After seeing the restrooms, we were honestly so disgusted that we seriously considered leaving before we even ate. The overall condition of the restaurant showed a concerning lack of attention and care. Sadly, the food was equally disappointing. The quality was nowhere near what it used to be, and after speaking with several people during our dinner, including those familiar with the restaurant, we were left with the strong impression that these concerns are not new and that ownership has not been receptive to feedback from either employees or customers. That is perhaps the most disappointing part. Businesses like this are built over decades through loyal customers, consistent quality, and people who genuinely care about their experience. My family supported Hot Wings Café for approximately 30 years, and we never imagined reaching the point where we would say we will not be returning. It is unfortunate to watch a longtime Glendale business decline this way, particularly when many of these issues appear completely preventable if ownership were willing to listen, pay attention, and restore the standards that made the restaurant successful in the first place. Gaining a loyal customer can take years. Losing one can happen in a single visit.

Very simply put, the best fried chicken ever! Me and my wife eat here more often thatn we would like to admit. We have been trying to figure out what makes this chicken so delicious, the batter, the oil, the chicken itself.. We just decided not to figure it out and continue supporting this great place. We usually just get the fried drumsticks and get the sauce on the side. The pickled radish side dishes are a perfect compliment to the chicken and so are the other Korean dishes. I have a love/hate relationship with Chicken day. I love their chicken soup and wings when they are made right. But the key word is "made right". It is the consistency that is the issue and when made right, the food is awesome but there are times when the soup and wings are made too spicy (terriyaki flavor should not be spicy). All in all, still a good place but just wish they would be a little more consistent on the spicyness. read more

Good things were that although it's korean influenced restaurant, the chickens taste amazing to my taste. The half barbecue and fried are very sweet, bit spicy, and just delicious. The fresh vegetable side dish was very addicting too and the place is purely clean. There are various other menu entrees as well that you can try if you get bored of chickens.
