They emailed me a BOGO coupon so obviously we had to go! We were quickly seated and given menus, the new fall menu items looked really tasty. My partner ordered the Honey Chipotle Chicken Mash from the fall menu and I ordered the Chickichanga. The chipotle chicken mash was tasty, I didn't care for the lemon sauce on top of my dish. I love lemon unfortunately I felt like the sauce took over. My favorite breakfast, well no but it's solid and they have a large menu making it easy for everyone to find something they like. First Watch is a well executed and enjoyable breakfast and lunch spot! Everyone at First Watch seems happy to be working there, which is always a good sign. They have a huge selection of items on the menu. The orders come out quickly and are prepared consistently. My favorite dishes are the omelettes. The omelettes are served with a small salad and toast. This option makes me happy to have a more healthy meal and fewer calories. The meals are very reasonably priced for a restaurant with table service. My goal is to try every omelette on the menu! There is plenty of free parking surrounding the restaurant. The entrance is very obviously located near the street with the host station just inside the entrance. They can get busy so I do recommend downloading there mobile app to get a place in line before you arrive. Be sure to sign up online so you can get discount offers. Served on a brioche bun with fresh smashed avocado, organic mixed greens, tomato, red onion and a side of Dijonnaise.) I asked for the avocado to be on the side. This did not happen and I also was not given the dijonaise. The mixed greens were OK, they were in a very vinegary dressing. I also ordered a side of the grits with butter and those were amazing, the best thing I ate. It was so amazing and the perfect amount of sweetness to add with our Skillet Hash. We got the Farmhouse Hash and Parma Hash and both were super yummy and filling! Had to pick my granddaughters Mercedes and she ask to visit the First Watch restaurant in the highlands, so the atmosphere was great and the service was great, but the menu, full of weird healthy type fu fu food choices, nothing really for a meat and potato kind of guy, but I embraced it and ordered the BLTE bacon lettuce tomato and egg, free range egg at that, had no taste, was just weird. I did order the tomato basil soup, it was great! Highlight of the meal. Our server was Miracle and she did amazing! We went on the Sunday after Kentucky Derby for brunch and experienced all around good service.
