I love the Chick-fil-A! I come here often instead of my friends and coworkers. We order it for mobile through pick up, dine in, regular drive-through, and also delivery either through the facility themselves or through DoorDash. We can't get enough. I'm so happy this location is finally opened up again after they went through the remodeling. The interior looks great. The service here is also top notch. If you are not on the app and have it associated with this location, then you are missing out and definitely want to be signed up! They often host, fun event events, including a doggy night drive-thru with treats and toys for dogs! They also host event events for families and children. One of my favorite parts about this Monkey Junction location is receiving emails from the owner and also finding free treat surprises in the app. Last week I got a free chicken mini breakfast. I ordered takeout for 3 and when I got home they left out the chicken nuggets. This just ruins the family meal . i went back and they gave me the chicken nuggets but by the time i got back home all mine was cold. I will never order a salad from Chick-fil-A on Mondays again. NEVER! Three times the salads had soggy lettuce (gross), chicken with strong smell. These salads were not fresh. They have to be leftover from Saturday. I support being closed on Sundays for worship, but serving leftover food on Monday is not very Christianly. Me and my friends walked in at 9pm wanting to order food and sit down. We got dirty looks when we walked in and they told us that we can't sit down because they close in one minute but it says they don't close till 10pm. I genuinely don't understand how this location is still in business by Chick-fil-a standards. The customer service is terrible. I've had one girl shove a drink at me when I had ordered a large and she said in a really rude tone "it comes in small!" Like girl what is wrong with you? The manager is a joke. He just lies to cover up any accountability every single time. I've had issue after issue here. They blatantly lied to me when I tried to order a pup cup, their driver almost plowed over me and my dog walking in our neighborhood, they constantly close early and turn off online ordering early. (See pic) turning off breakfast 30 min before it ends is wild, especially when the other location does not. The manager never does anything to fix the problems. He just sends a copy and pasted "apology" ONLY if you goto corporate which I've had to do several times. I truly hope this place goes out of business. Awful awful awful service. Came to this location early lunch hour for a quick and easy lunch. The drive through line was so long and crowded (which I didn't expect because it was 11am on a Tuesday.) I meandered around their building (a little stressed with the tiny drive lines, which is probably just me), parked and went in. No people inside except for me and another customer. I went ahead to order (honestly, I expected a warmer welcome--after watching their Ads, but it was OK.). The lady who brought me my sandwich was very nice (I think she lived up to the CFA commercial's standard :). One thing is that this location feels less like a "restaurant" and more like a "delivery dispatch station." As you enter the door, you can see the pick up table for the big food delivery apps. If you go to the bathroom, you will notice delivery bags stacked on the shelves on the left, with staff hanging out at the tables on the right. The drive-through is obviously a huge part of the business in this location. By contrast, I feel dine-in is not. It's clean, busy, but not bustling with dine-in people. Maybe it's just the timing since it was a early on a Tuesday. Overall it's a convenient fast-food spot for a quick and nice meal in the Monkey Junction area. I wouldn't mind coming back. read more

Clown brigade at work here. Friday 1:45 and slow doesn't even begin to describe the service. Drive through did not move. We were not the only folks to exit the drive through. How hard is it to make chicken sandwiches? Come on CFA. Get rid of the clown brigade and get people that care and do their job. Or fire management and get real managers. read more

I go to this Chick-fil-A all the time, and I normally love it. Today I went and my order is completely wrong, my bad for not checking in my bag before I left but I was in a hurry, and the staff was very very rude to me. Just a poorly ran Chick-fil-A. This is the first time back in a couple months after my last bad experience here. I decided I will try them again, and it's just a poor overall experience. The manners at this place are unacceptable. I ordered a cup of water with my meal, when I got to the second window the handed me a bottle of water which is totally fine. However, the older woman insisted I pay for the bottle water that I did not order. She didn't offer to give it to me for free, or even take it back and give me my original order of a cup. The water bottle was $2 which for one is outrageous for a bottle of water, while the cup of water I already paid for was cheaper. Overall the drive thru was very disorganized and I'm disappointed. I have always loved Chik fil a, however this chik fil a THE WORST customer experience of all time . I was visiting around 8:15 pm and it was dark out. So the outside order taker OWEN, rudely asked me to drive all the way around the next time. I said I'm vision impaired and it's not well lit directions at night. I thought I did drive around the merry go round the building. Apparently, in the darkness OWEN castigated me for driving the wrong way in the line. I asked Owen nicely to move over so I can see the menu board. He corrected me and began to redirect me to his menu in hand. I reminded him that I couldn't see the small menu; it's too dark, and I want the lit menu. Owen stepped away from it without a yes ma'am, or smile. I ordered with my gift card which he discovered you CAN use a gift card on the outside line. OK, I finally got away from Owen, drove around for pickup. Owen left out an item on my order, and he didn't enter my order until after three other cars got their order before me that I was ahead of. He gave me a consequence by making 3 other cars orders go ahead of my order. The food was so salty like too much salt accidentally fell on the fries. All the food was hot but way too greasy and wet. It was so much salt on the greasy fries, I couldn't even finish them. The overpriced order got thrown out. This location is a waste of time and money and the staff of rude people are untrained. All the other Chik-fil-A in Wilmington are excellent service and well mannered staff, but this one is a failure for all the volume it draws. Eww!!! Forget this location! read more

Since they have now remodeled the restaurant and drive-through, getting in and out of the parking lot is total insanity. There are now two lines wrapped around the building for the drive-through and every parking spot is taken up for curbside delivery. I just had to wait 30 min for my sandwich, fries, & drink and they got the order wrong. Since the dining area isn't open I couldn't walk in to get it corrected and I couldn't find one of the "delivery folks" to get it corrected. I would strongly suggest only going by there in off-peak hours. read more

My order has been put in wrong 3 times now and when I get up to the window I see it's wrong and tell them but they told me it was rang up how they are giving it to me. Their new and "improved" drive through evidently comes with a server who before she will take your order gives you direction -with not one person in the line or at the window- how to properly drive through the drive through. We have lived here 23 years. One entrance was blocked. She would not let us order until she finished giving us directions repeatedly "for future visits" which now will not occur- and then we could not even see a menu. She held one up that we couldn't touch -in the shadows and then -as we were about to give up , repeatedly begging to just order - basically to get away from her and her schooling - we just ordered a sandwich. How impossible. Such an easy transaction to such easy customers. She needs help and hope she can find someone to listen. My goodness. read more

I LOVE Chick-fil-A and since I live in monkey junction this is my go to location. Never had any issues with my orders except the last few times they forgot to put mayo in my bag (and I love their mayo) but I also gave mayo at home so not a big deal. My go to is the 8 count & large fry with Polynesian sauce! Chick-fil-A has quickly become the only fast food place I eat. Drive-thru is quick and accurate, they have such respectful employees which you won't find at any of the neighboring fast food joints. If you love chick-fil-a as much as I do I highly recommend the app, the cashier scans it as you order and you earn points for every $ you spend then get to cash it in for free items! read more
