Today was my first time here. Everyone was so pleasant and very helpful. The variety is great. They had every kind of chicken salad you could think of. I had the one that had chicken, mayo, grapes, fugi apples and pinapple on wheat toast with lettuce and tomato! You get one side so I had loaded potato soup. I also got the grape salad. They have homemade pimento cheese to. You can have it as a sandwich, a scoop on lettuce, on a salad, same for the chicken salad. They also have club sandwiches. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of seating.

I'd never heard of this restaurant until I moved to Augusta. I was looking for something quick and somewhat healthy. I have ordered online and in store and they are really quick either way you decide. I love the jalapeño Holly chicken salad and love that you always get a mini buttercream cookie with your order. I also love their loaded potato soup! I usually get their classic salad. I'm not hungry after and it tastes great!

Was craving some chicken salad and CSC makes the best in town. The chicken is finely shredded and there's not too much mayo. The whole wheat crackers go great with the salad. The sandwich makes you more full but I think the bread overpowers the salad. The fruity Fran is always my go to but the buffalo barclay really surprised me, it was absolutely delicious! The to go soup is too small and not worth it

I had fairy high expectations based on what I've heard others say but those expectations fell flat for me. The service wasn't friendly and the food was underwhelming. I had the Trio with the bacon, cheddar & ranch (?), the Original and the Southern style. It all tasted pretty much the same to me and mostly like mayo and not much else. The grape salad however was delicious and I could eat just that. The crackers were all broken up for the most part so there was nothing to eat with it. The website shows the trio as being served on lettuce but as you can tell by my picture that wasn't true. The piece of lettuce was smaller than the palm of my hand. The sweet tea was good.

I've always said I wanted to try this place out but it's never the first thing to come to mind when I'm hungry. I'm never like, oooh, I want chicken salad today! But, I'm glad I came. This place checked all my boxes for a simple and comforting lunch. Everyone was friendly, the space is clean and inviting, and most importantly, I like what I ordered. The Sassy Scotty chicken salad wasn't unique but it tasted good, the broccoli salad tasted like coleslaw dressing with broccoli, bacon bits, and shredded cheddar, good if you're into that, and the chicken artichoke soup was light, creamy, and slightly lemony. Overall, I am satisfied.

Trio- Sassy Scotty, Fancy Nancy, Jalapeño Holly

Tried out the Chicken Salad Chick and it didn't disappoint. I couldn't decide what flavor chicken salad I wanted, so my husband and I shared the trio. We got the Sassy Scotty, Fancy Nancy, and jalapeño Holly. The chicken salad had the perfect amount of mayo, not too much. My husband liked the Fancy Nancy the best- a good chicken salad with fruit and nuts. I can't pick a favorite of the three. I liked them all. The trio comes with crackers for your chicken salad. We also got the spicy pimento cheese. It was good and spicier than the jalapeño Holly chicken salad. We look forward to trying it out again.

Driving down the street, all of a sudden our vehicle turned into this spot. I guess what is ment to be will be. We got to try some samples and jalapeno Holly captures my taste buds and more. My wife decided on the Dixie chick and to our amazement our bellies are full and smiles on our face. This is must try spot if you have the opportunity to visit Augusta. We will return and they offer military discounts for our soldiers.

For a chicken salad lover, this place is heavenly. This place just opened up and definitely beat out my expectations. I was expecting a small, in and out store but this is a full blown restaurant! I visited today for lunch and boyyyy were they packed. There was no where to park, so we ended up parking in the shopping center right behind the store. The line was backed up to the door almost and for good reason. The chicken salads are very different from the norm, but great. Despite being slammed, the staff was handling it extremely well and the line moved fast. It was like a well oiled machine. They also do call in orders and have an app in which you will be able to create orders on soon. The app contains a rewards program also for frequent shoppers. As far as food goes, I ordered the trio platter consisting of Barbie-q, Kickin' Kay Lynne, and broccoli salad. As the name suggest, Barbie-q is a bbq flavored chicken salad, which was delicious. The Kay Lynne had a mix of buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, cheese, and jalapenos in it. It wasn't as spicy as I was expecting but the flavor was good. The broccoli salad was awesome. I also ordered a pound of Sassy Scotty for later, which contained ranch, bacon, and shredded cheese. The customer service here was great, and the manager made sure that we were being helped while we were waiting for our to go orders. I believe his name was James. It is rare to see these days, but he was working just as hard as the other employees to complete and get orders out the door. I will be visiting again to try out the other flavors.

I'm not a hater of chicken salad and I'm not a huge lover of chicken salad. It's something I can eat but not necessarily crave, if that makes sense!!! I wouldn't choose it at a restaurant that serves other things besides chicken salad. I saw rambling of this business coming to Augusta on Facebook. I never heard of the franchise but was interesting in trying it and its offerings. I checked out its menu several times to get a feel for its items. Then the day arrived that I would try this place. I was pleased with the experience. The restaurant is really cute and has southern charm. It was easy to order and wait for the food to arrive at the table. I had a harder time choosing what I wanted. I ended up getting the Chick trio with Sassy Scotty, Buffalo Barclay and Jazzy Julia. My favorite being Sassy Scotty!!! If you have read any of my other reviews, you know I'm a person who loves flavorful food and this chicken salad was the most flavorful of the three. I think I will order it each time I come back. The cashier suggested the grape salad as a side and I see why!!! It was DELICIOUS!!! I wouldn't normally eat something like that but I really enjoyed it!!! It's something that would be perfect on a sweltering Georgia summer day!!! While I was dining in I was able to speak with the General manager, Gigi, and she was really pleasant and even gave me more of those delicious crackers that came with my meal!!! I don't like wheat anything but I have been convert, at least to wheat crackers!!! The staff was very friendly and courteous and removed discarded debris from the table anytime they would see it there. I definitely will be back to this place soon and indulge in some more of those tasty menu items!!!!

First time in...Ordered the Original, chose Sassy Scotty (bacon, ranch and cheddar) chicken salad as a scoop...I chose fruit salad (grapes, strawberries and blueberries)...it also came with wheat crackers (bc I ordered a scoop) and a cookie. The chicken salad was very flavorful and I highly recoomend. I chose water to drink but if I ordered a regular drink, total would've been over $10...If you can spend $10- $15 on lunch these days, you will not be disappointed.

$8 odd for this basically with hundreds of crackers.
    Paul F.

I don't get what people see in this place. Got two balls of chicken mush with hundreds of crackers for eight bucks odd. Someone somewhere is making a lot of money. Not for me - sorry. I will probably come back at some point with my wife because she loves the place.

It was delicious only wish they had more seafood. Sauce was great. Probably one of the best seafood pancake I've had. I'd come back just for the seafood pancake. :-) We ordered the LA galbi (short ribs). It was well marinated and tasted great! Good size portion for the price. Came with a side of lettuce with dressing. The pork bulgogi was decent portions and sweet. Meat was tender. The seafood stew has a kick. It was a bit diluted from what I'm used to with pieces of squid and couple of clams. Each of the fish came with a couple of panchans (side dishes) of fish cake, kimchi and cucumbers. Overall, great place to visit for good and fast Korean food.

The food still felt authentic and full of true Hawaiian flavor. Coming from a family with roots in the Big Island and Maui, I can appreciate when a place captures that genuine island-style taste and atmosphere. One thing that really stood out was how they start you off with fresh in-house made pork rinds, similar to how Mexican restaurants serve chips and salsa when you sit down. It was a unique and welcoming touch. We ordered the spicy poke, Spam musubis, and a mixed BBQ plate with two scoops of mac salad. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. The mac salad especially had that classic island-style taste that's hard to find done right. The staff was friendly, the decor looked great, and the restaurant had a warm, inviting feel. I'll tell you what made me unhappy. We were there on a 95 degree day. When we were seated our waitress brought us a carafe of water and 2 glasses. Room temperature water and no ice. I figured that the only way I would get ice was to order a drink, so I ordered ice tea. That usually comes with ice. Right?? Well our waitress said that she had to brew me a fresh cup of tea which when you pour that over ice the ice melts away and again I had a glass of room temperature tea. I couldn't get a cold drink here to save my life. And did I mention that it was 95 degrees out? My wife ordered a Rubin sandwich, not realizing that it was a spicy sandwich. One bite and she was done. She doesn't like spicy food so I traded her for my simple bacon egg sandwich on a bagel and I had her spicy Rubin. And it was spicy! They had a mustard that must've been made with jalapeño and if you like heat, you will like this. Plenty of parking. Full bar. Clean restroom. Very average.
