This is my go to pizza spot, their prices are super reasonable and their pizza always comes out delicious. They're chicken fingers are also perfectly fried and pairs well with their honey mustard sauce. We usually do pick up and everyone is nice and helpful. I do not know how this is only 10 bucks or considered a snack. My go-to-order when I do not want to cook is the 3 Piece Chicken Snack, which consists of 3 pieces of chicken, fries and a roll. The three pieces are wing, thigh and leg. The chicken is always crispy and not greasy. The fries are in abundance and the roll is just that a roll, nothing special. I eat in a non-traditional way, where I pull the meat off the bone and dunk each bite into Mike's Hot Honey which I always have on hand. 50+ years and counting, keep up the good work team. read more

This isn't the best chicken restaurant in the area, but you could definitely do worst. I had a 3 piece meal with fries, and it did the job. The staff was polite, and the service was reasonably quick. I'd recommend coming here if you'd want something close by, and don't want to drive all the way to Popeyes on Rte 17. read more

My adult children and I have decided that of all the pizza restaurants in the Pascack Valley area (from Montvale to Hillsdale, probably a dozen), Chicken Delight in Hillsdale consistently has the BEST pizza!! The crust is always perfect, their sauce stands out from so many other local pizza places, the toppings are always generous and you can't beat their prices. Okay.. so i work nearby. The crew in our warehouse LOVE this place. They order at least 2x a month when pockets allow..but if it was up to them it'd be a weekly ritual. Little greasy but not so much it's offensive. I ordered for home one night.... it was inhaled. My bd and I don't even remember eating just the feeling of being full and happy. Sorry.... AWFUL HERE. Will never go back. I ordered delivery. 6 Chicken nuggets for my little guy (2 yrs old) and 6 tenders for my older son (12 yr old) Some fries as well. I asked for some honey mustard and ranch dipping sauce with my order. They gave me a tub of each and charged me $2.25 each! Delivery took 50 minutes, even though I'm down the street. The nuggets weren't even nuggets. Little baby pieces. And the WORST PART... They were pink inside them. Look at the pictures! Thank god I didn't feed them to my son. But how are you going to overcharge me for a huge cup of sauce? I called to ask about why I was given so much sauce and charged for it. Guy stated that it was a mistake. Flavor of the skin/fry is just right. Unique and different from chain restaurants. I had to wait bit longer than expected, but it was dinner time so understandable. Ok Ok i did not think i would be yelping chicken delight, but you know they were worth it. This was our first time ordering, people in town had told me it was a staple for years serving pizza to the kids sports teams they sponsored.. we ordered, fried chicken, ribs and pizza... a nice trifecta for a football game... and all were great ... in fact the simple cheese pizza was one of the best we've tried in town and the coleslaw was excellent! the chicken is a old south batter based style which we prefer over kfc style. anyway, why the review..well, customer service...our pizza was partially smooshed on one side ... not any worse from the other places in town, but a smoosh... the delivery boy, apparently recongnizing the problem called in a replacement before he came to the door, he was very polite and apologetic and told us a new pizza was on the way ... so many times its left to the person ordering to deal with problem ... it was real great they wanted us to have a good experience and promptly returned with the replacement Well chicken delight who i never thought i'd be writing yelp reviews ... you now have your newest weekly customer .... give them a try ... its worth it ... cant go wrong with good pizza, chicken and ribs from one place! read more

The chicken here is the best around, bar none, period, end of story. They also sell pizza as well which is cheap and great if you eat it right away while it's hot. Wings are small but very tasty. Onion rings are amazing here. Try their homemade blue cheese and honey mustard sauces - you can dip a sneaker in them and you'll be satisfied. Literally my only complaint (and its hard to be so picky about this) is that it takes them forever to get your food out. Pizza Delight?? Chicken Delight?? Same place for us townies and the terms are interchangeable. Yes, chicken is their first love and it's something they've been doing ever since I can remember. Pizza came along well after that, but both are amazing experiences. There's a KFC right down the road but nothing pales in comaprison to this place. The pizza is pretty good but there are other places around that do better....and it does pain me to say that. Their menus is pretty extensive so there's something for the whole family...they even do fish! The prices are reasonable and the sides are indeed a bit pricey but don't let any of that steer you away. Parking is a bit of a pain since it's on street so many people opt for delivery. There is a commuter lot behind it which tends to get full because of Cornerstone. No matter what you do, make sure you get corn nuggets!!!! There really isn't a better fried chicken place in the area. It's a little too greasy, but that's perhaps what makes it fantastic. The pizza is ok at best. Then again, there aren't too many places where you can order a pizza and fried chicken, so as long as you're getting the chicken the pizza isn't bad. The batter fried chicken is tasty and crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. Once you're full it's still tempting to peel skin off the leftover pieces and just finish it off. I highly recommend a side order of onion rings. The only onion in them is in the name, but it's enough for me. At the end of the day, can you really go wrong with some greasy fried chicken? I'm shocked and amazed that they were able to get our Christmas Eve order right: two 13-piece chicken meals plus 16 breasts and 5 wings or something like that, with a bucket of fries and a container of cole slaw. (Our family isn't really that big -- we just loves us some Chicken Delight.) The chicken here might be greasy as hell, but the batter-fried pieces are a lot better than anything KFC has to offer. Chicken Delight's pieces are actually large enough to feed an adult human, and they look like they came from an actual chicken. Even better, they're tender and juicy, even as leftovers the next day (or the day after that). The people who work here are really cheerful and courteous, and they didn't even bat an eye at my wingnut order when I picked it up. This should actually be called "Chicken Delight" because the main food is Chicken and then Pizza happens to also be made there. If you are going to have fried chicken and you are in the area, this place cannot be beat. A#1 chicken. The fact that you can also get good pizza here is a bonus. The prices of the meals are really good. The cost of the sides however are a bit pricey when ordered as extra. Make sure you have soda at home. Ok so I wish I could give no stars. I was repulsed by the food preparation in this place. I place an order and went in and paid. While I was waiting I watched the cook with no gloves and his mask under his nose touch the frier. Then he proceeded to go into the walk in and I saw him tossing something into the fryer basket. He put basket in fryer and then scratched the back of his head with ungloved hands and then wiped the brim of his hat. He walked up a hall and returned with a pizza dough which he proceeded to make a pizza with no gloves with his dirty hands. I then politely asked for my money back because even not during pandemic times I would never of eaten the food. He then came over with his disgusting flour and doughy hands and punched the register opened the drawer went through receipts and then used the credit card machine to give me my refund. Thank god it went directly on my card because I would not of taken the money from him. He never even asked my I wanted my money back.
