DO NOT GET THE SALAD. I got the $16 Lemon Garlic Chicken salad. I thought it would be the same chicken as the entree, but it's not. There's ~7 pieces of cold, dry chicken. There's no seasoning on the chicken, so it tastes like old dry rotisserie chicken. And mostly iceberg lettuce. Sooo disappointed. Just stick with the normal entree plates.

First time at Chicken Maison after hearing people rave about it, and honestly, it was pretty good! With 3 people, we got the Spicy Lemon Chicken Fettuccine and Whole Spicy Lemon Chicken which came with 2 sides. Spicy Lemon Chicken Fettuccine - Great flavor! It was not too spicy and garlicky. I wish the sauce was a bit thicker and more chicken. It was a pretty big portion and so perfect to eat with the chicken. Whole Spicy Lemon Chicken - Spicier than I expected, but SO good!!! The sauce was to die for, just the perfect amount of spice, lemon, and garlic. I wish that the pasta had this sauce since it was thicker and would've coated the pasta better. Would 100% get this again! Overall, I would definitely come back here for delicious meal! I recommend the Spicy Lemon Chicken!

Restaurant needs a good cleaning. Floors are sticky everywhere & chairs were dirty. Chicken wrap was tasty but needed more veggies in it instead of a TON of lettuce. Side of fries was a large portion. Service was friendly. I'd try a chicken plate next time.

I love chicken masison! Everything I order is spot on. Today I ordered the Chinese chicken salad. I specifically came here because I was craving a good Chinese chicken salad and trust me, they have one of the best. The salad is full of chicken and they have crispy pita bits that make the salad over the top. They also give 1 whole pita and their delicious garlic sauce. This experience makes the salad even greater in my opinion. I ordered to go but the inside is nice and spacious. The workers are so friendly and help you immediately. I really recommend!

Jose and the rest of the staff were nice and helpful. Food was great. The Spicy Lemon Garlic chicken was delicious! Will definitely be back, to try other menu items.

Everyone's told me about this spot for a while now and I'm so glad I finally tried it. I can hear on a Monday night, and parking was easy to find and there was no wait. I ordered the 1/4 Original Rotisserie Chicken plate with rice and steamed veggies. Everything was really good and the side pita made the plate even better. I love how healthy this meal was and left feeling pretty full. Staff were super nice and friendly. Would definitely come back!

Came in on a weekday around 3pm and it was very busy. Good customer service. I got the spicy lemon chicken plate and the chicken had flavor but a lot of it was fat. The hummus is good and so are the steamed veggies! The pita chips are a 10/10. The baklava was a 6/10. I have been to many different Mediterranean food places and they are always abundant with the pita bread and garlic sauce. This has been the only place that I noticed isn't. Other than that, I really liked coming here! Also, their music taste is great! And the music isn't too loud where you can't have a convo, it's great to where you can enjoy your food and chat with friends/family!

Thanks LA Try Guy for the heads up on this. First time trying this establishment and they did not disappoint! The spicy lemon garlic chicken is quite delicious and packed with flavor. Don't let the name fool you, it's not spicy. Staff was extremely pleasant and patient while I asked questions as a first-timer. Price point was average, about $25pp. Located in a shopping center that gets busy. Plenty of parking. There is also lots of inside seating inside the restaurant. Their toum (garlic spread) is also yummy. Had been looking for a place that could compare to my old spot Sabra Beirut and I think that I've found it. Will definitely go back!! Oh yeah, the brownie absolutely melts in your mouth. Get it!

Al Hamra Kabob Grill is a restaurant run by a Pakistani owner, specializing in kebabs and grilled…read moremeats inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. The menu also features traditional Pakistani, Persian, and Arabic dishes, such as Beef Nihari and Haleem. After several visits, here are my thoughts on some of their grilled meats and desserts. Beef Kofta - 3/5. The kofta was a bit dry and tough. I wish it had more fat and seasoning to make it juicier and more flavorful. The grilling is also somewhat inconsistent--sometimes the kofta comes out beautifully browned, while other times it's over-charred. Grilled Fish - 4/5. This is easily my favorite item on the menu and, in my opinion, their best dish. The fish is seasoned just enough to enhance its natural flavor without overpowering it. It's grilled very well, developing a beautiful golden-brown crust while remaining moist and tender inside. Beef Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. The quality of the beef is decent, especially considering the price. Given the cut of meat they use, they've done a commendable job with the grilling. The beef has a solid seasoning base and a nice sear with just enough char to add flavor without becoming overly smoky. It's reasonably tender, though I wish it retained a bit more juiciness. Chicken Shish Kebab - 3.5/5. Very similar to the beef shish kebab. It has good flavor and is grilled well, but it could benefit from being a little juicier. Gyro - 2/5. Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment. The gyro meat on the vertical spit often appears to be rotating without enough heat to properly caramelize and crisp the exterior. As a result, the meat comes across as dry, rubbery, and lacking the rich roasted flavor that makes a great gyro. Kunafa (Knafeh) - 3/5. This dessert has both strengths and weaknesses. The cheese filling has a pleasant, slightly salty flavor and a creamy texture, and I appreciate that it isn't overly sweet. However, the syrup is underwhelming. A good kunafa should be generously coated with a fragrant sugar syrup - ideally infused with rose water or orange blossom water - to provide sweetness and aroma. I also wish the kataifi, the shredded pastry dough, were crispier and lighter to create a better contrast with the gooey cheese filling. Overall, Al Hamra Kabob Grill is one of the better places to enjoy Middle Eastern-style grilled dishes in the South Bay. While a few menu items could be improved, the grilled fish stands out as excellent, and the shish kebabs are solid choices. The owner is also incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, neighborhood atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. It's not perfect, but it's a restaurant I enjoy visiting from time to time and one I'd recommend if you're craving grilled Middle Eastern flavors.

I've never eaten in, but I've picked up food from here twice and have enjoyed their food at my sister's house at least one other time. The first thing I don't understand is how this place is in Torrance rather than Redondo Beach. I don't mean that I don't understand why they chose Torrance over Redondo Beach; I mean that I just don't understand the two cities' boundaries very well, because this feels like straight-up North Redondo to me. The second thing I don't understand is how this place hasn't expanded or multiplied or otherwise won the hearts and minds and stomachs of South Bayers near and far. But maybe it already has. The third thing I don't understand is why I don't come here more often. It's not that far from my sister's house, and I was dog-sitting there earlier this year. . . . I'm fresh out of things I don't understand. What I do understand is that the owners of this place (an Armenian brother and sister?) are amazing. The food is so good and fresh and flavorful. The menu is kind of all over the place, which in most cases is a red flag, but in the case of more than one restaurant owned and operated by Armenians (I'm including my cousin's restaurant before he sold it and retired), the more different items on the menu, the better. Or at least it's not a red flag. I promise. The combo deal is legit, but even without that deal, the prices are good, especially when you consider the food quality. Writing his review now makes me miss King Mediterrano even though I don't normally miss it or think about it. Those days are over. Next time I have calories to collect in the South Bay, I'm headed straight for Redondo Beach Boulevard.

For food I had the chicken tikka masala (mild), half rice, and garlic naan. They also give you a small side salad. The garlic naan was the best I've ever had. So moist and not burnt like a lot of other places. You can easily pull it apart with your fingers as it screams, "eat me! eat me!", with delight. The chicken tikka masala's flavor was amazing! I like to try things mild first to see how they taste. Some places serve bland food and mask it with spiciness. Not here. The flavor is all there. Next time I think I'm going to adventure on the wild side and try the medium and then possibly the spicy. The included salad was simple yet so satisfying. The dressing is definitely unique and packs a punch with the spice level but... I like it. *wink* *wink* hahhaa. The rice was perfection. I hate it when it's not cooked enough and too mushy or overcooked and hard. Originally I was going to eat half tonight and then the other half tomorrow but... I know myself. I would just go to bed, wake up in the middle of the night thinking about it, then not be able to go back to sleep until I finished the rest because it would keep calling my name from the kitchen. They're thick, they're flavorful, they hit you with the right spice. Normal spice is a white man's medium high so they got their base down which is more than half the battle. They cook the Paneer just right. And really enjoyed the Bartha! That The not so good: the chicken is way overcooked, I don't know if it's breast or thigh, but it definitely tasted like a dried out breast. Possibly using the tandoori and just dropping it into the gravy, but a perfectly cooked chicken thigh would take the chicken tikka masala to the moon. Second, the Paneer portion size was a joke. Maybe six cubes in the whole deal. Needs to be at least double. I'm ready to try again you gotta protect your meats!
