Possibly the most expensive chicken and fish you can find in a takeout establishment but it's right up there with the best I've had anywhere. Just wish they had a drive through window at this location.

Chicken bite dinner.

Lived in the area for almost 5 years and never thought to get Chicken Shack. We have been missing out for 5 years! We ordered online which was easy to do. Their menu is vast - chicken is of course the main event but they have lots of options. There is also seafood, ribs, and sandwiches. Tons of sides as well. We opted for delivery which was free - not sure if it was special deal. Our food came quickly and was impressed with how hot the food still was. We ordered the chicken bite dinner - basically chicken nuggets, a side, and roll. We also got a side of the potatoes. Wow! So yummy - the chicken had a great breading on it and the chicken cooked well - was not dry. I got onion rings and they were excellent - almost on the sweeter side with the batter. The potatoes are a classic - oily and soft. The roll was pretty basic though - my only negative. But everything overall was delicious. They had homemade ranch as well which was the dunk to my chicken. I had leftovers the next day for lunch - good portion size. We will be back and won't wait another 5 years to order!

Chicken sandwich was marginal at best. Bland taste, decent texture. Fries were oil soaked and not at all appetizing.

I placed the order online before I even pulled in -- love when that works out smoothly. We did 10 naked wings with honey BBQ sauce on the side for me and 10 Blazin Q for my husband (he was aiming for Snobby Q but pivoted). We also got a large salt & pepper fry and a regular lemon pepper fry to share. Everything was hot, fresh, and fried well. No soggy wings, no limp fries. The inside felt calm and welcoming, and the staff was cool and accommodating. Honestly, it was just a solid visit. Good deal, good food, no stress. Would definitely come back.

The tenders were very big. You could definitely get a 2 tender meal and still be satisfied. The Nashville dry rub was spicier than other places, we liked it. The garlic parm fries were good, but I'm not sure I would get them again, they were really oily. The ranch was really good and I'm happy that the combos come with 2 sauces with no additional charge. The tables were a bit dirty but that might be because they need to be cleaned after every use due to it being a menu of generally messy food. I will be trying it again!

This is the first time I got duped by a ghost restaurant on UberEats…read more I was attracted to the name 'Tina's Chicken' which is really just a new Pizza place (franchise) on Main St. I thought the description of 'hand dipped tenders' and the home made ranch sounded like a good choice. Spicy like hot paprika, not severe, but unexpected. The tenders may have been hand dipped, hard to tell. They are definitely smallish in size, with a spicy kick to them I did not expect. The portion of fries was very fair, and if the dish wasn't spicy I'd likely try them again. The HORRIBLE part was... the home made ranch came in tiny containers that were half filled up. I ordered and extra one for $2.50 which is an inflated Uber price, but for one teaspoon of sauce????? Clearly, they are losing money if they can't serve a normal size, filled to the top. It's not home made deliciousness like Jets, and the in-store price for a little sauce is $1.50. Not sure if they'll make it, other than the fact they have a great location in their favor.

God bless your hearts, you're not going to make it downtown Rochester with quality like this. When…read moreyou label yourselves as gourmet pizza while being neighbors to the likes of Georgio's, Grant's, and D'Marcos, you better live up. One pizza must have fallen in the delivery car or dropped along the way, because it's folded against itself to one side with the toppings strewn about. The other never got cut out of the kitchen, but even when the pizza doesn't get delivered in a mess: in terms of flavor, nothing to write home about. Seems like a frozen crust. Toppings aren't bad and the selection was the draw to giving Cottage Inn a try. Gourmet prices, and the worst quality in town. First try and last: don't worry about a refund, you're going to need every dollar you can get.
