No manager should ever treat young workers or customers like that. On top of that, the store itself appeared unsanitary, with visible bugs, which raises major health concerns. The overall environment felt hostile and poorly managed. There are also widely discussed reports involving this manager's aggressive behavior outside of this location, which only adds to the concern. Management like this reflects badly on the brand. I would not recommend this location until these issues are addressed.
