The staff is nice, the food, nothing to brag about. I will not get the pimiento cheese BLT again of I should visit. The first time we went the food was good. This time I tried something different, the pimento cheese BLT with potato soup. The bacon was so brittle and overdone, pretty sad. You can see, and hear in the video, just how crunchy the bacon was. I didn't eat it. Didn't sit inside, we had it to go. The potato soup was hot, but the cheese just wasn't melting. Not sire how long it had been sitting out, getting dried out. read more

Tried for the first time after driving by for years. We got a "combo" for $9.29. This included a scoop of chicken salad and a side item...no drink. You could get that scoop on bread if you wanted. For the sides, we chose fruit and broccoli salad. The quality of the food was fine. The chicken salad was good, and the broccoli salad was also good. The fruit was a dozen grapes and a couple of strawberries. Luckily, I got the sandwich. The wifey got the solo scoop. When we opened our lids, all I thought was how much profit percentage the restaurant just made off us. The scoop was maybe 5 ounces of chicken salad. I was expecting more for the money. While the food was good, we felt like we did not receive proper value for what we paid. I'll make my own next time. We won't be returning. I'm looking at the menu online, and someone took a photo of the menu screens from inside. The photo is 2 years old. I saw the same thing we bought, PLUS a bowl of soup for $7.99. I love this place but the drive thru service well that leaves much to be desired. I just sat for over five mins while the car ahead sat no one taking an order. She didn't honk nothing put car in park because no one was manning the speaker I presume. I called into the store to get the line moving only to be hung on and still no one at the speaker. So I put my car in park and walked inside to see if finally we could get a human on that speaker. Well that worked. Now I am stuck in this line unable to leave waiting for 15 mins. (To be totally transparent, I went only because Chipotle was closed.) This is a newer restaurant. It was as clean as you'd expect, inside and out. There was a long line at the drive-through, so I went inside to find a fairly spacious and nearly empty dining room, and a menu that was much more extensive than I anticipated. Something like 13 varieties of chicken salad, along with a couple soups and turkey dishes. I decided on the chicken salad BLT on a croissant with a cup of tortilla soup. I went with the salad made with cranberries and almonds, which had a kitschy "chick" name, like the others. Cranberry Kelli, if I remember correctly. There was one called "Fancy Nancy". At the risk of being called a "Karen", I think I'll skip that one. The soup was good. The chicken salad was fantastic! The bacon was so-so. The croissant was pathetic, which made it hard for me to love the sandwich. Just salad for me next time I'm in the mood! Plenty of patio seating, which I enjoyed! read more

I had the Sassy Scotty on a croissant, the top of the croissant was very good, buttery and flaky, the bottom was soggy. There were large pieces of bacon fat in the chicken salad, with very little cheese. 1 other had this, said he was hungry he didn't care what it tasted like. 3 had the turkey club, one of them had it on white bread, he enjoyed his sandwich. The other 2 said the croissants was soggy. The kids loved the macaroni and cheese, as did the adults. Needless to say this trip was disappointing to say the least. It was like the toast was made way earlier than the sandwich and so the bread didn't have that toasted feel about it- that's the best way to describe it. Been meaning to try this place and I am glad I did. I got the "fancy Nancy" on a croissant bun and the broccoli salad on the side. Everything was VERY good and they don't skimp on portion sizes. I could of split my sandwich and still had plenty to eat. The food was very fresh and they even included a cookie and a pickle with the meal... all for less than $10! Panera used to be my go to for decent fast food, but chicken salad chick has won me over! read more

I recently ordered 3 sandwiches from this establishment and had ordered food 2 previous times and the quality of their food is consistently excellent. The consistent area for major improvement is their service. 2/3 times I ordered online and was given a time When my order would be ready and both times my order was not ready and I had to wait at least 15 minutes. This last time when I arrived at the exact time I was given for my order to be ready I was told they would start preparing it at that point (the order had been pre paid). I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my order and finally had to ask where was my order and was asked my name a second time and apparently my order had been completed and was sitting out on the counter and no one was following up on it. Then I got home and realized my order was not correct as they did not put cheese on my 3 sandwiches as shown on my receipt and paid for. It is very disappointing because I see a pattern here and it's not just a bad day or one off and their food is good. Not sure if they are worth the headache of bad service however.... read more
