He then went back to his restocking duties, then moved on to help someone else! I had to ask a second time if someone could simply have me the food that I had already purchased. The sub was delicious, if not quite piping hot. My wife's poke bowl was not bad, but the container had enough rice for four people. I assume that they bulk it up with rice to add to the "perceived value" so that people don't complain about half-empty bowls, but it was waaaaaay too much rice. Also, she loves garlic and even she said that it was overpoweringly garlicky. Ultimately, I would give the place four stars for food, but only two for service, averaging out to three stars. The weak link isn't the food, it's the people who make it too slowly and don't care about delivering it in a timely manner.
