TWO WORDS: Ben and Oliver. I'm going to start off by reviewing the service... which is amazing every time. My buddies and I like to head over to Chick Fil A between classes when we have the time and it's always our first choice primarily due to two of their employees: Ben and Oliver. One of our more recent times, Oliver brought us our food without even asking our names... he somehow knew. Which is totally awesome. Us lazy Americans would hate to have to stand up, let alone raise our hand to say "over here". He makes it super convenient and chill. After bringing my buddy his order, he noticed that I didn't have any napkins (which I could've easily grabbed myself), but without even asking, he returned moments later with sparkly white napkins for me. After finishing the delicious meal, Ben came over and took our trays and trash. He then asked if he could replenish our beverages for us. This wasn't out of the ordinary. We experience top-notch customer service from the ENTIRE restaurant, every time. Ben and Oliver just seem to stand out more, which is really awesome. I don't know if the employees here are actually happy or just really good at acting, but they're always smiling and kind. The food is also great. I won't expand on it, but it's no doubt the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. It's hard to believe this place is considered "fast food". read more

This location is always forgetting to put condiments that were requested at the drive thru ordering process. So why ask me what sauces I'd like when ordering and then confirming with me at the drive thru window if you keep forgetting to add them when handing me my order?! read more

Outstanding customer service! Everyone at Chick-Fil-A is always so polite but tonight truly exceeded expectations. I ordered promptly at the drive thru then waited quite some time. I wasn't upset or disappointed, I figured that everybody else had one too many cocktails at happy hour and needed some delicious chicken. When I got to the window a very passionate and genuine gentleman apologized for the wait and informed me that I would only be charged for my soda. I was blown away. There aren't enough big companies that value customer service the way this establishment does and I can't thank them enough! Way to run a great business with small, honest, American roots. i love depositing all of the trash that's built up in my car in the can that's at the exit of the drive through i know i'm not the only one because that sucker gets full quite often with other peoples' car garbage i suppose. four stars read more

Gotta love a place that lets you put the condiments YOU want on your sandwich. I'm tired of scraping mayo off of my burgers/sandwiches, after asking for no goddamn mayo. Their assortment of condiments is also quite large, offering far beyond other fast food/chicken sandwich places. Oh ya, their chicken is delicious too as are their waffle fries. read more

I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A!! I love that it is so basic and simple. They have I think 10 different sauces to choose from, so your sandwich can taste different depending on what sounds tasty. I like that they cook everything in peanut oil, so at least it's healthier than most fast food. Seriously look at the nutritional facts and you will be amazed at how it's not as bad as you probably would guess. Service is always very polite and use the phrase "How can I serve you?" every time they get a chance. read more

We had a large group of 15 so I knew there was only one place that would work hard at accommodating us. They met our expectations during the busy lunch rush and everyone enjoyed their food. I'm not sure what the hype is about Chick-Fil-A. I'd actually prefer McDonalds chicken mcnuggets. However, I do come here for the grilled chicken sandwich since it's decently healthy. To off-set the healthiness, I order the waffle fries... yum! They used to have a Honey Roasted BBQ sauce that went great with the fries & the grilled chicken sandwich, but they've since discontinued it and it makes me really sad. I've also noticed that they changed the recipe of the grilled chicken... and I don't think this change was for the better. I come here about once a week for the grilled chicken sandwich (really, it's for the fries), but now, I'm not sure if I'll be coming back! I hope they get enough negative feedback on this change and go back to the original recipe with the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce! read more

June 21st 7:34pm. Service here was whack. Not trying to sound like an entitled little bi**h but i came here today for my birthday dinner. I asked the chick in the drive thru if they give anything for birthdays because today is my birthday. She said I'm not sure look at the app so i look at the app and it doesn't show anything. Doesn't wish me a happy birthday lol then I forget to scan the app because I'm kind of taken back so when i pull up to get my food I ask to scan the app for points and they say it's too late for that. So now i have to do all this extra s**t just to get my points and didn't get anything free that chick fil a claims they give you on your birthday. Overall terrible experience and I wish I went somewhere else to eat for my birthday, definitely won't be coming back here. No tomatoes on my sandwich either lol go buy some d*mn tomatoes, such a whack birthday experience read more

Nothing special about the food. This is the same as the next one. But I have to comment about the service. I was there with my coworkers for lunch and the manager was going round the table asking to refill the sodas, napkins etc. Service was exceptional unlike any other fast food joint. read more

Oliver and Ben are both awesome employees!! I question I'm actually eating at a fast food restaurant simply by the great service I receive by these two gentlemen each and every time I visit. I enjoyed their service and their food a lot. My wife and I always went there in the morning to eat a breakfast after we were doing some volunteer work at a local community. They are great people. They always ask us how we are doing and they do remember us when they ask us how our daughter Sarah is doing. (By the way, Sarah was not born yet during that time). Very friendly service. We go here more times than I would like to admit. My kids like it and it's a heck of a lot better that McDonalds. There lemonade is good and free refills. The food is always hot. I enjoy the chicken sandwiches, a lot. I am not a big fan of waffle fries, so I guess not ordering them saves me a few hundred calories when we go. The bathrooms are always clean. I like that the play structure is indoors. I signed up for their text alerts and so sometimes we get buy one, get one free deals. That really help! read more

Love this place! I dont go to fast food places often but if I do i only go to either Inn n out or chick fil a. I love this place because the chicken nuggets do not feel so breaded and fried. Chick-fil-A brings me back to high school, when their original chicken sandwich was the most expensive item in our cafeteria menu. I went to this location for lunch but ordered at the drive-thru. They have the spicy original chicken sandwich which is a spicy chicken breast with two pickles in a sweet hamburger bun. Yes, its very simple but its off the chain! I also ordered the sweet tea. Basically, sugar water with essence of tea and I am so addicted. I ask for ranch and dip my sandwich. Their waffle fries are like no other, and their chicken nuggets are really good too and I dip those in their polynesian sauce. Mmm. read more

I lost count how many times I've been to this District Tustin location, and every single visit has been phenomenal. The morning manager with black hair is always pleasant (along with his staff), and very quick to accommodate large request in little notice. The food is always hot, and items well put together. we don't have this in the bay or atleast that i know of. the reason i went here is cause i love chicken & i saw them on food network so i had to check them out.. it's your ordinary chicken sandwich. nothing really special but a step up from mcdonald's McChicken. i loved all their sauces. it's not just your regualr sweet and sour & BBQ but they had something that reminded me of hot wings. i loved the potatoe fry things.. tasted like fries but looked like chips. i dont know what theyre called but they were yummy. would go here again if they had it where i live. read more

This is the only Chick-fil-a I've ever been to so I don't have any other places to compare it to as far as prices go. However, I love this place. Its about as healthy as you can get with fast food and that's the main reason I frequent it. The food is tasty although not exactly crave-worthy like Chipotle. To me, this place is all about healthy options and being able to customize my meal. I love all their huge selection sauces and dressings. I also love that they have healthy sides like salads instead of fries but I don't love having to pay extra for it. Service is good here too. Once I asked for a sample of a shake and they gave me an entire shake for free. The people working there actually seem like they like working there, kinda like the fast food version of Trader Joe's. They run special deals and promotions all the time too which I love. For example, certain months if you buy a meal on a Friday and save your receipt, you can come back any day at that month and get that same meal for free. I have yet to see a better deal that that anywhere. My main issue with this location is just the access. The District sucks for driving around and this one is tucked into a corner with no immediate access. However, I think coming to Chick-fil-a is worth the hassle. read more
