Went last night for dinner. Hold My Knots is a decent-sized pizzeria with pretty good food. It's BYOB, which is nice as well. For dinner, I had a Buffalo Chicken slice, which was quite large and the crust on the bottom was crunchy. Very well done! I also got 3 of the Chicken Vodka Garlic Knot Sliders. They were good, but a little cooler than I would have liked.. If I lived closer, I would probably come back here every once in a while. It was a decent place.

I have been wanting to try Hold My Knots for awhile as I have seen so many social media posts about their famous garlic knot sliders. I had ordered ahead online and then made the drive over. I quickly found parking across the street. As soon as you walk in you smell the fresh garlic. As I waited for our order to be prepared, I saw the garlic knot crust pizza. Of course I had to get a slice! My sister and I both got the deal for the 3 sliders. We both picked different ones to try a variety of them. The garlic knots were soo garlicky and made the best bun for the sliders. The garlic knot pizza was amazing and made a delicious crust for the pizza! I will definitely be back again!

I first came across hold my knots at a food truck even about two years ago. & I will say, it was love at first BITE! Let's just begin by saying that the concept is very unique. Garlic bread in place of regular slider buns or bread.. how genius! Lol The garlic knot is always super soft, fresh and the garlic oil on top is my absolute favorite part. I usually get the chicken parm. I have also tried the eggplant parm and my son had the meatball one. Everyone approves! Anytime I know there is a food truck event, I always see if they will be there so I can go grab me some garlic knot sliders! I've only been to the food truck events, I haven't been to the restaurant. I am sure it's just as awesome! Service is always great. There is always a line lol so be prepared! Enjoy!!

Recommend this spot to garlic knot lovers. Never thought of stuffing my knots till I came here. We ordered Mac and cheese bites and mozzarella sticks. Both were crunchy and good. Ordered a set of 3 garlic knot sliders, shrimp parm, eggplant parm and Buffalo chicken. Buffalo chicken was my favorite - chicken was light and not overwhelming. Both parms were good - shrimp was definitely different but not bad. The artwork was fun and inviting and the service was great. Staff is super nice. Can't wait to come back and try more flavors!

7 Stars for the concept. The strong garlic smell when you open the door is a test. If you find the garlic aroma inviting, you are going to enjoy your meal. We preferred the slider knots more than the stuffed knots. The staff is helpful and the seating area is comfortable.

This place is amazing. The fact that you can have garlic knots as the crust on your pizza blows my mind. This was half chicken parmesan and cheese. The pizza was humongous and super filling. I would recommend getting the garlic knots on the side rather than on the crust because it's a lot to take in all at once. Overall it is such a a tasty pizza spot and it's my go to spot!

Hold My Knots is one of my favorite places in NJ! Since I was in the area yesterday, it was a must to stop by for a quick dinner. There is plenty of tables due to a recent expansion, so I loved having my choice of seating. Of course, I had to get the garlic knots. I tried cheesesteak and shrimp parm and chicken parm. They all were delicious, but my favorite is the chicken parm. I love the sauce and how well it meshes with the crispy chicken.

Happened to be in the area, found this place via Yelp and decided to check them out. It was mid afternoon on a weekday. Place was quiet with the occasional take out orders pick up. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly, she knew the offerings really well and made some recommendations. There were pizza slices cleverly displayed in a tiered glass cabinet. They looked enticing but we were there to try the garlic knot sliders. 3 mix and match sliders for about $11.95 - we chose Philly Cheesesteaks, Eggplant Parm and Chicken Parm. There's no mozzarella cheese on the eggplant and chicken parm, not sure why. The knots were still delicious though, not too doughy + good amount of garlicky topping. If you're a fan of garlic, you're gonna love them. We also ordered the Pulled Pork Fries. Big portion, plenty of caramelized pulled pork, melted cheese, crispy Applewood smoked bacon bits, house made sauce and a sunny side up egg. Breaking the egg yolk was, as usual, so satisfying.. eating it, even better! We are so getting this one on our next visit! We're so glad we stopped by, definitely going back to try the pizzas and fancy milkshakes.

Was in the area for work sondtopped here for lunch. The service was friendly and the place smelled like nice fresh pizza. I got the shrimp parm garlic knots which is a great innovative idea to have sandwhiches on garlic knots. They were so delicious and flavorful

I was able to try one of their garlic knot sliders at a food truck event. The guy in the truck that day was very friendly and seemed to have a lot of energy which was nice to see. They were offering 3 sliders on that particular day. I went with the chicken parmesan slider ($6). There were 2 garlic knots as the buns. The garlic knots were the highlight here and took away from the chicken filling. The knots were very garlicky, but still tasty. The chicken was plain when trying a piece by itself. Will I go back? Probably.

Amazing would be an understatement! I had the pleasure of having some knots at the Paramus Food Truck Festival and they were absolutely phenomenal! The garlic knots were full of flavor! And the chicken park filling just made them better! Their Buffalo Chicken fries were also super good! Definitely will be visiting their storefront soon! Super excited to try more of their varieties!

The sliders were great. Got the bacon chicken ranch pizza, yummo. First-time visiting, will not be our last.

The food was fantastic. The pizza was just right. We drove for 45 minutes. Worth the drive, we had other places to visit. But next time might have to make this the destination.

Maybe the best pizza in the area? In the same league as the best NYC pizza. Lots of great sides as well.

In doing so - I notice a certain extensive tingle in my tummy. One that calls for mass amounts of food. In tandem, the shining sun begs me to bask in its warmth. I need to find some food. Sit in a park. Devour said park. And take a long enough lunch that somebody, somewhere, somehow thinks of me. Once that occurs, I will return between the rock and the hard place of which sits a desk, a chair, brittle bones and a big but battered heart. With my pension for poppin' sandwich and my expertise of my surround areas - radius of 45 mins in all direction - I half-conclude on Pop Empanada for my stroll, toll and roll. - TM'ing that don't even think about taking that line. Actually do think about it. And think about how you've never come up with something that original. This is in writing, I'm the first, I'm the last, I'm your everything. - Anyways, I take an 8 min drive out to a lot nearby and stumble in upon my order. The empanadas are solid, shrimp one is superior. Haven't tried them all. Not crying home to mama about em' but that's not the star of the show so it doesn't matter. I haven't tried everything and definitely should. But every time I'm feeling like I need to challenge my bowels I go straight for this Cuban Sandwich. My oh my. This thing may weigh 5 pounds. Packed to the brim. Sturdy bread. I mean it's literally one of the biggest boys I've ever corralled. It's tasty, tender, savory and sweet. Crunchy, chewy, choppy and neat. This would feed a normal man for an entire day. I, to no surprise of the reader, am not a normal man. By the end of munching on this crunching I'm panting and sweating and clenching my chest. My cholesterol spike so high that a doctor wouldn't even be able to help. By 75% of sandwich completion I don't even want the rest. It's just my hard wired protocol that this whole pups gotta hit the pound. I just gotsss to complete my task. This is probably the best Cuban I've ever had - in sandwich form... if you catch my straits of Florida drift. For the price, it is one of the best bang for buck sandwiches I've ever had. Highly recommend you give Pop Empanada a go. On a sunny mid week afternoon there's a hot chance you'll catch me reviving myself from a heart attack on the bench in the park only a stone throws away. Don't to try help me. It's all part of my sick game. Love you, babes, have a beautiful day - LB.

What Tommy Greco, Chef Nicolas Pescatore, and their team are putting together here goes well beyond a typical night out. It feels curated, intentional, and genuinely exciting from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, the energy was right. The service was dialed in without being overbearing, and every course felt like it had a purpose. The tasting menu that night was a full experience, layered with creativity and bold flavor combinations that somehow all worked effortlessly. We started with a Snack Trio that set the tone immediately. Grilled mahi mahi with Aleppo pepper and charred lemon delivered bright, smoky notes. A rich foie gras with rhubarb jam on toasted milk bread struck the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The prawn toast on brioche with sesame, miso, and panko brought crunch and depth in every bite. The red snapper ceviche followed, incredibly fresh and vibrant, with yuzu lime, serrano, and green strawberry adding a unique twist that elevated the entire dish. Then came a stretch of courses that really showed off the kitchen's range. The tender greens with mortadella yakitori brought unexpected flavors together seamlessly. The caramelized onion casoncello with a light spicy vodka sauce, mascarpone, and prosciutto was rich yet balanced. The ramp lasagna bianco with white bolognese and béchamel was pure comfort, elevated to another level. For dessert, the strawberry rhubarb tartlet closed things out beautifully. Amaretto custard, toasted meringue, dark chocolate shell, olive oil, and sea salt created the perfect sweet finish without feeling heavy. We also added a couple of extras that were absolutely worth it. The East Coast oysters with lacto fermented melon mignonette were incredibly fresh and bright, and the 40 day dry aged filet mignon with house made NamJim Kosho was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Bottom line, this is not just dinner, it is an experience. The creativity, execution, and hospitality are all on point. We will definitely be back very soon because there is still so much more we want to explore and experience here. What makes it even more impressive is how they transform a humble empanada shop into such a refined and decadent dining experience. The ambiance was just right, intimate, elevated, and perfectly suited for a night like this.

The ambiance is quite remarkable for a Pub Flex+ type of joint. Double jointed with two floors, flexed into a bar upon entry, booths and high tables throughout... this place is quite bright and cheery.
