This is the nicest coffee shop I've ever been to! And I've been to a lot. This is a quick service spot with lots of seating. You order at the counter and pick up your items at the end of the bar. They do have online ordering available. I ordered the seasonal Aussie Series - Matcha Pandan Coconut, comes with ice cream. It was delicious, especially with how hot it's been lately. Not much interaction with staff aside from ordering. Space is maintained well. I highly recommend for your next coffee run!

The spicy popcorn chicken was delicious! Loved the spicy 5 spice powder that it came with. The chicken was so crispy, hot, and fresh. Highly recommend. We also got the matcha latte and the quattro milk latte. Both drinks were excellent. Also loved how the space had lots of seating, although it was crowded so you still have to be lucky to grab a spot. Will definitely be back!

Kei Coffee has the BEST banana matcha latte in OC. The quality of the drink is always consistent, never watered down or disappoints. I love that their banana matcha is super light, not too heavy, comes with oat milk, and has toffee bits that compliments the drink. I've tried a few other drinks from their menu which were also worth mentioning: double matcha latte and their triple coco thai tea. The double matcha latte was still really sweet without the double shot of matcha being too overpowering or bitter. Their triple coco thai tea was surprisingly really good since I normally don't like coco drinks. It felt more like a dessert since it was a little heavy and came with thai tea soft serve and coconut crisps that compliments the drink! I love that their menu has so many options to choose from: coffee, matcha, teas, food, and bakery items as well. I've heard a lot of good things about their bakery and food options! They also have one self-kiosk and two other cashiers who you can order with, so there's never any long lines or waits when I go. However, the cafe is always packed with people doing laptop work or just hanging out. The cafe is super spacious, has alot of tables and seats. It's super decorative, aesthetic, and clean. Drinks never take that long too since there always seems to be a good amount of baristas working on drinks. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're into matchas, coffees, teas, or want a quick stop for food/ drinks. It never disappoints and it's also a great place to catch up with friends. I love the quality and concepts of their drinks!

I LOVE Kei anything! All his concept restaurants are amazing and we love the coffee house just as much! We always make it a point to stop here multiple times when we are in SoCal. I love the matcha and hojicha lattes and all their iterations. The pastries are always changing to new and fresh ideas just like the menu. Today I ordered an iced matcha latte and decided to try it with macnut milk and condensed milk assuming it would make my drink even sweeter than I normally like it. it ended up tasting watered down to me and not sweet at all. When I went back to the counter, Fawstine (I know I spelled that wrong despite asking her to spell it out a few times! Sorry!) assisted me and explained the mac nut milk might be changing the taste. I told her it had no sweetness at all despite adding condensed milk. She offered to give me more condensed milk and told me to let her know. Unfortunately and surprisingly, it didn't sweeten the drink much. And likely my bad that i went with the macnut and deviated from my usual as is order. I told her this and she immediately offered to make me another drink. Within a couple minutes she handed me a new one. I appreciated her willingness to help and customer service forward attitude. In a time where the restaurant and hospitality climate is ever changing, not everyone understands or provides solid customer service. But Fawstine did! Thank you for topping off this visit!

I recently started going to Kei and I have to say, their drinks are so good! My favorite has to be the Triple Coconut Matcha. It's icy and refreshing with a sweet coconut flavor and just the right amount of matcha! The cafe itself is pretty big and spacious, but it can get really packed and seats can be scarce at times. If you plan to study here, I'd recommend getting here a little earlier in the day to grab a good spot. The AC is okay, but I've noticed it can get pretty warm around the corners and edges of the cafe. There's a parking lot and bathrooms which is always a plus! They also have a kiosk to order or you can order regularly at the counter. The workers have always been really nice too! Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to, especially for the Triple Coconut Matcha!

Stopped by around 10:30 AM on a Friday. It was busy, but the line moved quickly. The café is part of a larger parking lot, though it fills up fast. If you don't mind walking a little, parking is fine. Inside, there was plenty of seating, and even though it was noisy, it is still a popular place to work or study with good lighting. There were lots of people on laptops, and some outlets along the walls for charging. I tried the Sweet Corn Latte and the Pistachio Matcha Latte. The Sweet Corn Latte was aptly named. It was sweet, and the foam on top had a surprisingly authentic corn flavor. I also liked that they offer a decaf version, which isn't something every specialty coffee shop has. The Pistachio Matcha Latte was smoother and more subtle. The pistachio wasn't very strong, but it complemented the matcha nicely. If you enjoy matcha and don't want something overly sweet, it's a good choice. We also ordered the Popcorn Chicken, which ended up being one of the highlights. It was well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and still tender inside. Definitely one of the better popcorn chickens I have had. Overall, this is a solid café with creative drinks, good food, and enough space to settle in for a while. I'll definitely be back.

Ham & Cheese Croissant and Cheese Corn Cookie

It's been a while since I've been back, and they updated their menu items. They have a lot more unique drinks now. Parking is still the same; it can get tough finding a spot. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Finding a spot inside is pretty tough since it does get packed, and most tables fill up quickly. You first order through the cashier or one kiosk. We got the Ham & Cheese Croissant, Cheese Corn Cookie, Banana Turon Latte, and Pistachio Quattro Latte. The Ham & Cheese Croissant was my favorite; it was small, but really soft and good. The Cheese Corn Cookie was okay, it was too sweet for me. The Banana Turon Latte was strong and sweet with hints of banana flavor. The Pistachio Quattro Latte was smooth, not as sweet, and perfect amount of flavor. Recommendation(s): - Pistachio Quattro Latte - Ham & Cheese Croissant Service: 5/5 Tip(s): - Restrooms available - Indoor and outdoor seating available (harder to find a spot indoors) - Plenty of parking spaces - Can order via Kiosk - Accept Apple Pay

Corn Cheese Cookie ($3.50 each). 7/1/2026

What a beautiful place! Kei Coffee House has such a nice and big interior. There are different types of seating to accommodate a casual meet up to a space for people who want to work or look busy :). I came during a weekday early morning so there was no line and the Corn Cheese Cookie ($3.50) was still available. I loved this cookie! I warmed it up at home and it was great! To be honest, I would be okay without the cheese as it got a bit too heavy for me, but I still liked it nonetheless. I also tried their Triple Coconut Coffee ($7.50). For the price, it's such a meh drink. The Coconut flavor wasn't strong enough and the coffee wasn't really there either. I couldn't bring myself to finish the drink. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the cookies and probably try a different drink!

Went back again for the food and it was a winner. Enjoy the breakfast burrito that was loaded with egg, sausage, cheese, and potatoes. It was very hearty, flavorful, and well seasoned. The mango stick rice was sweet and delicious.

What a fantastic space they have here
    Anna K. S.

Just like their restaurants, they are keeping on brand with now a coffee house. So big, minimalist and modern aesthetic they have here with plenty of room to work, study, meet up or hang out. Honorable mention to their corn cheese cookie. Oh my word! Sooo good! It's more like a dessert than just a cookie. I would go back any time I'm within even 10 miles of the vicinity of Westminster. I live almost an hour away and I couldn't wait to try their coffee since all of the KEI Concept restaurants are worthy of special occasions and out of town guests. The iced vanilla latte was my beverage since I generally start with classic drinks when trying a new place. If a coffee shop can produce really good basic drinks for me, then I tend to venture back and try other drinks and specialty items. That's just me. So I will be back to try the corn cheese latte! The service was also great. KEI Concept as a company is doing everything right. Please open a location, any kind (restaurant, coffee, desserts), in L.A.! I know it will be amazing! Sorry no photos of the cookie and drink that I got. I was on an important call when I walked in, and just devoured it. Next time I go I will add more photos!

Very trendy cafe with a lot of seating and food/drink options. The longanisa breakfast burrito is worth trying. They even have mango sticky rice, which I'd order again

Second time at Kei, and this visit we decided to try some of their new seasonal drinks! I ordered the Aussie Series - Vietnamese Coffee, which had a bold, rich Vietnamese coffee flavor topped with soft serve. Once the soft serve melted into the coffee, it became much sweeter, so keep that in mind if you prefer your coffee less sweet. We also tried the Strawberries & Cream Latte, which was on the sweeter side as well with a strong strawberry flavor throughout. Their spicy popcorn chicken continues to be our favorite! The chicken has a great texture, is well-seasoned, and the sauce pairs perfectly with it. I just wish it packed a little more heat. The only item that fell short was the ham and cheese croissant. It had a very small amount of ham inside, and more than half of the croissant was just plain bread. At $6.95, it didn't feel worth the price. The café itself is huge with plenty of seating, but it was still consistently busy even on a Thursday morning, so finding a spot can be tricky if you're picky. It can get pretty loud, though, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a quiet place to study. We noticed a lot of people getting work done with headphones on, and I think it's a great spot for casual meetups, catching up with friends, or hanging out over coffee.

The breakfast burrito with sausage and bacon carbonara were delicious. I often come back for it. The sandos were disappointing. No better than the ones at 7-11 in japan for x5 the price. I have tried 5-6 drinks. All were just okay. Nothing outstanding thus far

It's a pulled chicken sandwich that is absolutely delicious--honestly, it's the most unique "actual" sandwich you can get in the area. The Perfect Order: * The Build: You have to get it on Dutch Crunch bread with no tomato. * The Flavor: The Dutch Crunch is amazing, especially with the honey on it. The sandwich itself is almost like a chicken sloppy joe--it's bomb. * The Perks: I love that they still include those little caramel apple suckers with the order. It's a signature touch that I hope they never stop doing. * Rewards: Their point system is very favorable. I frequently get free drinks, chips, or discounts on my sandwiches. The Critiques: * Ingredients: Like a few other spots, this one makes me feel a bit "off" afterward. Since the meat is tossed in sauce and they add more to the bread, I suspect there might be some MSG involved. * Pricing: Things are getting expensive across the board, and I feel like most places--this one included--are overcharging by about $3. Five stars would only be achievable if the pricing was more reasonable. Final Thoughts: Despite the price and the "food coma" afterward, the #111 is too good to pass up. It's a solid four-star experience every time.

A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.

For some weird reason, despite all the Philly cheesesteak places in California, you rarely see…read morerestaurants that offer one of the classic Philadelphia cheese options: good old Cheez Whiz. I know Cheez Whiz is not for everyone, since it has a very unique flavor and texture compared with something like American or provolone. Thankfully, Philly's Best provides that option when you want a Philly cheesesteak, and you can even mix and match multiple cheeses. One thing I like to do is mix provolone with Cheez Whiz for a unique, more Philly-style taste. Otherwise, I think the cheesesteak is fine in terms of the meat, bread, and cheese combination, but I do not think it tastes as good or as fresh as Jersey Mike's or several other local places that offer hot Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. That said, I like going to Philly's Best when I am specifically looking for that Cheez Whiz taste, and that is honestly the main reason I would recommend going here.

For the hot sandwiches, I HIGHLY recommend eating it then and there. There's enough room inside for bigger parties, and even though it's still good, we felt that the cheesesteak should be eaten more fresh. It was a late lunch so I called to see if a reservation is needed for 2 ppl. Not at all so we jumped into the car. Such a wonderful restaurant in an unassuming plaza. Lots of parking. There's an outdoor seating area and a good size restaurant inside. We were greeted as we walked in. Btw, the HUGE glass door entrance, I love. There Were a few open tables and we were welcome to sit where we wanted to. Two classes of water were brought to the table and a waiter came with the menu. My mom is vegetarian and I am not. I asked the waiter for his vegetarian dishes and he provided me a pasta dish. That was exactly what my Mom was wanting. Linguine with a light pink sauce with mushrooms and you can add zucchini, bell pepper and broccoli. I ordered a sangria. That was just amazing itself. And a linguine dish with shrimp. Warm, sliced French bread and a small dish of butter was brought out first that was so good. Usually the bread and butter that is brought at small restaurants like these could be just mediocre or not good at all. This was warm and just tasty. We also ordered a Caprese. The plate came out with big chunks of mozzarella tomatoes, and both were sitting on a marinated pesto covered set of basil leaves. That was so good. The combination of the vinaigrette, mozzarella basil tomato pesto was exactly what we were looking for so refreshing. Our entrées were huge for $20 a plate. We had to take 3/4 of it home. That was so not expected. Pasta and the pasta sauce were amazing. Very freshly made. Dishes were made to order only and not sitting around. I asked if they were doing something special for birthdays and I pointed to my mom next to you know, the waiter came out with fresh homemade Tim. They also sing to my mom wish she was so sweet. I am loving this place and will be coming back. Thank you so much for the staff for making my mom feel so wonderful on her birthday. The food was amazing Services amazing. Restaurant felt warm the moment we walked in and so welcoming.

The decorations are very nice and make you feel like you are right by the beach. I got the Classic Lobster Roll and it was absolutely delicious. The lobster was incredibly fresh, buttery, and perfectly cooked, and the roll was packed with flavor. The portion was generous, and every bite was just as good as the last. Easily one of the best lobster rolls I've had in a long time. What really stood out to me was the quality of the food and the level of service. Even though I was dining by myself, I felt completely welcomed and taken care of. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm craving seafood. All three were loaded with a really generous amount of lobster, definitely not skimpy, and at around $22 each, I thought the portions were pretty good for the price. The Connecticut Style was my favorite. The lobster is served warm and poached in butter, with just a touch of mayo, green onions, and Old Bay. I really liked the combination of the warm buttery lobster with the creaminess from the mayo. The Maine Style is served cold with lemon aioli and celery, while the Classic Butter is warm buttered lobster with Old Bay. Both were good, but I'd order the Connecticut again without hesitation. If you're a lobster lover, this is a fun spot because you can try the different styles and actually taste the difference. Connecticut Style = the winner for me!
