The sandwiches are great - if you can get one! I walked in to buy two sandwiches and there was one customer waiting to order in front of me. The restaurant was pretty empty otherwise (2 people eating). I stood for about 5 minutes watching the sandwich builder slicing meat and cheese for phoned in order after phone in order. After another 5 minutes the person in front of me STILL hadn't ordered! The whole time sandwiches are being built for still more incoming phone orders! The builders completely ignored customers who were in the store! Very clean outside and inside. They were well staffed and friendly; however, I walked in grabbed an order and walked out without anyone really turning a head. If you like brown edges on your iceberg lettuce, extremely salty turkey deli meat with provolone cheese on stale hard wheat bread, this is the perfect spot for you. When I asked for fresh lettuce, the young man poured (supposedly) fresh lettuce on top of the old brown lettuce and mixed it up. Way to go! Why throw away old lettuce, when you can toss fresh lettuce into the bin of old lettuce and mix it up with the fresh lettuce. Wheat bread was hard. I pushed through and I ate the middle half of the regular size sandwich but by the time I got to the heel half, of my regular size sandwich, it was simply inedible. When I asked for a replacement of just the top half heel portion of a regular size bread, I was told by the young man (after he consulted with a young women) he said he could not accommodate me because I already ate half of the sandwich. My request was to replace a piece of stale bread, the top piece of the heel side of a regular sandwich cut in half, a quarter of a regular size sandwich. I was there Tuesday, 4/14/26 at 6:35pm. I go here often and love to get my sandwiches because the experience is usually good with staff and food but this visit in particular ALL the staff was not only disrespectful to me but to another customer and was even talking smack about other customers openly and loud as well once they left the store. Their was a soda at the machine that was out and the muscle kid was cursing in the back and even called the customer a dog and the girls that were working there also told him that that's what they heard him say and defended him. Also the lettuce they were serving was pink and old and I told the employees about it and they assured me it was made in the morning and was fresh. I took a picture of the lettuce for reference if you ever want a picture. This was the most unpleasant visit to this location Ive ever had and I hope these employees get a good talking to to change their behavior. As I'm typing this in the store I can hear them saying they want to call off work because they don't care to come in. Today Sep 7th about 4:15 pm, my daughter went in to buy a sandwich. They made it wrong, so I went in there asking them if they make it right, she wanted it toasted. The girls behind the were very rude, they have no business working in the food industry let alone customer service. The so called manager looked 15, she said she would make the sandwich again but she would have to charge again. I asked for corporates phone or a phone number for her bosses, she said she couldn't give me that information. Another couple that was in there left because they saw flies hovering over the food. EPIC FAIL on almost all fronts! The prices here have gone to the MOON, with my large sub coming in at almost $22 with tax.....Outrageous!! Sunday, Mother's Day and the place was totally understaffed around 4:30 p.m. , with only 3 workers. My single sub #17 took 35 minutes, while the line was pretty much stagnant as they were working on a bunch of phone in orders. Not only was the place understaffed, but the flat top grill is way too SMALL for the volume of grilled sandwiches being ordered when it is busy. My cheesesteak was grossly overcooked and the large sub was not cut in half or quarters for some reason. For some reason they were OUT of the rosemary rolls, bacon and large chocolate chip cookies. No apologies.....Just tough luck. Looks like I will be taking my sub business to the Sub Station, walking distance from the old Fox theater in Banning, which has close to a 5-star Yelp rating vs the 3-star one here at Jersey Mike's.... read more

I placed an online order to go and waited over 30 minutes. I watched the inside line go much faster and I should've just placed the order in store. When I finally asked for a refund, they said my sandwich had been ready. It had been sitting not completely finished where they make the sandwiches for a very long time. I don't understand why they wouldn't just wrap it up. I'll admit they were busy but the lack of common sense of finishing one before the other was ridiculous. I'm typically not the one to ask for a refund and just walk out, but I was already late to my daughter's softball game. Now she's going to play on an empty stomach. Tried the r9 (beef and turkey) and r17 (philly cheesesteak). For two sandwiches it was $20...no chips or drink included. Taste was average. Way overpriced for the quality. I would choose Quiznos or Firehouse over this establishment. I might try one more time in the future to see if things improve. read more
