Wow! What a breakfast burrito, this is by far the most indulgent and well crafted breakfast food out of all fast food! Both of us ordered through the app and enjoyed the attention to detail that they put both of our orders into one bag as we specified. And quickly, did not have to wait long, I sure recommend the app ordering over drive-thru, much easier and no wasting gas. I am not a fan of the slightly overpriced typical entrees, not at all buying into the hype considering the artificial flavors and unhealthy ingredients in most of the menu especially shakes, but see the massive appeal here due to their incredibly well trained and friendly service. What I like about chick fil a is my kids will always eat it. And as a parent of sometimes fickle kids that's a huge plus! My daughter likes the chicken nuggets and my boy likes a regular old chicken sandwich with American cheese and they both love the waffle fries. I usually get the chicken club, which has bacon and cheese on a grilled chicken breast. The food is actually pretty tasty and the service is always polite! The other thing I love about this place is the play area. It's so much cleaner than any McDonald's play place I've been to and for that they get two thumbs up! Keep up the good work. I have to say, when it comes to "fast food" it's hard to say I haven't found issues with orders. But Chick-Fil-A continuously delivers fast, correct orders! I've also never had an item come out that was poorly done or assembled. I've been to this location at least 20 times, both inside and out. I'd advise against going inside during the lunch rush as there can be lengthy lines. But aside from that they are still quite quick, have a convenient area to pick up condiments and the play area seems to be clean and younger kids love it. I have also noticed the staff is exceptionally friendly to everyone. If dining in, they even come around to check on you or refill drinks, which you won't find at most other fast food places. This store is conveniently located and a great stop when I'm in the area. As a chain, they often have many offers which will come via the app, so be sure you have it installed when you come. read more

We just had our best experience at this location yesterday! I came in with my 14 mo old. I placed our order and was given a plastic "container" to put at the edge of the table because they were going to deliver our meal. I'm so appreciative of this since I didn't have to juggle a child and the tray. Then I went to get a high chair and a nice man offered to help me ask I started to carry it with my daughter in the other arm. Again, so appreciated! To end, a lady nearby was offering to help throw away my tray when a Chick-Fil-A employee came over and said he'd take it and also handed my daughter a stuffed cow toy. It made her day! Try it (I'm serious). Staff walks around asking to "refresh your beverage" - that doesn't happen at other fast food and often other restaurants. It's so nice that employees are trained to be kind and pleasant, as it really adds to the atmosphere in subtle ways. Inside: chic fil a is usually very clean and family friendly. Compared to other chains, they do an excellent job of making it seem like it's not fast food. Lastly, how funny is the chicken mascot you see everywhere? Chick fil-A confuses me and delights me all at the same time. The food here is fresh, amazing and full of flavor and their employees go above and beyond. First you order, then they are supposed to hand you a number (which I wasn't aware of so I just awkwardly stood by the counter until my food was ready... oops) and they are supposed to serve you your food at your table. Then while you are eating employees will come in and ask how your meal is going, and then take your trash and tray when you are finished. A fast food chain with a sit down restaurant feel! The employees and management are always extremely friendly, and I have never questioned the quality or freshness of my food (unlike experiences I've had at McDonalds and other fast food restaurants!) Multiple times I was asked by CFA employees if they wanted to take my tray or get me a refill on my drink as I was sitting in my booth. The food and service get 4.5 stars. No matter what I order, it's hot and exactly as I order it. Don't think I've ever had to send food back or gotten an incorrect order. However, getting into this place isn't easy unless you're coming from the east on Mills Civic. Even then, the parking lot is entirely too small and two drive through lanes pass across the main entrance. These two lanes converge into one lane at the same place as the only other entrance/pedestrian walkway. Very dangerous. It's also often hard to get a drink refill due to the staff being busy providing great service to others. read more

There are a LOT of places that serve chicken sandwiches but if you're going to base your business around chicken being the primary focus, then it better be good -- and this place is awesome! You can tell how fresh everything is by the touch (very soft buns, tender juicy chicken, and non wilted lettuce) and of course by the taste.
