Pathetic service. Employees everywhere and can't get order placed. Second time here, walked out both times.

It was early around 9 a.m. I asked for two breakfast filet in the drive-thru. I could tell the girl didn't have a clue because she asked me three times when after 15 minutes of waiting they bought me out two chick- fil-a the girl that delivered it out i told her that was higher that I usually pay she responded its right. I opened the bag had to go back through the drive thru I said since everyone is so confused just refund my money. The young mgr. girl snatched my card out my hand no apology or anything. Got my food quickly granted it was 3 pm, but I mainly came to let my kids run around. However, the dang playground is still closed from Covid!!!! Guys it's 2023 Covid is no longer a good excuse! The girl at the window wasn't the friendliest tonight which is a trend I'm noticing at this location.. aside from the staff, I ordered the large Mac & cheese just to drive home and see I received the small. Good fast food but almost always. Long waits in or outdoors. No drive thru menu made ordering hats t the one I went to.

If you place an online order here, be prepared to wait out the entire drive through line as their policy is to not allow mobile orders to be picked up within the store. My order was on the counter but they refused to hand it to me although I was standing five feet away. The whole point of placing an online order is to not wait in a line specifically the drive thru, however they insisted I waited 30-40 mins within the line!!! Unbelievable, the sole purpose of the store policy seems to be based on the fact that they are too incompetent to keep up with the drive through as well as online pickup (although I saw about 5 people standing around not doing anything). read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location; close to work and home. Love the convenience of using curbside; ordering ahead is great! My only observation is that how people have to drive around the building to get in line past the drive-thru pickup line. People drive too fast and patrons AND employees don't look before crossing and I am afraid one day someone will get hit. If the owner or manager sees this review, please, please consider putting a speed bump there to slow people down, since people may not look before crossing. read more

Chick Fil friendly and Chick Fil A quality. The biggest challenge at this location is access. The drive thru takes first place, so site parking is tough. You can park just behind in a big open lot but be careful of drive thru traffic as you try to go inside. read more

This is the 2nd time we have not received our correct order, the last time this happened I called and was treated terribly by staff. I again reported to corporate and doubt anything will be done but the management of this location is absolutely awful. I cannot understand why they cannot get it right. read more

Noticed several 1 stars on the review for this Chickfala. Chickfala is personally one of those hard places to really rate. When someone rates Chickfala, are they comparing it to other Chickfalas or other restaurants? Because I'm confident if people rated specific Chickfalas to other fast food restaurants they would all be 5 stars. However it's not really fair to rate it compared to other Chickfalas either because ratings and experiences would not be equal. For example a 3 star Chickfala would be better than a 4 star McDonalds. Anyways , with all that being said I believe this Chickfala overall is a 4 star. I've been to this one at least 50 times as it's my local Chickfala. I've had to wait in lines, go inside, order though mobile, and more. Not once have they ever messed up my order. A couple times I have had to wait longer than I would like to admit, but because all their traffic is drive through it calls for longer wait times. I do recall one time I was driving through the girl who brought my root beer dumped it in my lap on accident, then preceded to laugh so hard she choked on her own spit. Honestly that stuff never happens and it was pretty funny. Overall I give it 4 because I think they could speed their process up more and It's almost May of 2021. I never wanted to do this but yes it's very disappointing my fav place ever been SLACKING on my orders these past 2 times... the 1st time I got all the way home to see my salad had grilled chicken & not crispy :/ I left it alone bc I was already all the way home. I decided to give it another try, I got my food correct but I got no sauces in my bag when I specifically asked for those sauces I was 3 minutes away so I decided to turn around to get the sauces for my fries & sandwich to end up cold... point is make sure y'all are checking the bags before sending it out. read more

Getting stingy with the sauces, charging you for them and cutting out a whole nugget from the kids meal. If you need to charge more, then do so, but Don't take food from children. You guys used to be great. :/ read more

I'm a dasher who comes here alot for pick ups. I'm leaving this review not just for myself but all dashers as every time we come here they are allowing customers inside but if we attempt to go in they tell us we are not allowed to pick up inside and force us to go wait in their hour long drive through. I feel this is a bit unfair as we as dasher can't be compensated for these long times we have to wait and the gas we are forced to burn because of it. I respect alot of these stores but sadly I can't with this location. read more

So far my worse Chick-fil-A experience. Looks like the reviews are on par. I ordered a scramble bowl with just eggs and potatoes. It took forever for the girl in the drive thru to enter it while everyone is laughing in the background. No cars behind me at a slow time turns into four even with two lines that started with just one car beside me. I guess even though I paid just like everyone else for a full bowl of food, I only got like half a bowl as you can see. I guess it's Chick-fil-A's way of saying screw you for not ordering meat with every meal. read more

We came in for a late lunch today and had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I have ordered my favorite Frosted Coffee in the past with an employee named Linda and she made me one of the best ones I had gotten since they came out. Fortunately, Linda was there today which is why I am posting a new rating. She didn't disappoint! My wife and I both got Frosted drinks. Mine was my usual Coffee and my wife got a Lemonade and they were both EXCELLENT! We also asked for fries with NO SALT and also asked to please make sure that we got fresh strips. She not only made sure we got fresh food, she came out to check on us before we left! That is the definition of Customer Service in my humble opinion! She is a huge asset to this location and a good example to follow for all of the kids who work there. read more

Came by for breakfast this am. The young lady at the counter needs more training. She seemed lost when we ordered 2 Entrees with no cheese. We ordered 2 Bacon egg (no cheese ) biscuits. 2 oJ. We received 2 Bacon Egg Muffins. (& when she repeated order, we again said biscuits, not muffins). Muffins were not even warm, I do not care for their muffins. We love chick-fil-a. But not this one. How many times am I going to go to chickfila for an ice dream CONE and they are out of cones. So appreciate sitting in the drive thru line wrapped around the building, the only thing ordered is a CONE and when I get to the window I am informed they don't have any!!!! What the heck. I really do not understand what the big deal is with this place. This place always has cars at the drive Thur and the day I went there it was crowded but not not packed. I heard this place uses real chicken but what does that mean? Is the chicken organic? I don't know but it's popular. My family and I are at the location at Highlands Village Shopping Cntr FSU. After we at a great meal I needed to warm a bottle for my baby. The manager named Eric would not give me half a cup of hot water. Although he would brew a pot of fresh coffee and sell me a cup of coffee to warm a bottle. A cup of coffee. We had to pour half of the coffee out so the bottle would fit. And spilled some due to the wobbly table. I will never bring my family back to this location, if something is not done to ease my complete dissatisfaction. I will never take my family to ANY of their restaurants. read more

Lunch is always super busy but they go all out to get everyone taken care of. Great food and they have never messed up my order.

By far the best chick fil a in Tyler. The food is always fresh and the drive thru doesn't take long at all... they can have cars lined up and I'm in and out of there with no problems. The people working there definitely know what they are doing! The only thing is when I ask for a certain amount of sauce I'd like that amount... I ask for 4 sauces and I get 1, I ask for 5 and I get 2... I actually got none once... so I've been asking for 8 and I'm getting anywhere from 3-4... so maybe improving the counting a little but that's my only complaint which is impressive when it comes to a busy fast food place! read more
