Quickly bite at airport for some options that can be either greasy or a salad. The cheeesteak eggrolls come with a spicy ketchup that give them flavor. The shrimp tacos are tasty with lots of corn and cream. There's a kiosk of you don't want to go to the restaurant right next door, airport style!!!
Every sad!! I was served my soup in a plastic container, and I think they heated up the soup in the container . Service was good and they have a nice selection of beers. I see other food in paper containers, it's just the soup. I know they have large paper cups they serve the fries in, so why not the soup. I got the chicken tortilla soup, it was k, very heavy on tomato's, and not much tortilla in it.

Gotta give their famous crab fries a try as they're perfectly fried with a perfect crunch with their amazing seasoned cheese sauce for the perfect combination!
For airport food It was pretty good. Landed in Philly so clearly I had to get a Philly. The service was fine, he was chill. The place honestly had good ambience.
PLEASE NOTE: This was for the Chickie & Pete's near A21. When in Philly, you've got to have crab fries from Chickie & Pete's! (... right? I'm not from around here, but this is what I've been told.) It was like 10am when we stopped by, and the only other customers were a table of octogenarian women eating nachos and drinking soda. Good on ya, ladies! We were invited to come sit at the bar by some of THE NICEST STAFF WE'VE EVER INTERACTED WITH AT ANY AIRPORT EATERY. They joked with us, they laughed with us, they encouraged us when we were debating about ordering alcohol because "time doesn't matter airside", they checked in on us endlessly (but thoughtfully so; it didn't feel forced, it felt like they were genuinely interested in making sure we were all set!), they never made us feel rushed or like we were wasting time... which, like the octagenerians, we for sure were. A Yuengling, a Diet Pepsi with a single shot of Jack Daniels (... *as if* they don't carry Coke products), and an order of crab fries, after tax and tip, was like $40. For us, that's cheaper than the same thing (but with way less fries) anywhere at home! The amount of fries was sooOoOoOOooooOOo generous. We asked for no cheese sauce (to keep it vegan), and were served up a large basket of hot, fresh, crispy-on-the-outside, pillowy-on-the-inside crinkle cut fries sprinkled liberally with Old Bay seasoning. It was the perfect little snack!

Carb load for sure. Seasoning was ok but the cheese dipping sauce was a good balance. Would repeat at the airport for the banter and vibe. Food is good but not great.

I've never had a steak and cheese with lobster before stumbling upon this place during a layover. I've glad I did! It didn't make sense but it was insanely unique. The Maryland fries were the person Cajun spice. I wanted to take everything with me but had no room on the flight. I wish I could find one not in an airport and could have time to enjoy.
You can't always expect good service from airport restaurants, but our waitress made our experience lovely. She was attentive, very kind, and smiled at us frequently. It's worth saying, because smiles are hard to come by these days. Food was decent, I'm no Philly Cheesecake expert, but we enjoyed them and ate them all up. Fries were also decent, not complaints. Really wanted to Philly steak sandwich before leaving PA. Service at this spot was really good. The place was not that packed so it was quick to find a table a place an order. Tried a local Pilsner with my Philly. Food came out quick and very very tasty. I'll definitely be back for more on my next trip.
I'm a Philly girl, so there is no way I come back to visit without getting my cheesesteak fix. You may think that getting one from the airport isn't a great idea, but I disagree, it's helped me with my fix on a number of occasions. The quality of the cheesesteak is excellent and the service/ambiance is fine (but who really cares, because you're there for a cheesesteak anyway)! C&P even has your back during breakfast time... I got this sandwich (see pic) with eggs and steak on top (with the cheese too, of course).
The rudest service I've had in a hot minute. Ended up not ordering food because of it. Ordered a Tito's and cranberry short, was given a tall. Waitress sat it on the table. I said thank you and she just walked off.
Flight was delayed so grabbed some crab fries to munch on while I waited. I wish the crab fries had actual crab and not just crab spice. The fries were a lil salty bc of the combo of the old bay and cheese sauce but were fine overall. I didn't sit inside because it was a bit too crowded for me, but it looked lively. So we were recommended this place since we had a beyond long layover at this airport. I had said that I was craving a good Philly cheesesteak sandwich and they said this was the best one there. The service when you arrive they were very nice. Let you sit wherever you want and was very attentive. The waitress was great. She knew what to recommend and to even try it the way she has it and I couldn't have agreed more. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with mushrooms and onions and some kind of special cheese and it was delicious. Definitely large so big enough to share with someone. Then I got the combo fries which were sweet potato fries and regular and they had the crab seasoning on it, which was delicious. I would honestly keep coming back here whether I'm in town and I go to the restaurant or at the airport. The place is not big but they do have a full bar as well and plenty of charging outlets so it's really nice in there and good music as well. Stopped into Chickie's and Pete's to grab dry rub wings with a side of buffalo and ranch dressing. The dry rub was a great flavor but I am a sauce gal so I needed a little something else. The wings were cooked perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and hot! They came out piping hot. It was seat yourself, but the staff was very attentive and came right over when they saw me sit down. This is a follow up review to my post on June 10. It is unfortunate to hear that the restaurant does not have a system in placed to ensure that all managers can view reviews posted for all Chickie's & Pete's and has to rely to customers to send another review to another website so all restaurant managers can view them. It was not busy. Service very slow throughout entire process. Coffee was pretty lousy - lacked any good flavor and not hot. Breakfast platter ... the eggs were hot but the bacon was cold (not warm, cold). Roll was okay. An experience I don't want to repeat so will not return. read more

A Philly staple. If you didn't get a cheesesteak while passing through Philly, grab one here. Definitely get the world famous crab fries too. Seafood is pretty good too although a bit pricey. I liked that in 2024 I didn't have to scan a barcode to see a menu. Got all of the menus right away. I miss that! I don't know how you could give Chickies at the airport a bad rating. It does get packed but there's take out next door. read more

One thing I miss since I moved out of NJ is Chickie's and Pete's and it just so happened that I was taking a flight out of Philadelphia airport and there was a Chickie's right next to my gate! THE UNIVERSE WAS LOOKING OUT! And while it was breakfast time, they actually had a full menu which included all their signatures plus a fire breakfast menu! I wound up ordering their breakfast sandwich that had Pork Roll, Scrambled Egg and their signature magically delicious Cheese Sauce on a cheesesteak roll! The sandwich was massive and stuffed to the brim and was only $10.44! WHAAAT? When I tell you I was in heaven enjoying that sandwich ... it was so beautiful lol. Oh and I sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome and very engaging which just added to the great experience. Thank you PHL Airport for pleasantly surprising me with this Chickie's .... makes me want to consider flying out of here more :) read more

I stopped here while at the Philadelphia airport. You seat yourself and my server came up quickly to greet me and show me the QR code menu. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries (non-crab seasoning). The food came out quickly and service was good throughout the visit, but I haven't had food without flavor like this in a very, very long time. It simply was not good and I regret stopping here considering the other options in the area. The chicken in the sandwich was tiny, very thin, and the sandwich only came with greens on it. The fries had zero seasoning, but thankfully came with cheese for dipping. To pay, you close out using the QR code. If you stop here, opt for the fries with seasoning and anything other than the grilled chicken sandwich. read more

I normally stick with common franchise food in the airport but I wanted a nice juicy burger so I stopped in at Chickie's & Pete's! Received a warm & friendly greeting by the bartender/hostess and was seated immediately. The ambiance was that of a typical bar & grill...nice, clean and somewhat cozy as tables were very close together. So close my neighbor and I had a great conversation as we ate our lunch. The waitress was kind and attentive. Instead of a burger I got the Philly cheesesteak, fries and a Mountain Dew. The food was delicious as it came out extremely quick and pipping out! After our flight got delayed we stopped into Chickies and Pete's for dinner. For airport food it was delicious and not too expensive. My only complaint is that most of the menu is fried and or very carb heavy. I wish there were a few more healthy options. I also wish that there was a drink menu for cocktails (maybe there is but I didn't get one) since they have a full bar. But overall this is a decent spot to grab food while you're waiting for your flight. read more

For an airport restaurant this one is pretty good! We went for breakfast so not sure about lunch and dinner food but we walked right in and got a seat at the bar. We were handed a menu and the bar tender was friendly. I got a breakfast wrap and my friend got an omelette and the portions were huge we probably could have shared with the prices being not too bad either. My breakfast sandwhich had cheese sauce in it which was really great. Overall I would stop while in the airport! read more

I had some time to kill while at PHL, so I decided to visit a couple of spots to have a couple of beers. The space was fairly narrow with a long bar that spanned the length of the space. Fairly nice for an airport bar! I ordered the "Famous Crab Fries", which appeared to just be crinkle cut fries with Old Bay seasoning on them. They seemed to be prepared well, fairly crispy and not overly seasoned/salty. While the items were pricey, it was a generous serving. They have about 12-15 beers on tap, though it is a fairly uninspired list, mainly IPA's and commodity American Lagers (Bud, Miller, Coors...). I had the Yards Philadelphia Pale Ale which was quite nice. The bartender was pretty busy, but still provided timely service and was friendly. Overall, a nice spot for a beer and a bite if you find yourself in Concourse C at PHL. read more

If you have the time, give this place a shot! I grabbed a table for 1 before a flight. My server navigated the crowded restaurant with ease and a smile on her face. There is a full service bar. I ordered a vodka and soda, crabbie fries, and the grilled salmon burger. It was all delicious. I really loved the cheese sauce with the fries, and I usually don't like cheese fries at all. I ordered the fries with seasoning--they are salty but I like salt, so if you don't, get it without. I'd come back again. read more

Great, friendly service with killer food. We sat at the bar and our bartender let us try a sample of a local beer before we committed to ordering it, which was really nice. Always a great time when I eat and/or grab a drink here. The staff is always checking in and friendly conversation. Had the Lobster Cheesesteak, Crabby Fries (cheese sauce) and of course a Yuengling . So good. Yes, you're at an airport, rent is high , so the food cost is a little higher, but they pack flavor into their food and the atmosphere makes it worth it. Definitely stop in and tell them JD sent you.
