This location has a large, clean playground for kids with only one entry point so parents can relax and eat while their kids play. Very fast and friendly service. We were traveling and decided to eat inside because there was so many of us. Joshua was amazing! He super friendly. Brought us our food and kept checking to see if we needed anything else. Someone else came by later and asked if he could clear our garbage for us before we even hot up so we didn't have too. We stopped for lunch and the wife ordered the salad which arrived with large black hair entwined in the salad. We let the counter know which brought her another salad. It was either the same salad or there were two with large hairs in them. My wife decided to let a manager know. She decided to get nuggets instead even though her appetite had waned. The manager was helpful and comped the nuggets and gave refund on salad. He proceeded to talk with kitchen employees and mentioned the problem, I just hope they figured out how it happened and start wearing hairnets to make sure it doesn't happen again. We will come back as we love the food but will scrutinize the food closer from now on. Things do happen at any restaurants, hopefully this will stop this from happening again. read more

Went to this location yesterday, part of the order was for 4 chicken strips and when we got home they had given us chicken nuggets which were overdone. Called the store, they took my name and number and told me to stop by for replacement. When we went by there today, they gave us a correct order of four chicken strips, as well as an order of chicken nuggets and an order of waffle fries. All perfectly done! I went to this location 30 minutes before they closed tonight. I placed a simple order and when I got back to my room, they forgot the fries. I called them and of course got the apology and was offered a free shake "tomorrow". Unfortunately, my meal was half missing and they couldn't even give me my fries after I offered to go back because they shut the fryer off. I noticed when I walked in the team leader, Chris, and the other female coworker were playing what looked like pattycakes. I actually thought that was nice and they were having fun at work. This team is obviously distracted and needs to pay attention to their customers. And by the way I don't even want a free shake I just want what I ordered. I will not be back. Update: I did go back to get my fries today. These guys made it right and compensated me for my time, without even having to mention it. Good job in the end. I came to Yuma, Arizona from Los Angels, California to see my family. We see that there was a Chick-fil-A, so we stopped by to have dinner. We all ordered our meals; however, we were not asked if we wanted any condiments. Once we sat down in the dinning area we received our food a while later. We glanced at the trays and quickly noticed that we were missing a fry and once of the sandwich was wrong. The server was rude and we addressed her about the missing fry and wrong sandwich. She then said that she can bring a piece of cheese, but the issue was the entire sandwich. I waited at the table until it took a while for her to return, I approach the cashier table and she was doing something completely different. At the end I finally was able to get the correct order. Also, we were not greeted with the usual "Hello welcome to Chick-fil-A" or "My pleasure" and that is disappointing. The Chick-fil-A 's in the Los Angels area are amazing!! read more

This place is great the chicken is so tender and does not taste like the usual boring chicken strips it is real meat. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food places. I don't eat fast food often but when I do, I like Chick-fil-A because they have healthier options on the menu like the chicken wrap which is very tasty. We eat around 3:30pm. The place was busy. Our two meals arrived and wife's chicken stripes were cold and very sad looking. She went and complained. Received second order. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The restaurant is always clean and there's a playground for kids to play in. The food is brought to you very promptly! If, there's any problem with your meal, they will bend over backwards to make it right. Their service is almost, equal to that of Olive Garden, and or Red lobster.
