I hate giving one star reviews. Let me start by saying. Andrew was great taking my order. However after that it well apart. When I got to the window they asked me to "hangout" and wait for my meal. So, I did. The two employees then were more distracted talking to one another I didn't pay attention to the subject. When I was handed my food they asked what sauces I wanted (which Andrew on the tablet had taken care of previously) to I repeated my order. I was then handed my bags and told to have a nice night. I then had to ask 3 separate times for my sweet tea, my 2 kids hot chocolates, and an ice cream come that I ordered. Meanwhile I was trying to keep my 4 year old and 2 year old entertained. (Fast forward 15 minutes at home) Handing out the meals at home I found out I was not given sauces. So I had to explain to my kids (and girlfriend) sorry no sauces. I used the drive thru to order sonny boy's meal: Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal: (1) Sandwich - A boneless breast of chicken seasoned with a spicy blend of peppers, served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, green Leaf lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese. I had a bite....nothing special. (2) Waffle Potato Fries - Wasn't very crispy and was just ok. (3) Drink This was my first time trying a chick-fil-A sandwich and I thought it was just ok. You guys ROCK!! You're a fine exemplary of what customer service should be. I'm sitting in my car waiting for everyone to get settled in, I see an older gentleman making his way into the restaurant. All of the sudden, it starts to pour! Then, as I was feeling sorry for the guy, this nice young man comes running out of the restaurant with an umbrella! He hurries over to the man, protects him from the rain and made sure he made it safely inside. He didn't do this just for that one guy, he did it for multiple people/families that were making their way into the restaurant. I was blown away! I mean, really?! Not even a five star restaurant would do such thing! I was so touched by what he did, I had to share with all of you Yelpers out there. Not only do they give you more than 2 packets of ketchup without giving you the stink-eye, they hold umbrellas over your head when it's raining! Thank you and kudos to you, Chick-fil-A! The drive thru line here is terribly unorganized. They should set up signs telling people who are coming from inside the plaza how to get to the drive thru, or block access for people to line up in the street. There was a sign that said "No Right Turn for Drive Thru" which is pretty ridiculous because that means the line starts in the street and blocks traffic. It also isn't very clear if it's not a right turn into the drive thru right or the drive thru has no right turn at the end of it. When I came there were no cars in any direction except for mine. With no signs indicating where to go to line up and enter, I followed the natural curve of the drive thru path and made a right turn in. Again, no indication where the line begins. An extremely confrontation employee came up to me after I was waiting in line and tried to shame me for not following the non existent directions. "No one makes a right turn like you did. The line begins back there -gestures vaguely in the direction of the street where no cars can be seen except normal traffic-" Perhaps instead of letting that employee hang around outside with nothing to do but harass customers, he can be assigned to traffic control to direct cars in the direction he so intensely desires them to be? That would prevent any miscommunication. read more

Inedible trash. I seriously threw my food away and walked out. I miss the Popeye's Chicken that you guys forced out of this location so you could start slinging this trash. I have eaten Chick-fil-A down by South Coast Plaza before. I went through the drive thru only, ordered nuggets. Recall they pretty much sucked. Thought I'd give this new location a chance because it had been 5 or 6 years... and I was hungry. The photo of the sandwiches on the menu didn't look very appealing, and I recall the nuggets suck.. so I ordered strips. Hard to pick a table because most of them had crumbs and grease from the previous patrons on them. I pick one out and wipe the table down myself. Food comes. I dump out my waffle fries. I notice they look a little undercooked compared to say a McDonalds or In-N-Out fry. I take a big bite of one, and it was like putting a big styrofoam packing peanut in my mouth - that was hot as the surface of the sun. No salt whatsoever. No salt on the table. I scurry over to the condiments counter. I dump a pack of salt all over them and let 'em cool a bit. After eating several of these slightly undercooked fries, I notice that box of chicken strips. It's sweating. I crack it open and see these three soggy sad looking strips in there. I pull them out of the oily, sweaty box to dry out. Peering into the bottom of the box, I was disgusted. It looked like someone strained the fryer oil and emptied that into my box. Or... someone pulled the strips out of the fryer and tossed them directly into the box without properly straining or draining them... and they sure didn't sit on a cooling rack for any length of time. (important step if you understand how to fry stuff) I gave one of the strips a bite. Not impressed. The smell of the seasoning was odd. I thought - who puts these spices together? I attempted to tear open the buffalo sauce. In classic fashion, it's virtually impossible to get a corner and open it. After 30 or 40 tries with my nails, I get a corner. I pull it open and it tears right down the middle of the lid... Buffalo sauce on my hand, and now no pull tab left to get it open. I fight past it and dip my strip in there anyway. The sauce improved things a little, but not a whole lot. I looked back at my tray where I had picked up the strip from and noticed the spot where it sat on the paper tray liner had been completely soaked through with oil. I looked in that box again... and considered how the rest of my day was going to go if I continued putting this much oil into my stomach... and that seasoning that I could totally see tasting for the rest of the day. That was it for me. I stopped eating. I got up, threw everything away and walked out. I didn't feel like dealing with it... and I sure wasn't eating it. No traffic control went here and got cut off in line after waiting 10 mins no employees to control where drive through line starts so people are blocking the area where it says do not block just so they can cut you off in line. Ridiculous to wait that long only to have someone cut in right when they get there. We left to go to another location because this one is a nightmare. Never coming back to this location. read more

I love me some Chick-fil-A. I actually JUST started eating here and I honestly don't know when I'd be without their Cobb salad. I've never been a big fan of chicken but the chicken here is delicious. I don't come here for a chicken sandwichs but for a salads anyways. I do plan on trying out their chicken sandwiches later on, I just usually crave the salad. The chicken in their salads are really good though. It doesn't taste artificial like McDonalds. So anybody that knows me, they know that I am obsessed with CFA! I love everything about them! One day we were in the area and needed lunch before our pedicure appointment and decided to come here. You could never tell this was a Popeye's at one point (RIP, I miss you lol) It's nice and big inside, super clean. Just everything you would expect from CFA. Customer service is on point like always. The main reason I could not give it 4 stars... Our food was COLD AS ICE! I was SO disappointed! I've never been to a CFA and my food was frozen when dining in. The temperature of the food is just as important as the taste of the food and makes me wonder if it was just sitting around or someone's rejects. I'm not saying I wouldn't give it another chance, I just hope they improve on the temperature of their food for the customers. I LOVE CHICK FIL A! I don't feel fat and disgusting after eating here like other fast food restaurants. Their spicy chicken sandwich is really good and it's really big! I usually can't finish a meal by myself. You can tell the chicken is quality and none of that fake chicken that other fast food chains carry. The lettuce and tomatoes are fresh too. Their waffle fries are also good! You HAVE to try the Chick Fil A sauce if you go! I usually get that sauce, along with honey bbq and some ketchup. Now about the actual restaurant, it's very clean and pretty spacious. The workers are friendly and super helpful. Not only do they bring your food out to you, but they come by and ask if everything's okay or if you need refill on your drink or anything else. They also take your food away when you're done! Where else can you find service like this at a fast food restaurant? I'm so glad they opened this location because before I'd have to drive all the way to Long Beach if I wanted some. read more

What happened?! Maybe an off day for this location. Stopped in on a Friday night...the yelp check in offer for a "free sandwich with purchase of a large drink" got me. And also, the nuggets are always delicious! I entered and was greeted with a welcome. That was A+ but that's where it ended. I tried to redeem the yelp offer and the employee looked confused. She looked closer and after I explained it, she honored it. Cool. I inquired about a couple of other menu items and their price but the employee seemed more annoyed that I was asking. Geez...sorry if I want to know how much I need to pay you. After she sighed, I was over it. Then she broke one of the golden rules of fast food. She poured my drink and put the plastic cover on but she let the soda overflow over the brim and it got all over the outside of the cup. She saw this and didn't wipe it, she instead handed it to me with soda all over. I wiped it myself in front of her with a napkin and she looked annoyed. Sometimes, customer service isn't for everyone. Not once when I was inside this store did any of the employees smile at me, the other customers or at each other. Negative energy all around. I visted this wonderful establishment on 4/23/2019 and let me just say for this being very first time eating there i was very impressed. The moment I walked i was welcomed by the employees and thats rare to find at a fast food place. The moment that I walked in i was immediately welcomed. Mike asked me if i was ready to order but i told him that i needed a few minutes since it was my first time eating there. He told me to take my time and inform him when i was ready. I let him know that I was ready and i placed my order. They were very informative with my order always letting me know that my order was almost ready. Let me iust say the food was amazing. Everyone who worked that day was amazing but the two people that really stood out to me were Mike and Mike L. I wish I could of given a really good tip. Me and the Brother just walked over to check out Chick-fil-a (we've only been once before and that was the one way out in Corona) It had been so long that we really only remembered that we loved the Chick-fil-a sauce. We walked in and WOW it was packed. We both got #5 that came out quick. Luckily we found a place to sit, I didn't think we would when we first walked in. The decor inside is really nice! Way nicer than your typical fast food restaurant. A few minutes after we sat down a worker came up and asked if we'd like a refill...........WHAT??!? Since when do fast food places ask that? I wonder if its because their new or does this always happen? It didn't happen in Corona so - I'M IMPRESSED!! Then another worker comes by asking if we needed anything we wanted to try the buffalo sauce and she also recommended the Polynesian sauce? My Brother loved the Buffalo sauce but I think my 2 favs are Chick-fil-a sauce and Polynesian sauce!! So we had a GREAT lunch and the workers are all awesome!! Can't believe I haven't wrote a review yet after all the times I've been here! I've always been a fan of Chic fil a! Everything is so delicious! My top favorite is the chicken strips and the deluxe chicken sandwich! Their waffle fries are so yummy too! Don't forget to get their wide options of sauces! My favorite that compliments everything is their chic fil a sauce and buffalo. Also, I love their breakfast menu as well! Everything is so good! I can't complain! We went to this Chick-Fil-A earlier today hoping a great experience since it's new and I've heard some good things about it. We ordered a one regular combo and one kids meal combo. The chicken sandwich and nuggets were tasty and seemed to be of good quality. No complaints there. The problem I had was with the fruit cup that came with my meal. I ate one grape, it tasted really funky. My second GRAPE WAS FURRY. Turns out I was given moldy grapes. Fine it happens, but I felt it necessary to let the manager know. I told a server and he looked grossed out himself when he saw the fur on my grape and said he will go show the manager. After a couple of minutes, he came back apologizing and said his manager told him that the fruit cups are made fresh daily. The manager didn't even have the decency to come apologize his/herself. The server was kind enough to give me another fruit cup, but I was too scared to eat it at first. Once I did decide to eat it, the grapes in the new batch tasted funky too. I'm sure nobody intended on serving rotten fruits, but their grapes were bad. So instead of checking the grapes, the manager decided the fruits were packed daily, they must be fine and I am the one who was wrong. 1 star for tasty chicken 1 star for the server showing he cared -1 star for furry grapes -1 star for a second batch of bad grapes -1 star for bad management/service I worked in the food industry for over 6 years. Thanks to all the hoopla in the media, combined with the tents lining this location on opening day which drew my eye, I decided to be a Chick Fil A virgin no more. CFA apparently models its business on a service-driven principle. That alone is so rare that you can readily excuse their somewhat clumsy execution of it. You order at the counter (so far so typical), and they ask your first name. The drinks are filled for you from behind the counter. If you're dining in, it gets interesting. You're supposed to sit down wherever, and somebody walks your tray out asking everybody randomly if they're "Andrea" -- sooner or later, they are bound to weed out the real Andrea, and there you go. It's not the quickest nor the most efficient way to get food to the customer, but everybody was super friendly, and I only had to wait about 2 minutes after I sat down to receive my grilled chicken sandwich. A few points where I felt this "fast food" restaurant really stood out: 1. Unusually attractive dining area -- I mean, you could be in a Panera. 2. Multi height levels of tables, chairs, and counter areas to suit your mood and your arrogance level. 3. Floating employees asking customers if they wanted refills on their beverages. 4. One staff in particular walking around giving out free samples of their warm chocolate chip cookies -- which were outstanding by the way. Will CFA be able to sustain this level of staffing indefinitely? I remain skeptical. Getting real for a moment here, the warm cookie samples are probably just to make a good first impression for the opening. And eventually, they'll figure out a better system than having like 3 extra people on the clock just to aimlessly run food out (maybe a number system like Carl's Jr.'s). The grilled club sandwich? I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5. It was nice and juicy. I tasted the bun but didn't eat it; it was okay, maybe a little better than most of the lackluster burger buns out there in the land of Cheap and Fast. Next time it will be the salad up for review. Yeah okay, there will be a next time because this was pretty good food overall and it's a convenient location for me: putting aside the political hype about this chain, it was a little better than okay overall. read more

This is my absolutely favorite place to ever eat fast food. They ingredients are always so fresh and so yummy.

I just tried their Grilled Chicken Wrap, and I am in love with it! So so so good, and the avocado ranch dressing that comes with it makes it 10x better. It was nice wrapped; nothing fell out as I was eating! One complaint is that the wrap is too small for $5.99. Either make the wrap bigger or lower the price. Other than that, the wrap is a solid 9/10 for me. 9.5 when eaten with the sauce/dressing! I also gave there new Hash Brown Scramble, and it was amazing! I loved the addition of the melted cheese in the eggs. It had the right amount of cheesiness too. The chicken was crispy, and there was a lot of it too. You must also try their chicken biscuit. I just had it for the first time, and I think it's my favorite breakfast item at Chick-fil-A so far. The chicken was absolutely amazing as always. I especially love the biscuit. It wasn't too dry and complemented the chicken so well. I could eat this everyday! read more

This was our first time eating at Chick fil A. Surroundings- This place is spotless. The tiles and the floors shined. Even the tables and the counters were very clean. Even the parking lot was beautifully decorated and very clean. Customer Service- The restaurant was well staffed with courteous and helpful employees. Food Prices- Lets say that we bought meals for a family of 5 and I was impressed with the total price. Food- My first meal was the chicken Club Sandwich. It looked, smelled, and tasted delicious. The grilled chicken was moist. Overall the experience was great. Great customer service and inviting place. Healthy choices are available with a decent calorie count. Oh no you fail me again! Went to the drive through n ordered the 12 count nuggets for my kiddies, came home n open the box up n there was 12 old dirty brown nuggets. I had to try them for myself hoping I wouldn't be disappointed because looks can be deceiving, but the nuggets itself tasted dry n lightly warm. So it pretty much tasted old. The last time I came here they wrongly charged my card and gave me a different order and when they finally fixed it they forgot to give me my sauce for my cool wrap!
