Went In. With 3 children to enjoy a meal and the the kids play. It was barely busy and yes the girls were 8 years old n one was tall than most. The old lady wiping tables was extremely rude to them making them get out of play area! I was extremely shocked that this occurred. The taller child already had self esteem issues because of being tall and this totally ruined our meal. I told my daughter to cancel the order but it was too late. We won't be back to say the least. My little 5 year old grandson was scared that the old lady was rude and doesn't even want to go back. The other lady they USED to have was extremely friendly and sweet! The bun has bleached gmo sugar, gmo soybean oil, wheat gluten, monoglycerides (Monoglycerides are a form of fatty acid, along with triglycerides and diglycerides) Diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, or simply DATEM, is an emulsifier used in bread making. BUN OIL has gmo soybean oil, non expeller pressed palm kernel oil, unnamed 'natural flavor' not specifying the flavor, or how it is natural. The service is basically two thin lanes to drive through, and a teenager holding a menu, and an ipad-type device, and a physical menu. they are polite, but are following their theocratic dogma, and saying "Have a blessed day/evening" which is meaningless to me since I am a freethinker. As far as the ambiance goes, well, they have a small dining room, and the servers there are easily distracted, as 1) I told them mayo only on my spouse's chicken sandwich, and when I looked at it in my vehicle, was surprised that they put some food-dye colored pickles on it and no mayo. 2) I then inquired why there was no mayo on my bun, to which they stated "Was not allowed by their policies" So, they were, for some unknown excuse, physically unable to do that which is done at many fast food outlets. Great customer service starts with hello! I went in to this Chick-fil-A around 2:45 PM today and was amazed! When the door opened, everyone (all staff) turned around to wave and say "welcome to Chick-fil-A!" That's culture and climate at its best. I mean it is Chick-fil-A! Took the kids after school for a treat, no one was in line. We ordered 4 small frozen lemonades ($20). Had to wait several minutes at the window, then was told to move forward and wait. Waited 10 more minutes, while I counted 9 others behind us got their orders and left. When our lemonades were brought to our car, I asked if that was a typical wait time for frozen lemonade and that it seemed excessive. the girl said "Well, we just had a lot of shakes on the screen". I know a couple may have been a mobile order, but 9 people being served and leaving before we just get our drinks is not reasonable. No apology or anything. WF has terrible service. I can't lie. I'm a huge fan of chicken. I will say that the Chick-fil-A in Wichita Falls, Texas delivers on the spicy chicken sandwich with a clean seating area, friendly customer service, and a steamy hot sandwich and tender waffle fries. They do offer quite a bit of honey mustard, which is perfect for any of their delectable meals. While I do wish their fountain drinks and water machine was on the other side of the cash register where customers can get their own refills, I will say they do refill the drinks pretty fast. read more

Incredibly Efficient Operation!!! 2 drive-up lanes with 2 order takers. You then drive forward to the mobile cashier, then drive to the order pickup window. Ordered the deluxe grilled chicken club with pepper jack cheese, side salad and a large lemonade. The sandwich has a large piece of spicy grilled chicken which became spicier with my choice of pepperjack cheese. Side salad was good sized with a generous sized packet of dressing. Also a packet of dried veggie/croutons. Only complaint was the amount of ice(half full) of my large lemonade. It's wintertime so, so much ice is NOT needed. I have been to this facility multiple times and gone through the drive thru and MY ORDER IS NEVER RIGHT when I get home. This has happened to me 3 times in a row. I have ordered a salad each time and I've yet to receive my salad dressing or the chips and seeds that go with the salad. I've called and made complaints and each time I'm asked to return to the restaurant. Its very Inconvenient and aggravating. Will not be a returning customer. The food is standard Chick-fil-A, which is good. The service is supper fast, which is also good. However this location is horrible at getting the order right. I'd estimate that you have less than a 50% chance of getting all the food you order. My advice is, if you're at the drive through, make sure to check your order before you leave. This restaurant was amazing!!! My husband and I have been on the road from Lake Havasu City, AZ since 4:30 a.m. and this was our fourth stop. It was sooooo clean (they even have mouthwash in the bathrooms and baby wipes on request)! Our sandwiches and fries were fantastic and the employees were exemplary! I'm from Georgia where there's a chickfila on every corner and everyone eats it at least once a week. The chickfila here in Wichita Falls is far below the standards of the others I've frequented in Georgia. The staff was not pleasant, almost condescending, the food was greasy and they shorted us on our breakfast platters. We basically had to argue with them to get a cup of hot water and it really did not seem like the staff knew what they were doing. We were put on hold at least 4 times in the drive through and also when we pulled up to the window. I promise we're not difficult people, we're actually really easy going.
