I'm honestly not sure why this Chick-fil-A has only 3 stars, so I'm here to help change that! This is by far the coolest Chick-fil-A in the area. The staff is incredibly friendly (I know that's true of most Chick-fil-A locations, but this one somehow stands out even more), and the restaurant is always clean. They have a free Kids Club with crafts, free kids' meals, and they regularly host fun family events that our kids look forward to. I also have to mention their oatmeal cookies--they're my favorite! And a special shout-out to Daniel Moore, who is always giving out free dessert cards to support local library programs and schools. It's clear this location cares about the community, and that deserves recognition. We'll definitely keep coming back! read more

People complaint about the drive thru I think that's every chic fa le, but the ones saying Westfield standards are little confusing BUT....... Had a sublime and wonderful time here, easy to see the massive appeal with the delightful and friendly staff, extremely fast delivery to my table even as I ordered after sitting down through the intuitive app, and redeemed a bit of points for a free breakfast biscuit which was tasty and paired well with their buffalo sauce, I typically avoid CFA due to their artificial and mostly over processed unhealthy ingredients as well as failures to compensate employees fairly and the nasty CEO practices of supporting mental abuse through unethical camps however for mainstream fast food chains offering no better options these days it is hard to find fault with the speed, menu, and pleasant atmosphere. read more

This is the only Chick-fil-A that I probably won't go back to. Since I lived in Westfield this was so convenient for me to go to in the morning or after work. Only downside is the hit or miss food. Burnt chicken deluxe sandwiches and the smallest chicken wraps I ever had from one. read more

I've been to this location a handful of times since it opened. I've always had a great experience. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff pleasant and generous with the 'my pleasure'. This particular trip I got the No.2. A spicy chicken sandwich. So good. I've been eating Chic-fil-a my entire life. I love it. I also love the LGBT community. Trash! In town for a tournament, stopped to purchase a meal for my son, and was disappointed once I got back to the hotel. I ordered the nuggets, and there was no Chik fi la sauce! The person that took the order never asked, nor did the person preparing the order. I called back to rectify the issue, and was told (by not only a team member, but also a manager) "You can come back for sauce or there's nothing else we can do." The food is fine but some marketing major decided to add this "Express lane", assumedly for people who placed their orders at home and their orders should be ready when they get there. NOPE. I see people putting their orders in as they drive into the express lane, then zoom up and nose their way into the drive through line. Who does this? Entitled people. So what does this do? It jams the line up with people waiting for their food, and the drive through line backs up. I wouldn't let some express line person nose their way in front of me and they honked at me and flipped me off. As soon as I pulled up my food was waiting and the last FOUR express line people were ALL WAITING HOLDING UP THE LINE. We were some of the first customers at this location, which was exciting. We had family visiting from England that had heard of Chick-fil-a from across the pond (lol) and wanted to try it. They had a team greeting new customers at the door which was so sweet and the location was incredibly clean and new looking. We got nugs and fries with Chick-fil-a sauce (of course) and ate them there. It did take awhile to order the food, but their team was new and we're happy to help them get started. The first to review a Chick-fil-a?! It's a dream come true really. Chick-fil-a was my first job, so you can imagine my excitement when this one opened 5 minutes from my house. They are still training the staff so have some patience. But they were doing an excellent job learning to say "my pleasure" and giving extra sauce. The drive through at this location is legit. There is even an express lane for those who order via the app. If you come to Chick-fil-a often, download the free app to get rewards. It is a generous rewards system and I rarely pay for an entire meal because of it. If you are eating inside its best to park in the front by the pergolas. The drive through line may prevent some access to the overflow parking. This location does not have a play place. Sorry mom! But it is pretty quiet inside (for now) and the outdoor seating is a bonus that most Chick-fil-as do not have. A warning to those on lunch breaks or on time constraints. There mobile app for express lane orders are a waste of time. You're pretty much just committing to eat there regardless of your arrival time. I made my order at 2:09 and paid on the app, yet the food is not made till you arrive, get in the express lane and scan the QR code to confirm so that they can start ur food. The regular line is backed up 6 cars deep same as the express and they funnel into one lane. Here's the crazy part. The QR code is at the end of the express lane where it funnels/merges with the regular lane. Yet the regular lane cars are taking orders at the very beginning. 4 cars that arrived after me on the regular got my food before me while I wait led in traffic for an order I made 20 min ago. They should take a page from star bucks. Because I will not be going back any time soon read more

Not a pro military location. Made the mistake of stopping here and was told they don't support military and we should go to the Carmel location. Strange, because I got the spicy chicken sandwich, the crust seems crispy but the first bite was like stringy raw chicken.
