I had to do it again. The bacon cheddar melt with fancy Nancy was amazing. I will definitely be back to try another flavor

Pretty good but expensive for sandwiches. Several flavors of chicken salad. They all look good. There's a combo with 3, one side, one sandwich and a scoop of chicken salad that would be easy to share. Pick a croissant, white of wheat. They have cake, cookies and rice crispy treats. I wanted to try the egg salad but didn't this time. Delish!

Highly recommend! I ordered the Olivia's Old south style chicken salad on a croissant and it was delicious!! Made me think of my grandmothers chicken salad!!

Ironically my husband was excited to try Chicken Salad Chick. It's been a go to place for both of us. As you would imagine it's a fast casual chicken salad place. The design is upbeat, girly and southern. The menu has a variety of classic, fruity, savory and spicy chicken salads. You can get it as a scoop, on a sandwich or on a salad. The combos also come with a side, drink and cookie. For sides there's more salads like pasta salad or broccoli salad, soup, fruit, chips and probably more. There are a few non-chicken salad sandwiches as well as pimento cheese. So far I've had the seasonal cucumber dill and the buffalo chicken salad. Both were flavorful in their own way and it hit the spot. I've also had the broccoli salad and soup and both were good. It's all very fresh and feels light but you also get a lot of food. I'm excited to try more on the menu. Service was friendly and a good experience.

I was a bit excited to try it here but the excitement wore off quick waiting in line with one person working the register. The wait was painful, and while there were other workers, no one was overly interested in helping. Ordered a scoop of the bacon cheese chicken salad over greens and a watermelon iced tea. The chicken salad was delicious and the salad was a ton of greens, a few tomatoes and not much else. The iced tea was brewed on site and delicious. I thought it was good, but not great. Tables of people with screaming kids, lines of people and slow service paired with the food not being outstanding. Glad I tried it and it was good but again, nothing I would make a special trip back for. I also can't eat bread or crackers and was surprised at zero gluten free options available, not even tortilla chips for pimiento cheese!

It might go without saying, but this wildly popular place is a real chick joint! My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences on our half dozen or so lunch visits, and that was once again the case today. On each visit, the comfortable and cheerful dining area was packed with happy diners. Around a dozen recipes of freshly made chicken salad are available. For around $10, you enjoy their lunch special which includes chicken salad (big scoop or sandwich), a delicious housemade side, dill spear, large fountain drink and an iced cookie. They also offer homemade soups, egg salad, pimento cheese and tossed salads. I went with the Fancy Nancy (chicken salad with Fuji apples, seedless grapes and pecans) on perfectly toasted whole grain bread with lettuce and tomato. As always, it was superb. The broccoli salad is the best I have ever put in my mouth. It has a very slight sweet vinegary sauce along with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, topped with real bacon bits. The tea is good and the cookie with butter cream frosting is a bonus. I enjoyed it so much I had to buy a second (for $1.50). My wife was happy as usual with her classic scoop. Even though the decor and atmosphere is definitely geared toward women, it doesn't seem to bother the handful of husbands that always seem to be there. In fact, they even have a men's restroom, but it has Chick Magnets on the door, whereas the women's room says Chicks. It has a definite sweet southern vibe. Service is friendly and attentive. Sanitation score is always high (a 97.5 this trip). It is well-managed and has been since its opening two or three years ago. It is easily a Gotta Try. I give it 5 stars. Yeah, it's a chick joint alright but as long as they continue to allow men in, I'll be a customer.

Hair in my jalapeño scoop. It's trash and I threw my four year old away also. Hire com-pent people. Disgusting

Can't go anywhere these days. Hair in my food after my 12 hour shift. Quit hiring teenagers and wear gloves with hair nets. That's my my place does. Disappointed I didn't eat dinner poor management. Serve safe all employees

Located where the former Moes was in the Pineville Matthews shopping center with Bonefish and Panera. The place looked pretty clean although after ordering my food I noticed the sanitation grade was a 91...yikes. Anyways I went ahead and ate there. So let me start by saying the menu is large, so many different items to chose from and not only Peruvian food. I saw some Colombian and Venezuelan items. With that being said I was very shocked at the lack of standard side items. Literally rice and white rice at that, pinto beans and like one other things. All other sides are considered premium sides and those premium sides would be basic sides at like hello chicken or viva chicken. I got the 1/4 chicken, white meat with reg side of white rice and premium side of plantains. For the dipping sauce I was limited to the yellow mild sauce or the spicy hot sauce. They were all out of the green mild sauce. Just for context I arrived at 11:40, they open at 11. Not sure how they ran out so fast but I would have loved to try it because the yellow sauce was just ok and the red was cold and just spicy no real flavor. Thankfully the chicken was flavorful and juicy, the white rice was white rice and the plantains were cooked beautifully. Also the cashier was great and provided excellent service. All in all, I would visit again but no rush to go back again. Viva Chicken still takes the lead for now for me. I would love them to mature their side menu, increase their sanitation grade and have the green sauce available.

Pretty easy process, especially if you live close by. So far we've gotten dishes from their BBQ menu (brisket, bbq beans, cheese and mac) and their Greek menu (moussaka with side Greek salad, gyro with fries). Everything is restaurant quality. Let me rephrase: everything is excellent restaurant quality! Like what I would expect if I went to a BBQ joint or Greek spot that specialize in that type of cuisine. Pretty incredible. We originally found out about HA's from a neighbor, and I added this business page to Yelp to be able to share my photos and experiences to help spread the word about this awesome local spot!

Don't do it though--if you break a window, they're gonna make you pay for it. Anyway, it takes a pretty special chicken spot to stand out these days, and I think this local chain may have found the secret sauce. Fortunately, you can also put that sauce on your chicken. When I looked at the menu, the crispy avocado sandwich immediately caught my eye -- half an avocado stuffed with Gouda cheese and deep-fried. Did your cholesterol just go up reading that? Mine did. I had to order it, though -- I'm visiting from California, and we basically sign paperwork in second grade promising to eat avocado with every meal. Then I noticed for a little over $4 more, you can add a grilled or fried chicken filet to this glorious monstrosity. I went with grilled, because obviously I'm trying to eat healthy. Did I mention the fried pickles I got on the side? Delicious. I couldn't even finish the whole thing, and that was ten hours ago -- I'm still not hungry. Anyway, that beast of a sandwich was fantastic. It'll live forever in my memory as something I ate with equal parts pride and shame. Highly recommended. Also worth noting: for an order-at-the-counter, food-brought-to-your-table kind of place, the service was exceptional. They checked on me three times, brought me sauce because I forgot to grab it, and even cleared my tray when I was done. If Vikings were proud to die in battle for the glory of Valhalla, I think any reasonable chicken would be proud to end its run on earth at Super Chix. Recommended!

I grew up eating Mexican food and have a thing for finding best flavor and quality for food. I knew I wanted to try a bbq place hear as I've heard such great things and let me tell you I was absolutely blown away! Lately things have been so pricey and feel like you get hidden fees or 20% of service on top of tip and a whole bunch of weird extra charges so obviously going out to eat has been more challenging as you pay more but get less. This place was the absolute opposite of that! We came here twice before we had to fly out to Minnesota. First time we tried the tray of meats and boy was that special. First of the brisket was delicious! But our server recommended the turkey and that was the juiciest most flavorful turkey I've ever had in my life! The sides were amazing and something I never had before was a slaw that had acidity with vinegar and it paired so well. I ordered a Twinkie for the first time and let me tell you I won't see a jalapeño the same again. In Mexican food we have them a lot but never this way and now I'm determined to try to make the more. At the end of our meal our server asked if we wanted dessert and guess wha it was ABSOLUTELY COMPLIMENTARY!! WHATTT?!? And not just like a scoop of ice cream different options of COBBLLERRRR!!! We did not see that coming and it was absolutely delicious! The second time we came I tried the fried okra and that was my first time it blew me away! I also had the potatoe that was loaded and wowowowowo so much flavor and deliciousness. Give it was our last time I got the Twinkie again and it did not disappoint! I wish this place success and that they continue to expand and maybe pray they come to MN. The place is clean and they have a lot of seating and food was incredible.

The smoke flavor in the meat was not as pronounced here as in Concord my guess is they rushed the smoking and finished it on an electric heat instead of full smoke but that's just a guess. It was a busy Wednesday night, so it was a little bit noisy, but that could also be because I was eating alone so I won't ding the Ambiance. If you've never eaten at the original location, you would probably give this a day or a plus, but having tasted their original recipes, you can tell the difference still very good would still be back but it's hard to beat the original

That concerned me a little bit, but not enough to cause me to turn around and walk out. I also noticed it wasn't the cleanest place, but that doesn't mean the food isn't good. I'm not sure if it's because the restaurant's been there for years and it's just aged, but it didn't appear clean. Where there was carpet, it was worn and matted. The bathroom was totally disgusting and looked and smelled like it hadn't been cleaned since my mother was in elementary school, and she's now 78 years old. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant and engaging. I enjoyed speaking with her about the menu items. She was very honest about certain things when it came to how different items tasted that I inquired about, and I appreciated her for that. I wound up ordering the fried whiting and double collard greens for my two sides. I didn't have to wait long, of course, because nobody else was in there. While I was waiting for my food, only three people came in for takeout. I arrived home and started diving into the food. The collard greens were bland and obviously out of a can. I had to doctor them up with some seasonings and vinegar. The supposed to be "chicken wings" (wing dings) wasn't seasoned like I'm used to chicken being seasoned. It was too bland. The hush puppies were disgusting, but the french fries were good. The fried whiting was, to my surprise, flavorful. I enjoyed that. The fried shrimp was savory as well, and I enjoyed that. They were on the small side, but good nonetheless. The only thing is the food wasn't good enough for me ever to want to return, so it's a NOT AGAIN for me.

Out of the four of us, I was the only one who hadn't been here before. It's a long-standing, no-frills wing shack/sports-bar hybrid in south Charlotte that's built a loyal following around one thing: serious wings. There are other things on the menu--but unless you want an appetizer or something alongside your wings, ignore them--the wings are the main event. Their website claims 25 flavors, and if you order more than one set of five, you can sample more than one. I went with ten wings: mild Buffalo and lemon pepper. Everyone recommended the lemon pepper wings. These are not a dry rub; they're a wet, glossy toss--and they are OUTSTANDING. I'm hooked. The Buffalo wings were on par with the best versions of the classic style. They provide celery sticks with blue cheese or ranch dressing--I chose blue cheese--and it was a great accompaniment. We also had their Spicy Onion Rings as an appetizer before we ordered the wings. The onion itself brings natural sweetness and mild sharpness (especially when hot), while the batter/coating is where the personality lives: savory, slightly salty, and well-seasoned. DD Peckers' spicy onion rings are essentially a classic crispy onion ring elevated with a peppery seasoning--where the heat enhances the onion's natural sweetness rather than overpowering it. They have a great selection of craft beers and ciders and offer a full bar. Most of us had Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Copper, a local Charlotte beer. I had two bottles of Bold Rock Hard Apple Cider, which paired well with both the onion rings and the wings, along with a glass of Olde Mecklenburg Copper in between. Our waitress was attentive, fun, and efficient. She kept everything moving seamlessly, and all of our needs were met exceptionally. We all tipped her well. The food and drink here are quite a bargain--especially considering how iconic this restaurant is and how delicious their wings are. A great night with friends, good drinks, and incredible wings--what could be better?
