First time here and I will definitely be back. The staff was so nice and extremely patient (I needed someone patient being my first time and lots of choices lol). The cashier, Kiereney, was the best. I was about to order a traditional since I had no idea what to get. She stopped me, asked if this was my first time, told me several of her favorites and best sellers. She let me sample before deciding and was the best service I've had anywhere in awhile. She told me to take the menu because I'll be back. She was definitely right on that! I have always loved Chicken Salad but when I went here for the first time, I realized I never had amazing Chicken Salad. I first went a few years ago when they had their soft opening and I tried everything on the menu. Everything I tasted was amazing. Even the egg salad was yummy and I hate egg salad. My daughter and I had lunch I had the dill chicken salad it was delicious. My daughter had a different one I can't remember which. They both we're tasty. The atmosphere was nice. A little pricey. My review comes at a disadvantage in that I just do not crave chicken salad. I thought the staff was great and the food came out quick and as I ordered. The seating was a bit clunky on side as the tables against the booth did not allow much room to shimmy between regardless of their set up. I love this location! I had the best experience today. I placed a take out order. My husbands goto, The Dixie chick chicken salad on wheat bread, ugh heaven. Also grabbed the small lemon basil and the small buffalo chicken salad in the to go fridge. Both are great. Every chicken salad I've had has been really good. I'm just not a big fan of fruit In my chicken salad so I steer clear of those options. I've been to the other location on poplar a few times and I just have to say the staff at the Germantown location is so friendly and really brightened my day! Seriously the girls were so sweet. Very good chicken salad! We've gone here a few times and business is booming! The first time we went they weren't very crowded and one of the staff was so nice to give us samples. Lauryn's lemon basil, to me, is by far the best chicken salad. It has the perfect amount of lemon and basil. I crave it daily. I go in this (Germantown) location at least twice a week and the employees could not be more professional. They are extremely kind and welcoming. I have visited both locations! This place is great! Food is delicious and service is quick! I had the jalapeño holly! It was fantastic if you like spicy. This place is crowded during lunch! Go early for a seat! You get a small cookie with your meal. It's just enough sweet. I love that you can get the chicken salad on different breads or without bread and when they toast the bread it's perfect! They give great service at both locations.
