It was piping hot out of the oven, toppings were fresh and plentiful (no skimping on topping portions - see my pic), cheese was gooey, melty and stringy, hand tossed crust was chewy just-so. Guy supplied me with plates, plastic utensils, napkins and condiment packets (you have to ask for them). I was back in my hotel room in a flash. Couldn't ask for any more. Would I seek this place out if I wasn't staying steps away at the Fairfield Inn? No I would not. Sorry - truth.
