WORST Customer Service I've EVER experienced! My car was hit in the drive thru I asked to speak to someone about checking the camera footage because I didn't get the license plate of the car that hit me. I was told to come in and wait and the manager would be right with me. Well, I waited 30-40 minutes and no one came over. It was almost closing time so I left (extremely aggravated). I followed up by calling several times, leaving messages, going back asking to speak to a manager...nothing! Never heard from anyone. read more

First time at this restaurant. Glad they'll be coming to Seekonk. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent. Not overly spicy which was good. Enjoyed the waffle fries. Was crowded but service was fast. Ate in the restaurant. A couple of workers came by to check if we needed additional drinks and if we were satisfied with our meal. We live 2mins. from the newly minted Chik-Fil-A's in Warwick,, and after our first endeavor, it has become a family fave. The quality of the chicken used is the highest I've ever experienced; plump, juicy and succulent -always. It may be a bit pricier than other chicken fast food chains, but the taste and quality is more than worth the price paid. I recently tried the chicken salad sandwich, and I fell in love. It only required me to add my own mayo on the bread (some people don't like it, I'd guess.) After that, it's simplly de-lish! I'm next going to try their new frozen lemonade, because it looks fantastic. read more

The service and food is exceptional for fast food! However, the prices are a little high but I think it's because the ingredients are a million times better then most fast food restaurants. I would recommend going here with a friend after shopping :) or just to chat (you want have to worry about splitting the bill or tips) Sit outside on a nice day the atmosphere is good! read more

Since everyone and his brother has been lined up in cars surrounding the building and spilling out to the lot I felt I just had to try this place, even though I am diametrically opposed to their politics. So, driving near there one day, starving, I popped in to the packed parking lot and waited in line to order one of their pre-fix price lunches. I ordered it and I ate it (something like chicken fingers, fries and diet coke.). I just have to tell you, there was in NO way anything special about this food. It was fairly identical to anything you can get at the Colonel's, or any other chicken restaurant/carry out. Except for Popeyes. Their food is the bomb, Unhealthy? YES! Fat laden? YES? Delicious? Yes. But that's Popeyes. I'm talkin' about Chick Fil-A here. They are nothing special. Trust me. NO-THING special. Don't waste your time in that huge long line. Just go somewhere else. Gross!!!! Worked there for one day to realize what filthy pigs thay are!!! The fruits.has mold on it in the walking freezer!!! The tomato were also moldy but was told to cut around it!!! The Tomato slicer had black gooey stuff coming out of it every time I went to slice the tomato apparently this stuff is not fresh day today they order once every two weeks and then they just keep changing the date on it the place is filthy they use their hands when they're cooking the french fries that come out of the fry later if they're picking up with their hands and eating them read more

I moved to New England from Atlanta....so a love for Chic Fil-a runs deep in my soul. I was SO excited when I heard we were going to be getting one...and things started out very promising. I like that they're always VERY polite (in true Chic Fil-a spirit)...BUT I wish that wasn't the only consistent thing about the Chic Fil-a in Warwick. They are, unfortunately, consistently slow....which I've been trying to let go of (because believe me, I LOVE Chic Fil-a), but literally every time I go there, I sit in the drive-through for ten minutes. I went there for breakfast a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning (love me some chicken minis!!!!) just before the switch to lunch...because I wanted a breakfast entree but waffle fries instead of hash browns. I ordered breakfast at 10:20....then at 10:30 I ordered a side of waffle fries. What killed me is that the the fries didn't come out until 10:40! 10 minutes to make fries?! That would never happen in Atlanta...when they make the lunch switch, they already have things prepped and ready to go so their customers can be served. To make matters worse, I took the food to go and didn't check the fries. When I got home, the fries were clearly over-cooked (dark brown and hard). This is merely one occasion of inconsistency in food...but a very common example of long waits there. They seem to always have a horde of teenagers working so I don't think it can be lack of employees. Chic Fil-a franchise owners at Bald Hill Road...if you can read this, PLEASE get your act together. The waits are too much...its EVERY TIME I go there. And talk to your kitchen staff..if I order chicken minis one more time and the delicious honey glaze that goes o'er the buns is not there....our relationship will be over. And I love you too much to quit you...so please don't make me do that. read more

I am a regular at Chick F and always enjoyed the high quality chicken - especially the chicken and lemonade. I visited this location 6-7 times and always had good food - until last night. Nuggets were tough and lemonade tasted watered-down. I post this because I experienced the same poor quality at a Chick F in Atlanta - which was highly unusual. I dont know why -- but the company appears to be cheapening their food quality. I hope not -- look at what happened to McD when they started cheapening their food. read more

I really enjoyed the chicken nuggets and waffle fries. The nuggets are smaller than expected, so just get a bigger number of nuggets if you are hungry!! The prices are cheap, and it is so worth it! read more

I like that they have several nutritious chicken choices, including grilled and salads. The breakfast oatmeal is nice, too. No matter how long the customer line is, the staff is very efficient and the line moves along quickly. My grandkids love the play area. read more

Best fast food restaurant I have ever been to. It's not like any old gross McDonalds its clean. They only use fresh chicken and other fresh ingredients. They don't just have regular fries they have waffle fries. Haven't had those in a while. I was so happy they moved one up to the northeast region. When I go down to the south that's literally all I eat. And also it's closed on Sunday's for biblical beliefs. Awesome right. I rate this five stars because it's definitely deserves it. The inside is so clean you could probably lick the floor. I recommend this to anyone who is not vegan. Also people who just LOVE chicken. read more

Food poisoning. A few hours after eating a chicken sandwich I developed food poisoning. I noticed that the chicken tasted extra salty, but just thought it was oversalted. Luckily I only ate half of the sandwich. I can't imagine how sick I would be if I ate the whole thing. Disgusting. Yet another reason to stay away from fast food. read more

I was being very respectful towards her using words such as "please" and "thank you" not a single "your welcome" just straight attitude! I am not racist but she is Spanish but that is not supposed to mean anything.. I know plenty of people who hate their jobs or just simply have bad days but they do not take it out on employees. As a rule, I try to avoid fast food, but Chick-Fil-A is an exception. The chicken is ALWAYS hot and fresh, the coleslaw is crispy and tasty, the waffle fries are perfect, the iced tea is freshly brewed and tastes like tea (I get unsweetened), the fruit salad is always bright, fresh and never tastes out-of-season - - even in the winter! I ate inside once, and the food was brought to the table, the hostess refilled my drink, we got after-dinner mints...it was like five-star treatment. The workers are ALWAYS polite, clean-cut and pleasant. The restaurant is SUPER busy during meal hours. The parking lots to the adjacent stores provide plenty of overflow parking. The staff moves customers through QUICKLY; I don't know how they do it so well. Could Chick-Fil-A send someone from corporate headquarters to advise our state government and teach them how to run as efficiently? Chick-Fil-A may be able to single handedly save RI's economy! read more
