Breakfast Focussed Review. If I'm here for breakfast--which after having it I want to repeat the experience--I'm getting the chicken scramble bowl again. Now, I'll warn that it's not a large portion so if you're really hungry it may not cut it but the biscuit sandwiches are small too. Now, the flavor and the quality was high. The eggs were cooked absolutely perfectly. A light and fluffy scramble, not overcooked. So important in my opinion. Quick drive-thru visit at Chick-fil-A while my dog was at the vet. I didn't dine in, but the service was super efficient...my food was ready quickly, hot, and fresh. The drive-thru employee was especially friendly, which always makes a difference. Not bad at all for fast food. Bonus points for having seltzer water as an option. I haven't had a fountain soda in over a decade, so that was a really nice surprise! read more

The location is your typical friendly Chick-fil-A, the wait time wasn't bad during a crazy evening dinner rush. The ambiance is the same across all of the locations, the staff was solid and food came out quickly. I ordered the traditional number 1 and it was solid as always. I always ask for extra butter, not sure why but it tends to make the chicken taste even better. Definitely a well run location and look forward to stopping in again on my way to West Point. read more

July 25th 2024, The first Chick-fil-A has landed in Westchester ! And they are up and running like a well-oiled machine. We were there on day one when there was a line of cars for the drive-thru going down Central Avenue, and now back again today, just before high noon. We must admit they are doing a great job training the staff who work efficiently and think proactively. Chick-fil-A is finally open. I like their biscuits. If you never had their breakfast, it's a smaller chicken breast on the biscuit. This is a better biscuit than other local fast food. They also have sausage, bacon and egg on English muffins too. Good round tots. Coffee could be more robust, but that's me, it might be just fine for someone else. Everyone knows their other meals. All tasty. See posted menu if you are new to CFA. I think they have the best fast food Mac and cheese out there. They do not have inside seating yet. Terrible experience horrible customer service from the managers Cecila and Kohei! Best service was with Okella and Roberta they can teach their leaders how to treat customers. I will never be back at this location. They are not accommodating, the messed up our order, and stated they don't have to accommodate and didn't offer an apology because they said they are independently owned. Woo Hoo! Chick-Fil-A is here! Finally! No more driving on the major deegan , to pay the toll to stop at the gas center and order a meal. Grand open was last week, so I had to make a stop. This place serves Breakfast and ice cream too. Since it's the 2nd weeks , they are still fixing the glitches, You can dine in or drive thru. So far no dine in inside just out door dining , tiny space. The service is fast and quick. Each members have a smile for every customers walking in. Food is good, tasty & juicy. There's limit parking space . They are still working on a better approach to make a smooth flow for drive thru customers and dine in customers/ carry out. Right now, it's abit confusing at this moment. It's clean and well air conditioned inside . Around lunch and dinner time , prepare to wait a quite a bit to receive your meal, but it's worth it. read more

I wish I could have given a 3 1/2 stars rating. I visited the drive thru spot on today, 10.3.25 after 4:00 pm to find that the drive thru was blocked off (are you kidding me) and the two workers just standing there conversating.... I proceeded to walk into this establishment to be somewhat ignored by some of the workers accept for one Muslim woman worker that greeted me nicely... I waited for my order just to receive not so nice send off, with a bag that was handed nicely to a gentleman before me and a nice God bless you send off. When it came to my turn, only to have my bag with my order turned around on the podium with the receipt facing me and thank you... I never was treated like this at a Chick-fil-A before... I have visited this establishment before and have been ignored by some of the workers... I just needed to make this known..... read more

What a difference strong leadership and proper management makes. My Chick-fil-A experience in Hastings several months ago was dismal and I will never return to I-87 for food again. But the new CFA location in Yonkers really delivered. The new location which took over for a HSBC bank branch was swamped in their grand opening month including a police presence to control traffic. In spite of the immense volume of customers- drive up, walk up and online orders....we were served and received our order in 21 minutes. The attitude and friendliness of the team was positive and everyone was hustling. I commend Israel,the owner of this location, for his preparation and leadership!!! read more

Finally opened one in Westchester!! Came here on Friday morning. It wasn't busy at all. We placed our order via mobile app. Drive thru setup was kind of weird but once you do it once you will get the hang of it. Ordered bacon, egg & cheese on a muffin with hash browns & Arnold Palmer. My daughter has the scramble burrito with hash browns & orange juice and fruit cup. Muffin was a little bit hard. Assuming with under the warming light for a minute. And fruit cup wasn't fresh. Everything else was great! Customer service was 1000/10! The young man in drive thru area was extremely nice. The one from Erie. So people don't mess with the order takers. Have some patience and don't get nasty with them. Definitely will return for after lunch. I'm sure once the locations in Scarsdale & White Plains open up the congestion will settle down. read more

First this is not about the food or front staff who are awesome! This is about the Yonkers store not aligning with chik fil as message about being good community partners. I volunteer for an organization that provides free wellness seminars for military personnel and first responders. When I conducted them in Florida, my local chik fil a would hold pickle buckets slated for the trash for me so I can use them to conduct drum circles with them. Now in NY I wanted to do the same. So I went to the Yonkers chik fil a to see If I could obtain pickle buckets there. The front staff were really helpful. They asked the supervisor and then the supervisor immediately said no. I explained that the Scarsdale location had no issue and again I used to get them in Orlando. The manager refused to come speak with me instead stating he would call his supervisor . Within two minute the front staff came out and said no. I asked if it was because they didn't have any and he said no, they had some but the manager said no. I asked who that was and they said Israel pointing to the plaque on the wall. Isreal, you should be ashamed of yourself. Finally one accessible in Westchester (other location at truck stop/rest area on I-87 near Stew Leonard's in Yonkers & next Scarsdale location not open yet). Long lines and crowds, as always for new franchises opening in Westchester area. Have to park in other nearby lots if want to dine-in or take-out, parking lot is small, and long lines for drive-thru, with Yonkers Police providing traffic direction & security until new business buzz dies down. Food is always good. Drive-thru service was organized & orderly. They just don't have the two-lane system fully working, like other locations. read more
