more recent times, Oliver brought us our food without even asking our names... he somehow knew. Which is totally awesome. Us lazy Americans would hate to have to stand up, let alone raise our hand to say "over here". He makes it super convenient and chill. After bringing my buddy his order, he noticed that I didn't have any napkins (which I could've easily grabbed myself), but without even asking, he returned moments later with sparkly white napkins for me. After finishing the delicious meal, Ben came over and took our trays and trash. He then asked if he could replenish our beverages for us. This wasn't out of the ordinary. We experience top-notch customer service from the ENTIRE restaurant, every time. Ben and Oliver just seem to stand out more, which is really awesome. I don't know if the employees here are actually happy or just really good at acting, but they're always smiling and kind. The food is also great. I won't expand on it, but it's no doubt the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. It's hard to believe this place is considered "fast food". read more
