Delicious chicken sandwiches. The only problem that I have is that all of these restaurants have changed from allowing you to grab one of their variety of sauces to having them behind the counter forcing you to ask for them. While this is just a small hindrance it only slightly takes away from the great thing here which is the chicken. I love their food and I love the service at this location ! Summer is always super sweet , she often takes my orders on weekday afternoons , standing outside! I don't know the name of my other favorite employee but he is a tall African American who works drive through on weekday nights ! He's great too !! They're always super polite , prompt , and smiley . Our kids favorite place to eat! Chicken strips with waffle fries dipped in Chick-for-A sauce hands down. Their known for the juicy chicken sandwiches so can't go wrong. I came here to redeem the Ducks 5 goal deal thing for a free sandwich not realizing that you had to do it within 24 hours. The drive-thru dude asked his manager how to handle the promotion as he was not familiar, not telling me the 24 hour rule. I would've GLADLY ordered and paid knowing that. I'm not that much of a cheap ass. He tells me to go to the window and a manager will assist me, without having me order, so I'm confused. They pretty much look at me like i'm dumb for not ordering and tell me I had to do it within 24 hours. soooooo I guess I'm not getting any food then???? It wasnt even a manager who spoke to me. Handled horribly and now i'm pissed off with no food and wasted half my lunch break. Very disappointing as chick-til-a usually has excellent customer service. read more

I have been to several other locations and the experience has always been positive. For the most part the staff is some of the best with regard to fast food. My kids like the nuggets and sandwich and of course the play area. Which is why we seem to be here about once a week or more. Saying that I will have to express my concern with this particular visit. I was out in Irvine and headed back to Orange about dinner time. The kids wanted Chick-Fil-A so I looked on my phone for the closest location. It happened to be this one so off we went. The parking was not bad considering the time and our food was delivered quick. I guess the issue started when some of my nuggets seemed a little cold and the fries were not hot, like they had been sitting out for a while. I thought okay, just not the way we are used to but the kids seemed happy. Then when we were finishing up I went up to get a refill and this is when I saw something a bit disturbing. I was waiting at the end for a employee to help me and saw 4 and the manager just talking in the drive thru area. That and one employee walked by me several times with out asking if I needed help and went back to talk to the others. The manager even looked my way and then went back talking. Finally he came over and helped out a couple other people that came up to get refills after me first and then helped me. There was also a few tables with trash left on them which was not how I have seen others run. The conclusion I have after this experience is that if I have a to drive to a farther one, I will. This will be the last time I am at this one and will let everyone I know about this experience and to avoid this location!!!! read more

This location is the same as any other Chick fil a joint... the thing that really sucks about it, is parking. Getting in and out of the parking area for this location completely SUCKS! Only reason I come here is it is near my dr office, and I come mid week, after the lunch time rush... otherwise, I would avoid this place... If it is a complete pain to get in and out of there mid week off hours, I can only imagine what a nightmare it is during peak times, weekends, etc... read more

For some reason, this Chick-fil-A is not as personable and friendly as the other Chick-fil-A's that I've been to. They also hassle me about coupons here more than the other stores do. Regardless, it's still a great restaurant and the employees are still really friendly and provide great service. The staff is very friendly and it seems as though they're all a great team. However, the almost every time I order to go or through the drive through, there's always at least 1 missing meal. I've got a large family to feed and this is extremely annoying. This time, I ordered 7 meals and paid for 7 meals, but I only got 6 meals and just the fries of the 7th. I am a fan of Chick-fil-a in general, but the morning service here is worse than Taco Bell. Three visits, three wrong orders. Clearly stating "Chicken Biscuit with Cheese" and repeated back by the person at the window apparently means Plain or With Egg. I'm beyond disappointed that I have to take my family to the Woodbury one with this one so close, but before work I don't have that luxury, and therefore must resort to other crappy options because you guys can't get your stuff together! read more

Tried this place for the first time. The lightly battered chicken used to make the nuggets is a little too salty for me, but does consist of real chicken breast. The spicy chicken was good, though the spicy-ness probably could have been toned down just a little. The chargrilled sandwich was good, and the lemonade tasted fresh, though just a tad sweet for my taste. The waffle fries was excellent! Very fresh and not too heavily fried. Since this location has been open, this has become the fast food place my friends and I go to. The staff members are always so polite and go out of there way to meet what ever needs you may have. Though the years my fiancé and I have got to know the store owner David because he makes it a point to walk around and make sure his guest are happy. I'm from Atlanta, so I'm a big Chick Fil A fan. I frequented the original location in Hapeville, Ga so I have high expectations. I expected the food to taste a little different, but it's as good as the original one. My favorite breakfast item is the chicken breakfast burrito. Be sure to use the salsa that comes in a packet on the side. If you really want some tasty high-calorie food, go for the Chicken Egg and Cheese Biscuit. It might not be on the menu, but they will make it to order. For lunch I prefer the regular chick-fil-a sandwich with the honey BBQ sauce (you have to ask for these packets.) The condiment bar is full of sauces, so grab a few for the fries. read more

I eat here because i love their sauce. However, they are stingy on their Chik-fil-a sauce. I went on a drive thru and ordered 2 meals. I asked for 10 sauce. 4 for each sandwhich and 6 for the waffle fries. They only gave me 5 sauce and was told by the saleslady that they already gave me 5 sauce and can only give me 1 more. Counter service was ok, food is ok, but when my three year old girl was sick and I needed some help the staff ignored us. What? Seriously, the vibe was "ick, that kid is going to puke, I am suddenly going to be busy somewhere else." One staff promised to help, then took off and assisted other customers. I ended up dealing with the problem myself solo, and after my daughter ended up throwing up, also cleaned up the booth without help. No one even came over to check if we were okay, and the manager was nowhere to be seen. Seriously, if you purport to be a family restaurant, helping out parents can't be a "nice to have." I really love this Chik-Fil-A and I hear there is one being built right next to UCI so I'm super excited for that too!! Anyways, the staff here is super friendly. Whenever I eat in the restaurant with my friends there are one or two staff members walking around offering to refill your drink and bring you napkins and such. They definitely go above and beyond. Let me start by saying I love chick fila food. I eat at chick fila once a week. First time at this location, and first time I'm ever disappointed by the service. Order a diet Dr. Pepper, was brought a cherry coke. Then, the girl with red hair acted like I was bothering her when I asked her to change the drinks. I have never received such rude service at any other chick fila. Gave it another try cause I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but service was bad again by a short Hispanic woman who appeared to be the manager. If that's the manager, no wonder the service sucks at this location. Will never return to this place. read more

The food is cooked fine. My big problem with them is the amount of time it takes to make it through their drive-thru. Especially in the mornings. I've altogether stopped going there in the mornings because I never get through quickly. Neither do any of the cars ahead of me. read more
