She was really good for our service though. We have always sat in the bar when we eat here so I cannot speak to dining in the restaurant and waitress service out there. Vibes in bar area are typical with plenty of TVs playing different sporting events. Million dollar question: Will we return? Answer: Probably. If we're in the area and in need of something more than fast food then we will likely stop in and sit in the bar area like always. If the service is bad, we'll likely leave (btw We've never had bad service) If the food is bad and we're in a crunch for time (which we usually are), we'll just not eat it. If we ever have time to spare, we might send it back for correction or just ask to have it taken off the bill. There's no need to make a scene or be rude to staff.

The chicken was not tossed in the sauce and the sauce wasn't even provided for the chicken tenders. It's all pulled into one plate with no dividers so everything you order gets coated in whatever sides you ordered. The last few times we said we wouldn't order again but we really wanted things to be better because we used to really love it here. Out of the 5 people eating tonight nobody was satisfied and we are at work so we just have to deal with it. Truly disappointed that I have to even leave this review, but the last few times we tried to have things addressed it was met with little concern and/or "oh I'm sorry" but then repeating the same issue again. Let me edit to give credit where credit is due: Went back for correction on one of the plates and they remade it with no issues about it. I still stand by my 1 star just because this has became a consistent issue and the cost of gas running back and forth adds up. We hope maybe in the future if we give it another go then our score can increase and things will be better. We do understand being busy and things being overwhelming but if it is consistently too overwhelming to maintain quality then there may need to be adjustments made somewhere. If you do order just be sure to make sure everything is correct before you leave the best you can. My family and I absolutely love Mad Jax and support them completely being a local business owner and local family business owners and having them in the community is honestly one of the best experiences we have had in our community in so long . It's a privilege to be blessed with quality food and quality establishment and wonderful hospitality of owners and employees!! The quality of the restaurant is always beautiful, its ambiance is great but it's usually so busy you definitely need to call !! At least holiday season weekends and special events. If and if of the event you will probably wait and take out from Mad Jax , this is quick ,even if they are busy, and usually pretty good prices for the amazing amount of food and condiments that each person who dines with Mad Jax are complemented with !! I appreciate all the hard work each of the ladies and gentlemen do for all of there customers. They are tops !! read more
