I have nothing good to say about this location. Bad attitudes have no place at CFA especially if customers are being patient. I waited for my food at the drive through window for 8 min after placing my mobile order 21 min prior to arriving at the restaurant before I tried to ask if everything was ok and if they had my order. The guy at the window had an attitude with me after asking nicely If they had it and after the fact talked about me to the baggers in my face. Another few minutes passed before he actually went and got a receipt to tell me my food never got to their screens so I had to go into the restaurant to get my food where I waited another 15 minutes. Not only was the staff rude, but they took 45 min to give me my food that I order before arriving to the store. I am disappointed and will not be returning. I have reason to believe his attitude was racially motivated. And the food that received was poor in quality. read more

OH MY GOD....they are closed on Sundays!! Just make sure you stock up on Saturday night, there, problem solved!! Great location, plenty of parking, in a mall parking lot, finding this place wasn't easy, I might have missed the signs outside due to the lack of these fab sands not being in my belly! Location was very busy for a Saturday night, we came back later in the week to see how things were, along with getting another 10-pack of sandwiches, hey, don't judge, we in the PNW have to wait another YEAR before we get our first store!! This was one of my better Chick-fil-a experiences in a while. We were headed to Corolla beach in NC and had our sights set on Chick-fil-a on the way down there! .... we missed the exit. So we decided to hit it on the way back! We were not disappointed. Aside from the sort of weird exit getting there, this place was top notch. Of course it was the typical squeaky clean, super friendly service Chick-fil-a, which I appreciate! The line was moving quickly and efficiently. One thing I thought was cool was they gave you a little container to put your sauces in to take to your table. This little container actually told the staff which order was yours. They would then bring your order out to your table when it was ready! The food was fresh - as always and I even splurged on the biggest fry they had. Great chick-fil-a location! read more

Super disappointed in my meal from this location on Friday, Jan 20th. Nuggets were overcooked horribly and out of the 12 pack more than a third of them were not even nuggets! They were the crispy burnt chewy pieces that you usually get in addition to your juicy thick.nuggets! The fries were so salty I couldn't eat them...and this is coming from a salt freak. An easy in and out drive thru stop enroute to & from the OBX.

Always fast, always friendly, never act like you are inconviencing them by coming into their establishment. Food is always hot, fresh, and my orders have always been accurate. Every.Single.Time. Down to all the extras in the bag when hitting the drive thru (napkins, straws, sauces) etc. Which isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of life but when you pull away from other places missing those items, and kids in the back clammering for dipping sauces, and taking lids off of giant drinks b/c you didn't get straws in your bag, you tend to appreciate those things when its always consistant. I once waited MAYBE 30 seconds in the drive thru for fries and the young lady apologized multiple times for our "wait" - which was just amusing and sweet. And if you find yourself "waiting" they chit chat with you as if they actually enjoy their customers and never just stare and you blankly and mumble. ;) I keep going back (because those chicken strips w/ Chick-Fil-A sauce = pure poultry deliciousness) and keep waiting to have a "bad" experience, or a not so friendly employee, or something to be amiss with my order, but they keep nailing it every time. I've always loved Chikfila and prefer to take my family whenever we go out. Tonight we were heading out of the Hampton Roads area and stopped here to grab a bite to go. Now in all my years of eating at Chikfila, I've never had a bad Chikfila meal, but tonight is my first. We ordered two 12 piece nugget meals, a kids 2 strip and a grilled chicken sandwich. Our food was inedible!! Everything was overly salted. Is that even possible for the chicken?? The sandwich, all of our nuggets and strips were so salty and dry that they were bitter in taste. If we weren't already on the road again and in a rush, we would have turned around to complain. They were however very friendly at the drive thru. Maybe this Chikfila is just having a bad day, I do hope that they have better quality control in the future. read more

This is probably the nicest Chick-fil-A I've ever been too. Ordering was so easy and organized and they knew the menu by heart. They made ordering so easy and the food was great. I got the sausage breakfast burrito and the AMAZING coffee. I've had worse coffee from Starbucks. (No hate to them I love Starbucks). Halfway through our meal they came and gave us little mints too. I 10/10 recommend this Chick-fil-a. read more

Chick-fil-a sells good chicken. This location is not as good as any other one I been too. The nuggets was fried to long, we had to get our own refills(not a biggie, the other locations get it for you) and I did not find any of those wonderful mints. Over all it was good but compare to other chick-fil-a this is the weakest one. read more

My mom and I went to Chick-fil-a for breakfast one morning, and we were ordering our food. When my mom ordered a decaf coffee, she was told there is no decaf coffee at this establishment. When we got to the drive through window, she asked one of the workers why there was no decaf coffee. My mom and I heard a sarcastic remark from the manager working there. The reason conveyed was different from what he said, "Because we are a drive thru service only." And? Food was good but they (David the manager) refused to comp our bus driver's meal. How greedy this is since we brought 30 hungry teenagers to a nearly dead restaurant on a Wednesday evening! Will opt for a fast food restaurant next time that has better customer service. I bet Truett Cathy is spinning in his grave. My bus driver has been driving 35 years and this is the first time a fast food restaurant has not compensated his meal. This Chick-Fila might as well be open on Sundays! read more

I understand that serving customers is a challenge during COVID so I would have been willing to let my order being incorrect slide. However, there was one employee in the food service area not wearing his mask correctly. Again, maybe forgivable if it was a single incident. BUT the employee who was in the food service area who removed her mask while still wearing gloves, ate a cookie, and then continued to handle customer's food while never changing her gloves is NOT forgivable. To top it off, she had chocolate on her glove from the cookie and wiped it off with a napkin and continued serving. This is UNACCEPTABLE in food service during any time but especially now during a pandemic. Please educate your employees on infection control and basic hygiene. I will certainly NOT be visiting your business again. read more

I went to get breakfast and it is always busy but they were backed up on food orders too much on drive through and employees kept coming up to me with all these different orders of foods. One of the employee dropped off the order that wasn't mine without any order confirm. I had to call him back to tell him it wasn't mine. I'm not complaining too much about food but it probably was chaos for employees and frustration for customers at the same time. If anything, I would rather do walk in than drive through next time. The main complaint I have about this place is that it's inconsistent. Sometimes you go in there and they treat you like family, other times, it's like going into a mickey-d's in the middle of a inner city. I noticed the "floater" person gave placemats and extra attention to some people while completely ignoring my son and I. If this only happened once, I'd be fine with it--but since it's close to our home and I treat my son there, we go there often and have had mixed experiences. It was a Wednesday night and there were no customers but the staff did not seem pleased to see a bus full of hungry teenagers. The manager, David, seemed flustered and even made a comment to another customer about the service being slow "because a bus just showed up". Chik-Fil-A, is always consistently good, great friendly and courteous customer service, always clean, and no fear of our food being tampered with or missing items as at "other" fast food chicken restaurants....or having to put up biligerent attitudes. The CF location, although very efficient, went thru a recent remodeling. I have to say I do not like the changes to the interior, although the food remains very good and properly prepared. The change in lighting is bad. The lighting is too harsh and it does nothing to improve or promote a comfort generating atmosphere inside the restaurant. It just too stark and uninviting with the flourescent or halogen lights. Its like eating in an operating room. read more

Initial impressions on the Restaurant, very friendly and formal as expected of Chick-fil-A. Placing the order was 4x better then at other Chick-fil-A's I've experienced! Very generous and professional, when the Cashier was taking my order. Would very much recommend coming to this Chick-fil-A again in the near future! Prompt service had my food in less then 2 1/2 minutes and loved every bite, I did notice the portion of one of my items was small and was as I would say "Gifted" another portion to equal it out and I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Keep up the hard work, and always strive to be better! (Which for you all are already at the top) Update: Forgot to mention how CLEAN this restaurant is, as I speak the trash is being changed (away from guests) have been checked on more then once to see how my meal is and it just keeps getting better. read more

No vacation is complete without stopping at a few favorite franchises. We stopped at this Williamsburg location for breakfast...I have a friend from Gainesville, VA who is addicted to CFA's breakfasts. Typical good service but a tad bit slow compared to the speed they are supposed to run at. Have been here twice and had the same results.

All chic-filets are not equal. This store is super slow. If there are 20 cars in line at the Newport News location expect a 5 minute wait. Williamsburg has 10 cars and it takes over 10 minutes. Staff is nice and food tastes just like the other store just SLOW!!! read more
