Cookie!! Birthday perk

Wow! What a breakfast burrito, this is by far the most indulgent and well crafted breakfast food out of all fast food! Both of us ordered through the app and enjoyed the attention to detail that they put both of our orders into one bag as we specified. And quickly, did not have to wait long, I sure recommend the app ordering over drive-thru, much easier and no wasting gas. I am not a fan of the slightly overpriced typical entrees, not at all buying into the hype considering the artificial flavors and unhealthy ingredients in most of the menu especially shakes, but see the massive appeal here due to their incredibly well trained and friendly service. And breakfast foods! I'm not getting over how stuffed my burrito was, just look at my photos. Breakfast is too easily overpriced and underfilling but no at Chick-fil-A!

I come here often! I absolutely love their chicken sandwich!! It's fresh and hot every time. Plus, the lemonade is a refreshing way to top your meal off!! Highly recommend to order both, and make sure to thank the drive thru server

I ordered a large fry with my meal and didn't get any fries at all. I really wonder how I didn't receive any fries.

What I like about chick fil a is my kids will always eat it. And as a parent of sometimes fickle kids that's a huge plus! My daughter likes the chicken nuggets and my boy likes a regular old chicken sandwich with American cheese and they both love the waffle fries. I usually get the chicken club, which has bacon and cheese on a grilled chicken breast. The food is actually pretty tasty and the service is always polite! The other thing I love about this place is the play area. It's so much cleaner than any McDonald's play place I've been to and for that they get two thumbs up! Keep up the good work. The cows thank you for eating chick fil a! lol

Seriously, Chick Fil-a is the gold standard in service in the fast food industry. Everyone else can only aspire to provide such service. It is a nice touch that they use my name when they bring my food out. It definitely gives it a personal touch. All you need to remember are two words "waffle fries"!!

Market Salad

Chic-fil-a aways comes through I didn't bring lunch so I ordered online using the app for curbside pickup. I'm trying to stay aware from carbs and they have pretty good options as long as you stay away from their breading and fries! The curbside pickup was very well identified and went smoothly. The salad was delicious as well.

My correct order

Made a mobile order stating what I want- employee took it upon himself to change my order without asking. Management was no help in rectifying situation.

At Chic fil a, the chicken is delicious, the waffle fries are awesome, and the lemonade should be illegal. The food is great and that's what keeps people coming back. It's a step above McDonald's or Burger King or even subway. The service: never have I heard people so well trained in how they conduct themselves. You can tell it's a Christian establishment and their employees display very servant-like Christ-like values. You'll hear employees say "my pleasure" almost anytime you say thank you. Try it (I'm serious). Staff walks around asking to "refresh your beverage" - that doesn't happen at other fast food and often other restaurants. It's so nice that employees are trained to be kind and pleasant, as it really adds to the atmosphere in subtle ways. Inside: chic fil a is usually very clean and family friendly. Compared to other chains, they do an excellent job of making it seem like it's not fast food. Lastly, how funny is the chicken mascot you see everywhere? It cracks me up for some reason and you should like it too. Perhaps it's going to this place as a kid and loving their food. I also like their quote on the wall "food is essential to life; therefore, make it good." If that's their goal, mission accomplished. 5/5 stars. Great job!

They put a cheerful note on my bag in the drive-thru!

The service was fast, friendly, and it's fun they have a door you pull up to instead of a window. The food was fresh and hot.

We were just here a few weeks ago and I am so bummed to see they permanently closed!! We came during lunch and took advantage of their weekday lunch combo (Tues-Fri, 11am-2pm), which includes soup and a half grilled cheese. You can choose from the OG, Kick in the Cheese, or Fancy grilled cheese, plus either tomato basil bisque or the soup of the day. Honestly? A dream setup. I ordered the tomato basil bisque with a half OG grilled cheese, and wow... just wow. The soup was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, and the grilled cheese delivered that classic, beautiful cheese pull moment you hope for (and rarely actually get). The cheese had the perfect amount of sharpness and subtle bitterness, balancing everything out so well without being overwhelming.. I seriously could go for one right now! Every bite was comforting and delicious, and I immediately wished I had ordered a full OG sandwich because it was that good. The combo was mouth‑watering, satisfying, and wildly exceeded expectations for a quick lunch stop.

The food came out hot and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. This is gourmet sandwiches on a budget! We got there right when they opened and stayed to eat our meal. There were at least 8 people who came in to order while we were there. I can tell it's a lunch favorite. We ordered Grilled Cheese of the Month Quesabirria and it was fantastic I would say it just needed more Consomé. We also ordered their Cuban sandwich and it was really good! This place is a classic hole in the wall but it was very clean!

I've been meaning to try this place ever since I learned there was a WDM location. Located in a…read morestrip mall at the corner of Grand and EP True (by the HyVee), the decor is nothing special but it was light and bright inside. We were greeted and asked if we were dining in (it appears they do a brisk takeout business) and were told to sit where we wanted. It was surprisingly crowded for a Sunday afternoon at 4 pm. The menu is extensive and hubby and I both like Mediterranean food. I chose the Falafel plate, served with five falafel balls, hummus, a pita, and Greek salad. The portion was generous (ended up taking two falafel home). Served with tahini and their house green sauce (olive oil, cilantro, and jalapeño) It wasn't spicy but it was so delicious - I could get addicted to this thinking of all the other ways so could enjoy it!! The Greek salad was served with house dressing - garlic and yogurt, also very good. The falafel was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and flavorful. The hummus was not at all grainy - smooth but just a tad bland. Hubby had the lamb skewers and liked them very much. Served with rice, salad, and hummus. He also took one of the skewers home. We both had the mango Fresca juice. A bit too sweet for me but I generally drink unsweetened beverages. Hubby liked it a lot. Service was friendly and we were checked on twice to ask how we liked our food. Generous portions, friendly service, good food, but not inexpensive (with tip, $55 for two) but what is inexpensive these days?? We enjoyed reading the story of the couple who started this restaurant, and I'm glad we finally had a chance to try it?

It's not always easy to see. it's near the Hy-vee right by the Planet Fitness in West Des Moines. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. The restaurant was clean. Everything was authentic, scratch-made dishes like kabobs, wraps, and hummus, they make their own Pita bread too! Its spacious, lots of tables and was very casual when I was there for lunch and I observed a very family-friendly atmosphere. The service was fast and efficient and they and they special packed it exactly how I wanted it. A Latina woman of a certain age was the server manager and she just went out of her way to make sure I got everything the way I wanted. She made great suggestions on packing because I told her I was probably gonna take some home so she separated things out for me like I wanted. I'd heard that the portions were huge and they certainly were. I got the #10 Gyros Mix which included a generous portion of gyros (Tender strips of lamb and ground steak gyro,) a skewer of U.S.D.A. Choice steak kabob, , a chicken Kabob, which i would call their version of Chicken Souvlaki (which means "little skewers" and refers to small, marinated, grilled pieces of chicken often served on skewers at traditional Greek restaurants) each platter also includes fresh made hummus with olive oil, *Mediterranean seasoned yellow rice, and a small salad topped with our house garlic lemon dressing, homemade pita bread and a green jalapeno sauce. Which was an interesting twist to Greek food. Usually its just Greek sauce is Tzatziki (pronounced "tsah-dzee-kee"), a cool, creamy dip or sauce made from strained yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and herbs like dill or mint, I asked for it to be packed to go even though I was eating in too. and she did an outstanding job of separating the cold salad and hummus from the rice and hot entries. The food was good and solid hot and delicious and the portions were really generous. They also included the traditional sweet white onions with the gyros Its a hidden gem and a wonderful quality restaurant. I will be back. Its owned by Silvestre and Veronica Duran -- who moved to DSM from California about six years ago to be closer to family. They certainly imbued the restaurant with quality food , generous portions in great staff service and attention.
