One of the best customer services I've had in Westminister. Sometimes I'll just order for the customer service honestly.

Customer service was terrible!! I ordered a simple nugget meal. And they forgot my fries. Literally it's a drink fries and the nuggets. That's it. When I left and then had to come back they didn't take responsibility or apologize. After waiting in the line AGAIN, they gave me the smallest order of fries I've ever seen?!?! What happened to this Chick-Fil-A? I received the wrong items in my carry out order so had to drive back to the restaurant to get a corrected order and was treated so rudely by the "hospitality" director Hailey. The rude treatment from the staff (who were just standing around at a super slow time), lack of apology for their mistake and overall bad experience for over-priced fast food chicken really left a bad taste in my mouth. $38 for 3 basic meals - complete with cold fries, gristly chicken bits and watered down soda was not a good value. Frankly it puts me off of Chick-fil-A altogether, but I certainly won't be returning to this location. read more

Haven't been to chick fil a in a while, especially for their breakfast. Decided to treat our children for a Saturday morning treat. This wasn't a treat at all. Got to Chick-fil-A for breakfast shortly before 8. I know it's somewhat early, but the drive through service was so dry. Fine, no big deal. I ordered several items, 2 breakfast burritos, a breakfast bowl and 2 plain biscuits, hash browns and orange juice. I was super excited about the biscuits, because every experience I've had with Chick-fil-A biscuits was great. Unfortunately, not today. The biscuits were cold and HARD! The hash browns were cold and soggy in the breakfast bowl and the chicken was just pitiful! This will be my last time getting breakfast from this location again. My family and I love Chick Fil A, but this was a total disappointment. Hey Chick-Fil-A you better step up your game, raising canes is opening right across the street! read more

This is one of the slowest chick fil a restaurants I've ever visited. Also, if you come around 12 and wanted to eat inside... just take your food to go. There is hardly any tables even though they have a play area that is not in use. Change the play area to add more tables. We ended up grabbing our food and eating in the truck. read more

The first time, I was willing to let it slide and just chalk it popular with the kiddos, so when they request it, I'll usually pick something for myself - but no longer. So far I have I have contracted food poisoning here twice in 2021. Both times, it was from the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. The first time, I was willing to let it slide and just chalk it up to bad luck. The second time, I was pretty upset. The following day, when taking my daughter to Gymnastics, I also learned that one of her team-mates was also out due to Food Poisoning from... guess where. I had a very late lunch here several months ago. I ordered their basic chicken sandwich. It was tasty, but then I was starving at 4:30 pm. The food was relatively warm. I got yellow mustard, but wish they carried spicy brown mustard. That would have given it just the right kick. Very friendly staff. Ordered the cool wrap sandwich. Was worried about how fresh it was because the dressing wasn't on the sandwich. Waffle fries were undercooked and I hate when places leave potato skins on the fries. When they are cut wrong you get fries with all skin. read more

This is not a great location. I have given it many opportunities to show that it is up to standards of chick-fil-a. Chicken is smaller, items are not always hot. I've come to this location many times and never had a bad experience. Even when the line is wrapped all the way around the building and then some, I still manage to get my food in an efficient time. Carroll County has bad planning and this shopping center parking lot is typical Carroll County. Yes this is a free standing building but it's in a parking lot so maneuvering to get your food is sometimes tough. Food is always on point. It doesn't matter what you order here. Their food is laced with crack and yes we always come back for more. Everyone is very friendly and it's their pleasure to serve you. I like that in this non consumer friendly world. You can always find me in my car at curbside PickUp waiting for them to bring the food out. Yes that's they magic that happens when you use the app. Plus you get free treats when you use the app. So enjoy this Chick fil A spot since it's friendly and delicious. I get to the window get my food and there's 2 sauce packets. We had 2 meals. Not enough sauce. So I ask for extra. He gives me 1. I said I'm sorry sir can I have a few more please? Went here for clean dependable experience. It was that. They had a guy outside with ipad taking orders in person - nice touch. Lady walked around with mini chicken bites - that was cool. Service was fast. Employees are clean. Parking lot clean. Clearly #1 fast food in Westminster area. read more

Chic fil a, pretty much everything is good and hot when you get it. The only drawback are the lines are long to get some of this good food. This one has a very odd drivethru kinda, because the lines are so long it actually starts back in the parking lot area then you have to merge/stay in line with parking lot traffic then you actually get into the curbed drive thru area. Went for curbside. Ordered 6:50 pm got notification food was ready around 6:58. Didn't get food until 7:25. Fries were ice cold. Manager seemed annoyed I called asking about my order. 7 cars who got there after me got their food within 5 mins flat. I understand Covid has made things difficult but getting cold food is unacceptable. Needless to say this isn't the first time this has happened. Another location took 35 mins for my curbside. Yuk Yuk Yuk. I used to eat a lot of ChikFila over the years. As a pharma rep I would buy large trays a couple of times a week for offices. I very much noticed the slow decline in quality. Smaller nuggets, saltier, often slightly under-cooked. Last time I ate this stuff was a couple of mos. ago, and again the decline continued. Last night my wife and I were traveling out of Westminster. We had a long drive ahead and grabbed some food at the drive through. If we weren't already on the road I would have thrown this food back through their window. I had nuggets, my wife had the strips. fries, lemonade. Everything was awful. Chicken was cold, soggy, salty and under cooked, old oil. Fries fit the same description. Even the lemonade that I used to love tasted like artificial lemon crap. After a couple of bites we took the bulk of this crap and shoved it in a gas station trash can (and we were starving). NEVER AGAIN. Prices on everything are going up sharply. It's really a shame when a company takes those increases and also greatly cheapens up the food. Double Whammy. I guess as long as people are willing to buy this crap this practice will continue. read more

I Put in a mobile order for lunch for my family and I checked the bags before the girl walked away to make sure my order was correct. Everything was correct except for the FRIES! Every time we order fries they are either always half filled and soggy or half filled and overdone. I asked the girl who brought the food out to ask whoever is preparing or bagging the food to fill the fries because they were not filled all the way and I was told that they threw some more fries in the bag and that because of the new container they aren't going to look as full. Terrible service due to extremely long waits at drive through and in restaurant. Poorly located in a crowded shopping center with terrible traffic flow. I spent 30 minutes of my life going once around the building for fast food in spite of the outside order takers. Going inside is just as bad. 20 minute wait in line for standard sandwich meal just to order. No room to sit. Not a place for a fast lunch. I like the company (food) hate this location, go to KFC, Sonic, Arbys, Popeyes in Westminster for a quick lunch with a good chicken sandwich. read more

What's nor to love about Chick-fil-A? Great food and thoughtful customer service. Only serious complaint is that the Westminster Maryland store on Engler Rd. Stop putting out all of the sauces. NOW they are kept behind the counter and you have to ask!!! Now having been to other locations recently, I know this is not a corporate wide move but rather a location decision by a cheapskate manager/owner trying to add a few pennies to his yearly bonus. He has forgot what makes Chic-fil-A different from other fast food. Wide variety of sauces selection and access is one of the key differences.
