I stop here about 3 times a month, the chicken is always juicy and seasoned correctly. I really like the sotteok and the donuts as well. I found the quality of their food to be consistent. I have one bone to pick, which is that the one time that I ordered the salad, the picture online showing chicken on a bed of lettuce doesn't look like remotely like what I received. Maybe it was a one time issue and they ran out of lettuce? More recently, the fried rice and japchae have a little too much oil. That said, I still think that this place deserves 5 stars.

For main dishes i got the gaprow chicken (minced chicken) and it was one of the best I've ever had. It was flavorful and also had a good amount of heat to it. I had sticky rice with it. The huz got the veggie tom yum rice noodle soup. He added boiled egg as well as some of the crispy tofu app to it. He said it was absolutely delicious. We left with boba milk tea in hand togo. While we were there, there were two, unrelated to one another, consecutive young patrons who were absolutely rude to the staff. it was really odd since the people here are the nicest in the world. We were taken aback by the behavior of these other patrons.
