Best fast food place, but when I ordered a shake they gave me a fork instead of a straw. Had to drive home 45 minutes to drink my shake.

They have a great setup for the drive through and very organized, dont let the lone or merging deter you. My order was correct and i was out in under 7 minutes with approximately 15 cars ahead. read more

I'm not really one for fast food but this new concept is fantastic. The chicken sandwich that I had was really good. My wife had a grilled chicken sandwich she said it was excellent. They are not cheap on the condiments! Good choice of beverages and shakes! The people that work there are very nice and respectful the other fast food chains should take a lesson from them! This restaurant is very clean you could eat off the floors! Plenty of free parking and the service is very fast. Download the app and you could earn points so you could get free food. Two weeks in a row I ordered food and discovered missing items when I got home. Order was over $32 so I went back to complain. It took over a half hour to get a manager to come outside to discuss the error. Their idea of fixing it was to give me the food then. When I explained that it was my dinner from the night before, and I had no intention of eating it then, the manager asked what I expected. When I said, I expect to get a refund as this is the second time in two weeks, she asked me to wait. After 20 minutes she refunded my credit card. The next day, I checked and realized she gave me only $11 back on to my card!!! Such poor customer service for a company that makes millions!! In an area filled with fast food, I will go elsewhere if I choose to eat mediocre. read more

First time here - I had to see what all the fuss was about. The drive thru experience is very interesting during the Pandemic. We were greeted by the drive way where the employee asked if it was a mobile pick up or drive thru. We proceeded to the drive thru and not having been there before had no idea what was on the menu. The menu is not posted until you get to the front of the line. I ordered a regular chicken deluxe - not knowing the sauces none were placed on the sandwich so it was slightly dry. I have to say I was impressed with the chicken on the sandwich it was meaty and juicy, (although $5.75 for one piece of chicken is a little pricey). The best part of my experience was it did not have an after taste that usually comes with fried foods that stay with you into the night. I like the red hats that some of the workers are wearing with the strings to hold them on under your chin. They should sell these - they make nice sun hats. read more

Food was fresh, everyone was friendly, but We went to the drive through and we ordered drinks and a side of mac and cheese and they gave us no cutlery at all. No straws or forks. We weren't anywhere near home and theres a line down the block to even get back near chic fil a so we had to find a fork at a random restaurant nearby. It was pretty aggravating. read more

I really like chick fil a and I love to eat there it is really good but sometimes the service at this one isn't the best. One time one of the workers got my order wrong and started laughing about it. Overall though it is a good place to eat. read more

The wait time was very disappointing. It took over 30 minutes to get food through drive through and it wasn't even high demand hours.

Service is sooooooo slow. I don't understand how they can move without a sense of urgency.

The food is excellent but I need customer service as well. I tried to call them when my order was wrong and nobody answers the phone and the voicemail is full. I also tried to send an email to the contact us address that they have and it bounced back as no such address. I spent $60 on food that day and if I'm paying those prices I want to be able to contact someone if I have a problem. read more

The place opened up about one month ago about 3 mins from my house. For a "fast food" place, they treat you like royalty. I had the manager putting my daughter in the high chair. Every 3 mins a worker came by with napkins, utensils, sauces. Then there is a small play area where she went on the slide and climbed. Yesterday was my first and last time at this Chick-Fil-A. The management is a bunch of condescending, incompetent jerks. Went to pick up mobile order, stood their for 2-4 minutes-no one greeted us. Normally when I go to chick-fil-a the staff is always welcoming, polite and ready and willing to serve you. THESE PEOPLE...looked through us like a window pane and went about their business. This location might be new but they have no excuse. Only thing the manager did when we told her our issue was slap a sarcastic grin on her face. This location gives chick-fil-a a really bad name. Please rinse this place and get a new set of staff that's polite and knows what customer service is. read more

Brought my two daughters here on Tuesday night. Excellent staff at register, food awesome, restaurant area clean. Special kudos to our server Daquan who was very engaging, made sure all the food arrived and besides the great food experience was reason enough to come back! All mint across the board. read more

Another very bad experience with this restaurant: We recently put in a big order for this Chick Fil A curbside.  The food was fine, but I discovered after getting home that the order was missing 4 side items which we paid for totaling about $10-$15.  I called the restaurant, and the manager said "Oh, we probably forgot to give you a whole bag.  You can either come pick it up or just call the corporate line for a refund."  As I didn't feel like dealing with the line and I wanted these sides with my order, I opted to call for a refund.  They told me that they don't issue refunds, and that I'd have to call the store again.  So I did, and the manager seemed unaware of the corporation's own procedure for issuing refunds.  He told me he'd call me back.  Four days later I got a coupon for the missing items.  At this point, a coupon is unsatisfactory I simply wanted a refund for the food I ordered and never received, and I should not have gone through this much work to get it. Also the 4 items they offered me were sides which meant I would have to order more sandwiches which I don't want to do. I thought Chick Fil A was better than this. They have this reputation for taking care of their customers above and beyond the average fast food restaurant. Before this I was a very frequent customer at this location. Now I am done with Chicj Fil A. They are not even as good as regular fast food, they are the worst. read more
