Box combo with my free extra chicken finger!
    Tanner R.

So I happened to visit on National Chicken Finger Day and scored an extra chicken finger with my box combo order! What a pleasant (and tasty) surprise! Because of this extra chicken finger, I was able to substitute my Cole slaw for a Cane's sauce free of charge. Totally worth the substitution since the Cane's sauce is SO FREAKING GOOD. Can somebody please get me access to the recipe?? I did have to wait a little bit for my order as expected, with the drive thru line dang near wrapping around the building. But it was cool to see other patrons enjoying their free chicken fingers as well, creating a lot of buzz around this southern fried chicken joint. Can't wait to come back!

A good friend of ours went to opening day of the new Raising Cane's in Warwick & won a year of free meals! She gets 3 of The Box Combo per month but says her doctor would kill her if she ate all 3 herself so she invited us to join her for dinner. And it was delicious! Four piping hot, crunchy & juicy chicken tenders with a mound of perfect crinkle fries, a small container of sweet cole slaw & another of Cane's secret sauce plus a grilled buttered piece of Texas toast with an Arnold Palmer to wash everything down. Highly recommend the lemonade & both the unsweetened & sweet teas. I love an unsweetened tea (2/3) with lemonade (1/3) - literally the most perfect summer drink, IMO. I had asked on previous visits, "Why Texas toast?" The cashier said, "Other restaurants do biscuits or rolls, we do Texas toast." Yup, that makes sense to me. I love that there is always an Elvis portrait. It is part of Raising Cane's lore to display Elvis Presley memorabilia, particularly velvet Elvis portraits, as a tribute to a piece of art found during the demolition of their first location. The founder used an Elvis towel and frame to cover a hole in the wall, which became their first "velvet Elvis". This became a tradition & now most Raising Cane's locations feature Elvis memorabilia as a unique design element.

First time trying a raising canes and I really enjoyed it! Got their traditional chicken finger meal and the fires and chicken tenders were tasty. The sauce is the star of the show. It's supper peppery but not too spicy! Really enjoyed it! Also this location was super clean inside! Wish we had one closer.

I was driving home from and event and was pleasantly surprised to find this location right off of 295. I had no idea it was here! I was at the drive-thru on a Tuesday night and there was no line. The drive-thru employee was super friendly. I waited a few (I think because I was in a small car and they didn't see me) and she was so apologetic when she realized I was there, even upgraded my drink! I appreciate this nice customer service touch, which you usually don't experience at fast food spots. I do love a Cane's chicken tender! They are just really tasty and the fries are spot on as well. Add in the Cane's sauce and I was very happy with my quick dinner. I do want to try their lemonade next time, but I am just too much of a sucker for a Coke Zero. I like the concept here, that it is simple, straight forward, and tasty! Update to add I recently dined in with my son and -- 1. Love the music 2. Love that all the features on the wall are local and personalized for the store!

Our 1st experience at Raising Canes was memorable. We were greeted by Andrew in the front w/ a big smile. The food came out popping hot. My husband mentioned that he liked how the food came out as it appeared in the picture. Andrew also checked in on us mid way through our meal to see how we were doing. Thanks again Andrew for elevating our experience, Raising Canes is lucky to have you.

Raising Cane's keeps its concept incredibly simple, focusing almost entirely on chicken tenders,…read morefries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its signature sauce. I walked into a bright, clean, and energetic restaurant with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. I went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing I have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during my visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

As an A Christmas Story fan I was happy to see the location decked out in themes from the movie. The restaurant itself was well done and spacious. Staff were friendly and kept the line moving quickly. One staff never even asked if our food was okay- something you don't normally see at fast food places. I ordered the three finger combo and it was excellent! Texas toast was standard but toasted well, fries were nice and crispy, and the chicken itself was slightly crunchy and very juicy. I will say that the star of the show was the Cane's sauce. It was super peppery but also had a nice flavor to it. This was coupled with a super sweet but tasty sweet tea. If you don't have students recommending this place let me be the one to do it for you!

I'm a spicy type of girl, and they definitely put a lot of spice on their chicken. It is very, very seasoned. It can definitely give you heartburn, but it's worth it lol. The combos and how filling these meals are are definitely worth the price. The fries that it comes with are also pretty good, and it's a perfect combo for the tenders. I'm also obsessed with their slushy's. They're so delicious! Location: This location is super casual, mainly a grab-and-go, but you can also sit down and eat there, similar to most fast food joints. They also have free parking around the building. Service: We usually order online to go pick up, service is pretty quick and efficient. Whenever we have cravings for delicious tenders, we will definitely come back!

Not the best chicken…read more Been to my fair share of chicken tender places. This is a chain that I have yet to try, so on the way back from Boston I made a detour to give this place a try. The inside has a lot of character. When I came in there was no one making the front. We ordered online and the order was ready when I pulled into this location. It took someone about 5 minutes to even show, and they immediately started ringing up people in the order line rather than address those waiting to pick up. Another 2 minutes later. Someone else shows up, fetches the bag behind the counter with minimal interaction. The chicken was still warm, but was overcooked. The reaper ranch was light on the ranch and was hot but lacking any real flavor other than the burn. The daves sauce was overly sweet, and the French fries topped with Mac and cheese were good but really lacking in toppings. It was like a tablespoon of Mac n cheese to a handful of fries and two chicken nuggets on top. At the price we paid, the quality does not justify the price point. It's expensive small chicken tenders with lacking sauce and indifferent staff. When your menu is limited, you need to execute properly and this location is not executing. Not sure if it's true across the brand, but there's many chicken tender spots to try and this one missed the mark

The interior is clean--almost startlingly so. White subway tile, wood-look floors, and that sprawling menu wall broadcasting "Fresh," "Spicy," and "Halal" like they actually mean something here. The young lady behind the counter had that genuine warmth you can't train into people. Not the "corporate manual says smile" routine, but someone who's actually invested in what they're serving. The sandwich arrived still hot. First bite tells the whole story--that perfect orange-colored crust breaks up properly, giving way to chicken that's fantastically seasoned all the way through. The bun holds everything without getting soggy or falling apart halfway through. It's the quick precision of fast food with the soul of something homemade. Those fries deserve their own paragraph--skinny, crisp, and seasoned with something that makes standard salt and pepper seem like amateur hour. Someone in that kitchen actually cares about the potatoes. What sets Maaz's apart is execution. They're not trying to create some wild new flavor profile or Instagram-bait sandwiches. They're just doing the basics perfectly, consistently, one serving at a time. Providence keeps turning up these gems--places that don't need fancy locations or PR campaigns, just seriously great food that creates its own word-of-mouth buzz. I'd open one of these in my hometown tomorrow if I could. The place would print money, not because it's revolutionary, but because it delivers exactly what it promises: the best version of a fast food chicken sandwich you've ever had. Worth the drive to Providence. Worth the tight parking. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately, this location seems to have mostly very young employees working without enough visible management or supervision, and it really impacts the customer experience. This is the second time we've waited an unreasonable amount of time for something simple that we already ordered and paid for, this time being a side of Shake Sauce. We stood at the front waiting because there was no employee anywhere to be seen, and the few employees who were around completely ignored us. There was also a pregnant woman standing there waiting 5 to 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because items from her order were missing as well. If no one is going to consistently stay at the front, the restaurant should at least have a bell, buzzer, or some system so customers are not left standing there wondering what to do. What's most frustrating is that these were issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning, and when employees finally did help, the attitude and facial expressions were unprofessional and unwelcoming. The food is still good, which is why this is disappointing. This location seems like it would really benefit from stronger management presence, better customer service training, and experienced managers who can properly guide and support newer or younger employees.
