Went today about 12 o'clock in the afternoon and the bathrooms were disgusting. Zero paper products in the ladies room no toilet paper both rolls empty no paper towels. I went to the counter & She said that she couldn't fill it now so I had to use the men's room. you couldn't even look in the mirrors. They were so disgusting if I hadn't already ordered my food I probably wouldn't have eaten there because I'm assuming if the bathrooms looked the way they look the kitchen is probably the same. French fries were amazing burger was good bun not so much and the soda was flat.

I'm not a five guys fan but I was on vacation with a group and this is where they chose to eat. They did an impressive job of serving 51 of us for lunch. They do have some outside seating so we were all able to sit down and relax. Sandwiches are big so if I ever eat at another 5 Guys I'll order a kids meal.

Price is not consistent with the quality of food. I honestly do not like 5 guys but had to try it. Complete let down. $10 for an over cooked burger is insane. 1 star and that's being generous.

We stopped in here for a quick bite because we were out doing errands and route two is just so convenient for everything. We went in and ordered our burgers and I love how you can choose anything that you want to go on them. I chose a lot of stuff including raw onions and cooked onions which was excellent. Of course it is messy to eat. We also got a small fry which is more than enough for me and Mike. The burgers were excellent and the fries were good as always. I really like the soda machine because they have a Coke fancy vending machine where are you can choose any Coke product I believe and it dispenses it. That was really nice. Always good

It's been over 5 years since I've been to a Five Guys, so it was like going to a whole new food spot. I ordered the double burger with fries and everything was delicious. The food was plain and simple, but so good! The amount of fries they give you is crazy though... definitely enough to share with 2 other people!

I'm disputing this charge through their corporate office, since I was told I would get a refund.

Usually a big fan of Five Guys! However this experience just left a sour taste in my mouth, unfortunately. My son was craving for a burger on our way to the park so he could ride his bike. So I called ahead of time to place my order for us. The lady on the phone took my order and told me when I got there, I would just pay and my order would be ready. When I got there, they were super busy. The gentleman told me to wait (which is totally understandable), but he greeted me only once there was a line behind me with customers. AFTER I paid, they informed me that my order wasn't in their system. So, I had to wait there with my four year old bouncing around while there was a ton of other customers in there! What made me finally ask for a refund, was the fact that the lady was glaring at me, and I was afraid they were going to do something nasty to our food. The manager (who seemed friendly) informed me it would take up to 24 hours to process the refund because it needed to go through the district manager. I just left, without a receipt stating they would give me a refund. So, I'll have to wait and see if I will get refunded my $26. On the bright side, my son got to keep his chocolate shake and I got to keep my drink. Sorry say, but we definitely won't be back to this Five Guys location again. Update: sure enough: they didn't refund me the $26.19 for my order. So, I had to call merchant services to dispute this charge. Such a waste of time.

Added on a fry to share and a couple of coffee milks and a Diet Coke made for a quick easy lunch on a super hot day. The guys enjoyed their weiners but really had no ooohs and ahhhs. My burger was actually delicious. Juicy with a good stack of crisp iceberg, onions and a hearty slice of tomato to bring the fresh. The fries were standard fries but crispy outside and soft inside. Not my personal favorite kind of fry but they did the job. Service was smooth and friendly.

I think shorter than Olneyville's, much more heavily seasoned, but with less celery salt. The meat sauce worked and the bun was soft and fresh. Can't go wrong here. -- Patty Melt: A dainty variety on thin white bread, with a thin, low grade burger patty and a minimal amount of condiments. Not bad, but even as a lover of patty melts, I would have preferred my friend's standard cheeseburger. -- Fries: The standard frozen variety, typical of diners, but well executed, served piping hot with crisp exteriors and fluffy interiors. -- Coffee Milk: Tall glass whose to tint made it hard to see how concentrated the coffee syrup was, but a good amount. Noticeably more sweet than most. Not cold though. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Comparisons to Olneyville NY System are inevitable. I prefer Olneyville across the board, but this place is certainly worthy of a return. The breakfast items I saw go by looked good.

Cosmic's wiener was solid with a soft, pillowy bun. The wiener itself was hot and tasty with a good bite (with no noticeable snap, as I prefer it.) Ordering "all the way" gets you mustard, onion, meat sauce, and celery salt. The meat sauce was more like finely chopped, seasoned meat, rather than sauce. I could have done without the celery salt as it seemed to add an slightly artificial taste. While hardly a an out-of-this-world "cosmic" wiener, overall, it was a very satisfying and tasty wiener.

By this point you start questioning your life choices, but then you walk into a place like Cosmic Pizza Steak & Weiners and remember why you're doing this. Cosmic Pizza was home base for Pilgrim High School kids back in the '80s. The place we'd hit after basketball and hockey games, when pizza was fuel and community was guaranteed. Walking in tonight felt like stepping into a time machine, except everything's been upgraded. The location moved down the street from the original spot. Cleaner now. More modern. Brighter. The kind of place that kept what mattered and improved everything else. And the pizza? Better than it was back then. The place was packed. Standing room only with about fifteen people waiting for orders despite the ovens running full tilt. Tables full, to go orders flying out the door. A neighborhood spot that's clearly still doing what it's always done, just evolved. Rob, the manager, runs the room like he's conducting an orchestra in the middle of a rush. The place is buzzing, hectic, absolutely humming with activity, but he's got it all under control. And somehow, in the middle of all that, he still takes the time to talk to you. Makes it clear how grateful he is that you showed up. That's not just good service. That's genuine hospitality under pressure. The pizza justifies the crowd. The crust is what stands out first. Super light, airy, crispy in a way that feels almost delicate but still has structure. Not thin crust territory but not thick either. Just right for what they're doing. The sauce brings herbs forward. Savory, not sweet. You can taste the seasoning, taste the intent behind it. The cheese is quality stuff, melts right, browns in the spots that matter. Whatever toppings you order are going to be good because they're clearly not cutting corners on ingredients. The operation itself is something to watch. Tons of people working, all moving fast, all under pressure. But every single one of them smiles. Acknowledges you. Makes it clear they're grateful you showed up. That's culture, not accident. That comes from the top down through Rob to everyone on the line. Nostalgia can mess with your judgment. Makes you think things were better than they were. But Cosmic proves you can go back and find something actually improved. The energy is the same. The community feel is the same. Everything else got better. The space, the food, the friendliness of everyone involved. Fifth pizza of the day, stomach protesting, and this one lands differently because of what it represents. A place that's been feeding a community for decades and somehow got better instead of coasting on history. Worth the wait. Worth the crowd. Worth coming back when you're not trying to eat six pizzas in one day. And we will.

As far as I'm concerned only will New York system hot wieners are the original. On this trip, I ordered two all the way with fries and a Diet Coke and they delivered exactly that. For the uninitiated, a New York system hot wiener starts with a hot dog like sausage - the hot wiener - place in a hotdog roll topped with mustard, onions, meat sauce, & celery salt. The wieners came out tightly wrapped in butcher paper and hot. They were exactly what I was looking for after a long day. I got to the restaurant in Cranston their second location just after nine and the dining room was closed. But they have a take out window(not a drive-through, but a walk up) and I took my order to one of the two picnic tables in the front of the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and the meal was priced reasonably. If you are local to Cranston or Providence, and you enjoy a good hotdog, you should give Olneyville a try.
