1/2 rack of dry ribs with sauce on the side and sweet potato fries

Impressive. The wait was approximately 30 minutes but we were eventually seated and promptly served. The menu is diverse but leaning towards traditional bar food. The server was excellent, the cocktails creative and everything we ordered was excellent. If you're north of Indy, definitely give this place a go.

This is a great restaurant in Westfield. Lots of room inside and outside, the drinks were well balanced and the old fashioned was delish. They also have XXX root beer in a bottle which is an Indiana must have. Our server was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. That's perfect for my tastes. I had the filet, chicken and Waygu sliders with fries. They were a little salty for me but prepared perfectly. I'd order them again, The kids had butter noodles and macaroni and chez...,pretty standard fare....its not fancified mac and I think almost every kid will love it. I'll come back when it's warmer to enjoy the patio!

The French onion soup was amazing! The overflow of melted cheese added so much flavor and paired well with the saltiness of the soup. The meatloaf is my go to and it never disappoints. The onion straws add an extra layer of crunch while elevating the meal. The patio is spacious, has tvs and provides a good ambiance at night thanks to the string lights

We love coming to Grindstone for the outdoor seating with heaters and a dog friendly patio. They even have a fire pit which is really inviting. Normally we visit on a weekday and it's not super crowded. Despite having dinner on a Friday evening our server, Charlie, was extremely attentive yet friendly and genuine. We didn't feel rushed. I had the Cajun Chicken Caesar Wrap with sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the full rack of ribs with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes. He said the ribs were 10/10 but the broccoli a bit bland and could use some salt and/or butter. I wanted to like the wrap more but it was mostly lettuce with very little dressing. Next time, I would ask for some on the side and request the fries to be extra crispy. The chicken wasn't really what I had in mind when I think of Cajun. It needed more spice. Other than that the atmosphere and service will be reason enough to return.

    Pickle brined chicken sandwich. Delicious.

Just as good as last time. I really wanted the brine chicken sliders but decided to be good and ordered the Cobb salad and it was filling and delicious. The salad dressing is the perfect amount although my husband who ordered the same thing requested extra dressing. I am not a big nut person but their zucchini bread side was very good. Service was excellent. It is a great location although the entrance to the parking lot is a bit strange as you have to almost go by the restaurant. They also have a nice heated patio.

Great place close to Grand Park. There is a wide variety of meals and the restaurant is able to accommodate large groups. The servers are nice and helpful with suggestions. I had the Hoosier Hot Plate, a fried pork tenderloin, served with Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. There was plenty of food. If you are looking for a place to stop on your way home from Grand Park, you should consider coming here.

I've been to some of the other Clancy's establishments, but this was my first time here. It seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday night. We took seats at the bar. It took a while for the bartender to serve us, which was ok. However. The bubbly rose my g/f order arrived and it was flat. One could easily see it was flat as there were no bubbles. We had to send it back. My old fashioned was decent. The initial of the establishment in the ice cube was a nice touch. We order the fried cheese curds. They came with ranch. They were decent. It seemed as though this place gets a lot of regulars. We don't live near there, but if you do, you may want to check it out.

Get reservations for weekends as it's a popular place. The ambience for dinner time on the weekend was more date time vibes than family with the lighting dimmed and darker elements of the ceiling title being a neat feature. We had the shrimp cocktail to start out. I enjoyed an espresso martini while my other half liked an old-fashioned. We both had the fish and chips which was a good portion size. Had the cherry black forest cake and s'mores crème brûlée, which were some yummy sweet treats. Overall, the food, ambience, and service were excellent. I would recommend trying Grindstone out and be sure to get a reservation during busy times!

Went on a Friday night during Devour Indy... it was busy, but we had reservations at 6:30. We waited for a table for 30 minutes, and watched them seat several other parties who walked in after us. Not off to a great start. We ordered fried green tomatoes for an appetizer. Those were decent, but quite bread-heavy and didn't offer a lot of flavor outside the sauce. My entree was the meatloaf... cinnamon syrup of some sort on meatloaf wasn't something I was expecting, but it wasn't bad either. This came with potatoes and green beans - the green beans were the best thing on the plate. My fiancé ordered the steak tacos and enjoyed them, but they weren't really anything to write home about. We also got two drinks - a Paloma and a blackberry jalapeño margarita. The margarita was rather spicy compared to other spicy margs I've had, but tasty. For dessert we ordered the turtle cheesecake. It was good, but again, not super outstanding. While the food itself ranged from mediocre to good, the cadence it was brought out was quicker than expected, which was nice given how hungry we were. We waited maybe ten minutes for our appetizer and about 2 minutes after we finished that, our entrees came out. It's a little pricier than I think it's worth, but I'd probably go back... maybe not on a Friday night.

Great spot right off the Monon! The covered patio is perfect for relaxing after a walk or bike ride, and the staff was super attentive throughout our visit. I had the fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised by both the flavor and the portion size--great crispy fish and a generous piece for the price. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

Great area, great atmosphere, great outdoor space and great service. Came here for a dinner and were told it's a two hour wait so we came back another time and very glad we did. Sat at the bar and enjoyed a cocktail before heading to our table. Got the steak sliders with sweet potato friends and a burger with fries. Everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Fries were crispy and the burgers/sliders were cooked perfectly. Love that you can enjoy a walk on the Monon before/after your meal.

We took a large group here for dinner mid week and had a nice time. It was very easy to get a reservation for a group of 20, which some local places can not handle. We had a very pleasant waitress ( I am awful at getting names) who did an amazing job keeping up with our needs. The restaurant is in a great location with beautiful views and walk out access to the Monon Trail. We tried the fried green tomatoes and poutine as appetizers. The tomatoes where good, even if we were caught off gaurd by the mix of Parmesan on top and Chipotle ranch as the dip. The group loved the poutine and needed up with a second order of it. The French onion soup was lovely, not too salty and a good tangy cheese, we just wished the bread had more presence. We tried the Jambalaya, Manhattan, cheesesteak, pork tenderloin and turkey burger. The Jambalaya left a fee of us wondering how it got there, it was very fishy and the pasta threw them for a loop (guess they didn't read the description). The Manhattan was ordered by 3 people and they loved it 5 stars. All and all the food was good and not to heavy but for the first time ever our dinner group did not get dessert.

Our table was ready and the Manger himself took us to our seats. This adorable three story red barn was dripping in charm and homey vibes. We sat on the second floor, we didn't know it had stairs or we would have asked for a first floor , a few of the group are not great on stairs, but as a team we made it work. Plus note is that there is a bathroom on the second floor. Speaking of the bathroom it did feel very much like a airplane bathroom, a litte Claustrophobic. The early bird dinner is the way to go, three course for a great price. We started by getting the deviled eggs and the mushroom soup. Both were amazing, the soup was so creamy and the eggs had just the right amount of firmness. I had fried chicken which was the best I have had in the Indy area. My husband had stroganoff and he felt like it was made by someone's granny. I also tasted the pork belly, and it was out of this work good. We had the crab cakes and crab & artichoke dip for apps and our lunch entrees were the fried catfish sandwich with fries and the filet with mashed potatoes and collard greens. For bevvies, we tried their rosé and red zeppelin English ale. All of it, every bit and bite, was 10/10. Food breakdown: - Crab cakes: succulent lump crap meat within a lightly battered and flash fried coating. They come on a bed of arugula with a light dressing and dipping sauce for the cakes. Super yummy! - Crab & artichoke dip: ooey gooey deliciousness, perfect balance of cheese sauce too. You don't have to search for the crab or artichokes. And the fried naan chips were sliced long and thin, and could've been called naan fries actually. Perfect companion for the dip. - Fried catfish sammich: the piece of fish was huge and the batter was good. It came on Texas toast with fixins and tartar sauce. Won't lie, the only thing I wanted for was some hot sauce. That's a me problem... just gotta have hot sauce when I eat fried fish but I didn't ask for any while I was there (they may offer it) and still very much enjoyed the sandwich. - Filet: it was great... hubby got it medium and it arrived perfectly cooked. The Demi glaze sauce was so good and so were the sides. Their collard greens are seasoned up! I said does my auntie work here?! This cuisine is so comfortingly southern and didn't disappoint. Shoutout to our friendly and helpful server, Dan... our food and drinks came out quickly and so did our to-go box. His service was truly top notch. This place is small...much smaller than I had imagined. In my opinion, there isn't really a good seat in the house, literally, because the restaurant is a converted home in a residential setting. Each and every table is either by the front door, near the kitchen, or restroom-adjacent. It also seemed like they were having some plumbing issues or something, because one area was blocked off making the seating situation even more limited. It was nice out, so we probably should've dined on the patio. Our server never introduced himself by name, so I didn't learn that tidbit of info until we got the bill. We ordered the deviled eggs flight, which he told us that he couldn't tell us about because "it's different every time". He did check for any allergens, which was thoughtful. The deviled eggs themselves were very much a blank canvas and the toppings were the entire show. Server asked if we wanted to play egg roulette or if we wanted him to tell us what they were. We wanted to know, so he pointed to each...extremely close, and I was so distracted by his finger hovering so dangerously close to my food that all I heard was "chimichuri". I have no clue what the others were. Oh, I think one was chili crisp! I also had the crab cake and loved the aioli that it was served with. My husband had the BLT, which comes with an egg on it and is served on Texas Toast. He's not a fan of Texas Toast, but he enjoyed the sandwich. If I were rating this on food alone, it would be 4 stars, but the cramped atmosphere and level of service brings it down to a 3 for me.

It took some time for us all to order and start getting our drinks. However, the food started coming out pretty quickly. I ordered the Plant Power with cajun seasoning at the medium spice level with a side of boiled eggs. It was so delicious! It came out piping hot and covered in seasoning. The plant power comes with a generous amount of corn, boiled potatoes, and broccoli. The boiled eggs were overcooked, though, and they were too hot to eat for awhile, though. They burned my fingers! I loved the flavor and didn't think it was spicy at all, though. I was worried that the veggie plate would be underwhelming in comparison to the seafood boils that everyone else ordered but I think I actually enjoyed it the most lol Since they knew we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, they gave a gift card for $15 off his next visit. Staff was friendly and we were sat right away, we were however sat in the wrong section and had to move after getting settled. But no worries, we were understanding! I loved the decor, very fitting for a seafood spot. And when we were sat we received a bucket with all the tools needed to get into the meal: wipes, gloves, bibs, plates, forks, scissors. Our drink menu was well loved, and hard to read. I opted for the flying tiger drink, and the server laughed a little and walked if that's what I wanted. I was a bit confused, but let me tell you it's delicious but STRONG. We started off with Mozerella sticks and Cajun fries. The Mozerella sticks were served with marinara, and were good but nothing special. The fries came with tartar sauce, and were some of the best fries I've had! As for the reason we came, the seafood boil. I got the Plant Power (potato, corn, broccoli) and added boiled eggs. I got it "juicy style" which is all of the seasonings, and chose medium for my spice level. Everything was great, the eggs were over cooked a bit, but good nonetheless. My spouse got the Mr Captain (Snow crab, sausage, shrimp, potato, corn, egg) with the same spice & level. He was not pleased with the shrimp overall, and could have done without it overall. I tried some of the crab, and can confidently say it was the best thing we ordered and I am a huge fan of crab now! The crab wasn't as meat-y as we hoped and overall it was a lot of work to crack open for such a small amount of meat. Since we are new to the seafood scene, I'm not sure if it's normal to have that little of meat in snow crab. Overall, we will be coming again to try more things. The must haves for us would be crab (duh!) and those Cajun fries!

Please see menu pics for the courses, but also note that we had appetizers! Out of the dishes, I enjoyed the shrimp and grits the most! The grits were appropriately thickened, and the shrimp was so flavorful! On any normal day, I'd love to have a large order of it. Everything else was pretty good! Out of the beverages, I enjoyed the Strawberry Aperol Spritz the most. It was refreshing, sweet and was the perfect end to a wonderful meal experience. Customer Service: Because this was an event there were multiple waiters/waitresses but they handled the room with grace!! We were checked on us consistently and they were never overbearing. The food was promptly provided and courses replaced in a timely manner. Thank you Bonefish staff for the top-tier service! Ambiance: Bonefish is typically upscale causal to me but everyone is free to come as they are! It is family friendly for all ages. The decor gives an intimate open dining vibe. This place is perfect for any occasion, celebration, birthday, date night, family dinner - whatever your heart desires.

They have a wide sandwich selection (hot and cold) with quality breads, meats, and cheeses. Their deli sides are also varied: broccoli salad, egg salad, potato salad, cole slaw, and others. The shop is well stocked with fresh meats and vegetables. It even has offerings from local businesses such as Amelia's and 4 Birds Bakery. There is a space to eat inside. Employees were friendly.

Trying to eat somewhat healthy is in part due to New Year's resolutions and in part due to my wife's health. We are going to give it a try! Hope we have some success! I was impressed with the butcher shop and fish market. They had a good selection of beef, pork, chicken, and fish. They also had a nice deli area. In the middle of the store, they had limited supply of groceries needed to cook the protein items they sell. There is also a prepackaged fresh and frozen area with ready to take and eat meals. It had a small grocery store type atmosphere. The individuals behind the counter were very helpful and knowledgeable. They cut our fish fillet for us. He also provided a good recipe and means to cook the fish at home. That was very much appreciated.... Particularly since we are new to this whole healthy eating concept. Wish us luck! The prices here appear to be a little more expensive than your average grocery store. However, we are hoping that the fish is better quality and fresher in nature. We will definitely be returning.

St Elmo's costs this but it is downtown, oh well No handicap facilities. Difficult for friend to get into business. Handrail limited, steps and very busy porch I have an allergy to soy. My friends loved this restaurant and I was hopeful they used olive oil. Oh no, soy oil. Pasta is soaked in it for storage. The only thing I could order for my meal was a plain salad and vegetable soup. Served cold but was quickly reheated. The manager and staff were very accommodating and understanding. We ordered prosecco drinks with added liquor. It was so strong that we asked for more prosecco and they graciously accommodated us My husband had salad, calamari and pasta. He said it was all good Our friends had pasta dishes and salad and they were pleased The house inside is beautiful. Hardwood floors stained glass windows, all original. WilI I go back, no. Even with me eating soup our check was about $100.00. The staff is well trained and helpful. Just seems a shame an Italian restaurant does not use olive oil. With the valet parking and lack of handicap assistance, I will be looking for a more suitable restaurant
