Then when I said we needed to see a menu to order she said "well the worker before me didn't have one so..." I just replied "okay can we order when we get up to the menu board?" and she said "well there's a long line." It was a very displeasing experience. To: Chris - Operator of Yucaipa Chik-Fil-A I wanted to bring something to your attention as owner and operator of your establishment, maybe by now, it already has been. Yesterday, April 17 my mother ordered a meal for the family, upon receiving the order inside, she came home to find a missing item that she paid for. Living 20 minutes away, one our family members didn't have his order even though it was charged. Upon her return to your establishment for refund she was told by a staff member that she left and forgot it. Surprising response giving the order had been consolidated in one bag prior to leaving and the lack of accountability of the young staff members. I came to your establishment again on 4/18 to order food . Upon entering at 6:40pm I noticed another customer complaining about a missing item in her order and having to drive all the way back to see what happen. She emphasized the error not only in time and gas to spend for an error but the lack of attention by the young staff when giving out orders to go. Furthermore being in line, I had two other younger staff members of your establishment waiting to place their orders and roll their eyes about the complaint of the customer, I did tell them that the same thing happened yesterday to my family and it's not funny. Chris, I hope that you find this message not as a rant but more so of an ongoing observation of the lack of attention when it comes to orders from your young staff, also their lack of maturity and professionalism when dealing with customers for their missing item and also to add on, are waiting by the side to get a refill and being ignored. Given the fundamentals of the franchise and the consistency of deterioration the quality of customer service, hopefully things are changed before people start taking their business elsewhere. read more

I ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets from Chick Fil A and received eight piece chicken nugget and what looks like four rabbit pellets. How can they willingly take your money and knowingly serve their customers animal droppings. It was the same with my grilled nuggets and in fact I was only given 7 pcs instead of 8 pcs. If I have 30-40 minutes to spare I would dine in and just enjoy my foods inside the resaturant. This is very basic common sense. But, because I don't have that much time so I did drive thru. From I start lining up until I got my foods total is 35 minutes. I told the girl who handed my foods. Hey, your new guy (right side) is very slow. The left side lane had 4-5 Cars and the right side lane not even Move. I stuck in the right side and of course can't change the lane. Do you think the new guy still need to be supervised? I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt but after visiting this location a few times and getting the same experience and customer service almost each time I've had enough. There's been multiple times when I had gone in to pick up a mobile order and was not acknowledged by any staff I was just given looks. Meanwhile there are plenty of other people who are getting acknowledged while I'm still standing there waiting. Personally it feels like a race thing it's happened to me multiple times when everyone around me gets helped but not me until I say excuse me and have to let them know what I'm there for. I've gotten home so many times without my whole order, that now I have to park and go through my whole family's order.... If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Let me just say that I do understand, this is a new location and some of their employees are brand new to the company. I get it. But how many employees, including their trainers, does it take to get an order right. First of all, the girl at the drive thru - WORST attitude. I definitely did not expect this from a chick fil a employee. It was as if she hated being there, hated helping customers and she definitely let it be known by the way she acted towards me. (If you aren't going to be customer friendly I gave her my order. (Did not repeat it back to me) and charged me TWICE! Got to the next employee who repeated my order and guess what?! It was WRONG! So apparently, he had to cancel my order. Okay whatever. He took my order AGAIN. And charged me AGAIN. (Oh, and he did NOT scan my rewards even tho I asked multiple times) Now we are at 3 bank charges. Okay. Whatever, hopefully those other two charges are returned like he said they would. So I get almost to the window when two other employees stop me and ask what my order was. Great. At this point I'm at 3-4 times repeating my order. I get to the window..... I finally get my order. Oh and let me say after all these frustrating interactions- not a single receipt was given to me. Both my frosted coffees are MELTED. My fries are cold. My kids food is cold. I ask to speak to a supervisor. They said there's not one. (That's odd) I asked for the managers card or owners card. I can't be given one for whatever reason. They give me a receipt (finally) with the stores address and number saying that's the closest contact info they can provide. I'm just frustrated so I take it and leave. Mind you, I let them know my food was cold, my coffees are melted. No one even a knowledge me. Did they offer to replace it? NO. Did they offer any assistance? NO. Where they too busy laughing and joking as I was waiting for any of them to help me? ABSOLUTELY. And guess what?! I get home and I'm missing food! Great. Worst experience I have ever had at a chick fil a location. I'm so disappointed. And my bank account has over $90 in charges for 2 frosted coffees, fries, nuggets and a sandwich I did NOT receive. First time at CFA!! So excited! Finally!! Or so I thought. Lol. Nothing against their brand and the food, which was decent but not worth all the hype I've heard about. Honestly should've just went to In N Out right next door, which NEVER disappoints. To cut to the chase, read the reviews and be ready if you do happen to come to this CFA location. Not sure where to even start as the staff at this location is a complete joke! But, I'll try nonetheless. Best advice? Don't rush and drive away. CHECK YOUR ORDER AND MAKE SURE IT'S CORRECT BEFORE DRIVING OFF!! Pay attention to the other reviews - there is absolutely ZERO quality control at this location. Staff (mostly high school teens) is chatty and don't bother paying much attention. Management is a joke that allows this to happen during working hours and right in front of customers. 1. FOOD REVIEW. Ordered 4 regular chicken sandwiches, 4 spicy chicken, 12 piece chicken nuggets, 2 peach shakes (seasonal, I believe), and a variety of sauces. Nothing to compare the food quality to since it's my first time, but not impressed unfortunately. Bread is soggy and chicken was ordinary. Spicy chicken was mild at best. Seems that their sandwiches are simply microwaved in pre-made packages. Which is fine if they tasted excellent, but personally I thought it was average or decent at best. The peach shakes were fantastic! Probably the best thing I ordered today. As for the chicken nuggets, I'd rather just get McNuggets from McDonald's. 2. MISSING FOOD. Here's the kicker. I hope they didn't hand it off to another customer... forget COVID guidance, pretty sure that would violate some sort of food and health safety policy! 3. POORLY TRAINED STAFF. In addition to the missing items of my order, I learned a few things about their staff as they chatted away right next to me. One girl wants to crash a party this weekend. Another one was excited because it was the first time they had long, fake nails... EVER! The few boys that were working were actually trying to work and kept quiet... focused. Only one girl was actually trying to get my order right and even apologized for getting it wrong with a brownie thrown in as compensation. But the majority of the teen girls, wow... felt like I was at a high school gathering where all they did was gossip. Had to close my window since I couldn't take it being "old" and all. Lol 4. INCOMPETENT MANAGER. Manager inside was just walking around minding her own business as all of this incompetence was occurring right next to her at the window for drive thru. And there's no dine-in currently so no customers were inside. If this was a training session for new employees, then wow.. And if this was NOT a training session for all of these kids, then... "wow" I guess is the word of the day. I'm happy and content simply because I believed other reviews about their wrong orders and was able to drive away with what I paid for. But, if I hadn't checked before driving away... let's just say, a group of teenagers would've been crying that day! 1 star for decent food. Not sure what all the hype was about, honestly. I'll try the Redlands location next time, but really CFA doesn't come close to In N Out when it comes to food, service, professionalism, speed, and competence. I'd rather go to Carls Jr or McDonald's for their spicy chicken sandwiches. Funny, because I was just at CFA for drive thru and was only there for a good 7 minutes. This was the LONGEST 7 minutes I've ever experienced at a drive thru for fast food, but it's probably thanks to all the girl teenager chatter that I could care less about. Lol. Ugh... avoid this place at all costs until they learn to run a legitimate business. And for the lady wanting to crash the party this weekend, please stay safe. Decided to try this Chik-fil-A as I haven't been to one in a few years. I was going to place my order in the drive thru and there were two guys taking the orders. I asked the guy in the drive thru line I was in to see a menu and he leans over and grabs a menu off the ground to hand me. I looked at him and said no thanks I'm not going to be ordering and just rode the line thru and drove out. If that's how this restaurant (and I use the term loosely) takes sanitation as to just have the menus tossed on the ground after the customer looks at it to go and pick it up and then hand it to another customer.....no thanks. This location has been our go-to since they opened. They sometimes forgot items in the drive thru like all places and everyone makes mistakes. BUT this last time we went they forgot 2 items! A chicken sandwich and a 4 count strips. Luckily I checked before we drove out of the parking lot. I went back in and told the cashier. She said she'd put the order in for me. Wait what?? "Isn't my food still here waiting? I just went through the drive thru." She said "no, I have to put in an order ". Ok I wait to the side of the counter. After about 10 minutes of waiting and seeing 2 customers walk in and get their food and several cars go through the drive-thru I started getting upset and asking where my missing food was. The "trainer/manager" on duty completely ignored me and wouldn't make eye contact. A very nice employee finally helped me out but I really expected more from Chick-fil-A.
