This place was CRAZY on a Saturday eve! Drive thru and inside were teeming with cars and people. The craving for some tasty chicken got the best of me because I found myself getting in the long line of fried chicken addicts. Inside was bright, clean and well-maintained and there were a ton of staff trying to quell the crowd's orders. Almost looked looked like an In N out! I ordered the Spicy Deluxe sandwich with a side of regular waffle fries. My order was ready in about 10 min - chicken sandwich was tasty, chicken was flavorful and juicy with a mild kick and appreciate the lettuce, tomato and pickle to tie it all together. Not sure why I always think the waffle fries would get better. Each time, they are lackluster to me- not crispy, lukewarm and lacked salt. Meh. Overall, I had an ok experience, not the best but decent for what I thought was going to be a nightmarish purgatory in line. Glad I at least got some yummy chicken in the process! read more

The service here is terrible. We did not receive a receipt and after waiting for our food for 30 minutes we inquired and they could not find it. They first implied they could not help us due to the lack of receipt. They brought us our meal after we repeatedly explained the problem, however would not provide us anything for our trouble. The manager, Matthew asked us "why are you looking at me like that" and was overall completely rude and confrontational. I had to ask him to please walk away. After sitting in some Napa traffic, a quick food pitstop was much needed. I consider In-N-Out / Chick-fil-A as the golden standard for fast food. It's always consistent with service and quality. The spicy chicken sandwich is fire as always. The waffle fries are fresh. The nugs while overpriced, are my favorite. My one diva complaint is that when I order an ice cream cone after my meal, they don't just make it on the spot and add me to the queue behind all the food orders, so it takes 10 minutes to get it lol. read more

This is a four-star review for fast food. Bear in mind, this is a real low bar. A friend and I decided we were curious about Chick-fil-A and decided to try it for the very first time. It was about 2 pm.We decided to go for the full dining experience because they had AC. The parking lot was pretty full. The line for takeout was impressive. inside there was a playroom for the kids and the usual easy to clean furniture that infests all fast foods joints. Inside it was cooler, and the line was significantly shorter. There weren't many diners at the tables the place was spanking clean. Since we both liked heat, we both ordered the spicy chicken meal. Strangely, our server asked what kind of sauces we liked? I went with the spicy sauce and the regular chic-fil-a sauce. I've heard a lot about Chick-fil-A's chicken and how the flavor is superior to many other places. I would agree this is good chicken flavor. Unfortunately it is drowned in a ginormous generic white bun, which does absolutely nothing for the sandwich except hold the sauce. The spicy sauce is a standard buffalo wing sauce, and it's quite fine. I could've taken more heat, but there's a lot of people who would find it just spicy enough. You are expected to add your own sauce. Thank god because the regular sauce would have ruined it for me. The Chick-fil-A sauce was bizarre. It was faintly sweet, had no dominating flavors whatsoever. I think its primary purpose was to act as some kind of creamy base to make sure the sandwich didn't fall apart. The waffle fries. Slightly soggy but with good potato flavor. No crunch. Nice try but losing the race for number one. All in all, if I had to make my own sandwich, I'd get a better bun, the fillings for the sandwich were just fine, I could've done with a lot more chicken. And a second packet of the spicy sauce. Or just a hotter sauce. Seating for the dining experience was typical of fast food. I was a little surprised when the server came over and offered to refill our drinks. This is not what I expected from a fast food joint. But that sure explains why the place looks spotless. Oh, yeah those cups are filled to the max with ice, accept the refill. Overall, compared to McDonald's (you should be aware I despise McDonald's) Chick-fil-A is doing quite well. The food has some flavor, Place lives up to fast food standards of cleanliness and decor, the price is higher than I expected for a meal, but then the chicken tastes real. I left pleasantly stuffed but an hour later was hungry again. Classic. 4 stars for the sandwich. Needs a better bun 3 stars for the fries. Not even remotely crunchy. Good potato flavor. Surprisingly, this location was pretty empty when we came here on a Tuesday afternoon! I usually always see cars wrapped around Chick-fil-a locations no matter what time of day it is. It definitely was quieter inside and there were not a lot of people. Service was also super quick, friendly, and attentive. I only got the frosted lemonade but this was made perfectly! I love chick-fil-a and probably order twice a week. They're great on customer service and food is always tasty. I usually order on the app and pick up or have it delivered to me. This morning, I ordered breakfast on the app. There was no line in the drive thru and I didn't have to wait long for my order which was a chicken, egg and cheese muffin, orange juice and a side of hash browns (these are my favorite). Although everything was great, I do have to say that my English muffin was slightly burned and I was a little disappointed. Maybe an off morning but the smell got to me first. This was the nicest chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The staff were so friendly, going above and beyond. We came in after my daughter's game with the team and their parents. The employees brought our food out to our tables, made sure we had what we needed, refilled drinks, checked in, even brought us mints at the end of our meal. However, I've noticed a decline in their food quality and customer service recently. Though, there is this older aged Asian man who works there who's extremely kind and helpful. Also, I made an order recently and they didn't include bacon, cheese, or pickles in my burger. I understand that people make mistakes, why is it that chick fil a highly presents themselves as "for the customers," but couldn't give me any compensation for having to drive all the way back to get my order fixed.
